Was talking with my father - seemed in reference to continuation of address I expect to deliver Sunday and the natural development of the phase from oneness as expressed in the first address to the continuity of life. Then heard my father say, "[137] is scared". Then someone else spoke up and said, "Stocks in May will decline. Do you believe me?")
1. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [900]. This we have had here before. In the vision or experience as is had by the body, there is seen the continuing of the subconscious thought, or the cosmic self in this manner still presenting those questions for the interpretation of peoples. In this position or condition the body finds self with an entirely different audience, and those that would speak again and again to the body as concerning the conditions as exist in the unseen or the cosmic, or the spiritual plane. While there is shown the continued experience of the individual, there is THAT as has oft been given, that the night cometh when no man labors. Learn what that means. There is given, "As the tree falls, so shall it lie." Learn what that means. In the application of those lessons as may be gained from the experience, the entity finds self with that ability in this experience to converse and to question each individual as presents self for the interpretation of the various experiences as are necessary for the body to materially comprehend, in such a manner as the comprehension or understanding may be presented in a way and manner that the individual will be able to apply same in THEIR individual lives, and to their individual experiences, that they too may be PHYSICALLY, MATERIALLY, conscious of the EXISTENCE of the plane outside of their carnal desires, and may know that the activity of soul force, or body, does relate to and with the MATERIAL EXPERIENCES of a body.
2. As is seen (father), there is also those of the material

experience given to the body as concerning material things, and as to how the body and those associated with same in the proper manner may obtain from the various experiences the manner in which there may come means, or prosperity carnally to the body; yet, as seen, by the very act of the question itself, as to "Do you BELIEVE this?", the doubt, the fear enters in, and again we see the exemplification of another experience in the life of of an individual when the cares of the world, the elements in action, brought fear in the heart of a body and he [Peter] began to sink.
3. In this application, then, as concerning this, that as the various experiences are given the body from period to period, or day to day, the body, the ones associated, these may gain from these sources, will fear, doubt, be cast aside, that way and manner in which the activities will be GIVEN the bodies, and the ways to act as concerning same.
4. As specifically regarding those questions sought - would this of the secular nature be mingled among those of the spiritual truths? They are one, yea - yet each in their own time and manner, and let the growth of the application of self as respecting spiritual laws be such as that the application of that used and gained through the application of the same experience in a MATERIAL manner may cast out fear, and bring that knowledge as is desired concerning the various changes as they take place. (Q) In the light of information which has been given, just what is indicated as a whole, and what special reference to stocks? especially what effect will there be on Sears- Roebuck and Macy, that have been given as ones that would advance? (A) Watch and see, applying that as is taught, as is presented in the experience as JUST given. These have been given for the purpose of UNDERSTANDING. Will the body seek ONLY those that gratify the desires of the flesh? or will the body seek that that is a WHOLE, a oneness, as would be TAUGHT by the body. There is set before thee good and evil. Choose THOU, and in the DAY the LABOR is not in vain; in the NIGHT the day has set, and one can only labor in one direction - else the aiding through the return would be naught. Study to show, and know, that as will bring the proper application of the lessons being taught.
