Time of Reading 11:20 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City.

1. GC: You will have before you [195], [900]-[137] Bros., their present conditions and the near future plans. Would it be a good thing for [900]-[137] Bros. (and for [195]) if they took [195] into partnership? for the time being as a special partner? You will also have before you the dream had by [900] in regard to Fernard Hyman changing his mind and deciding he didn't want their account - and it seemed they had to move again. You will answer questions.

2. EC: We have the body, the enquiring mind, [195], [137] and [900] - these we have had before, also those conditions as surround same, as well as that as has been given as respecting such conditions, and also those bodies and enquiring minds of [900] - and the vision and dream as respecting that as seen by the body, of Hyman changing the mind.

3. Now in respect to the advisability of the changes as would be necessary with [195]'s becoming a special partner at this time, well that that as has been given oft concerning this be studied - as well as due consideration being given as respecting the conditions necessary for such change at this time. While these would be advisable, and - as given - would or should come about, under other conditions and when there is the completion of other operations this would be the MORE advisable; or, as the special partner at the time would be well, under the present conditions and surroundings.

4. As respecting the vision or dream as seen, while these are not literal - there has arisen such questions in the mind of those that were seen. This produced by influences from others, yet we do not see such conditions being put in a form other than to cause some uneasiness or worry. Would the body [900]-[137] Brothers allow this to GROW or be magnified, it could cause much worry - but will the body act in the manner as has been set forth by the UNDERSTANDINGS, then we DO NOT see any cause for worry on that score. Ready for questions.

5. (Q) Will we have to move again before we go into our permanent quarters? (A) Not unless the bodies allow those conditions of minor importance to cause such discussion or worry as to bring about such conditions. No, we do not find it so.

6. (Q) Just what will the trouble with Hyman be? It seems that the trouble was in the Federal Reserve centers - it may have been in regard to the raising of re-discount rate by different branches of the Federal Reserve in the different cities, and the different markets in the various centers were going down. Just what does that mean? What will the effect be on the stock market? (A) This, as we see, is confusing in the way and manner as is presented. There has been given that which would be the trouble with Hyman. That condition as is signified in that as respecting the various conditions taking place in various centers as respecting Federal Reserve, and regarding the raising of rates, etc., and the effect as will be had upon the stock exchange or market quotations, especially that one of the N.Y. Exchange - this, as we see, will have the effect of making in the first portion of the week a slowing up - and of SOME SPECIAL ones being off; yet we find there is not any special change in that as should take place as respecting the two specific stocks as has been given would be on the advance. While there may be the continued up and down, with the variations - or the easing up of conditions on the general market, yet these should be those - and WILL be those, unless there are other specific changes than as are apparent at present, that of Sears Roebuck and of Macy, continue to be the advance until there is near the 189 in the one and at least twenty points - yes, more than that, for they will be double in that of Macy's.

7. (Q) What is the general perspective of the market for the coming week? for the general market? (A) As given.

8. (Q) What can we expect of Sears-Roebuck - the price of the stock? and of Macy's? (A) As given.

9. (Q) Would it be well to be out of these, or just what? (A) Act in the way in keeping with that as has been outlined HERE! If desired to get out, get out! If desired to hold on, hold on!

10. (Q) Any further advice that will be of assistance to these bodies? (A) The general perspective, as is given, is as is seen at present - Should there be changes, these should be presented to the bodies in the activities of same from day to day, and

should be acted upon as they ARE presented. While here in these, as has been seen, we find rather the worry of changes causing uneasiness and fear in the mind of the body influencing the various conditions as were presented - yet we find, as is seen, these are NOT in the way of the actual operations. Then, what has taken place in the mind of [900] as to cause such conditions? Fear! We are through for the present.
