1. GC: You will give the mental and physical conditions of this body at the present time, with suggestions for improvement of any of these. You will answer the questions which I shall ask you regarding same.
2. EC: We have the body here - this we have had before. The general physical conditions show changes since last we had same here. There are better mental conditions or reactions for the body than that as we found in the last, and the general condition shows nominal or normal developments for those conditions as existent with the physical attributes of the body. There needs be only those precautions and those conditions carried out as have been given, and as these developments come about then these conditions will be meted as these arise. Keep, then, the mental and the physical in the way of the nominal forces for the system, and there will be the proper developments as come with and through such conditions. Do that. Ready for questions.
3. (Q) Is traveling on the train detrimental to the body? (A) Too much of same would be; but short trips, with sufficient rest, very good - and well in keeping with the MENTAL attributes of the body.
4. (Q) Has there been too much in the past? (A) No. There are no indications of there having been too much, but this does not indicate there may NOT be too much!
5. (Q) Is traveling on a boat preferable? (A) No. For the same distances as would be traveled, train preferable.
6. (Q) What exercise is most beneficial now? (A) Walking.
7. (Q) Has the present swimming at the Beach been harmful? (A) Rather good. Not too much, or too LONG at a time. Never more than twenty-five to thirty-five minutes should be spent in the water. More may be spent in the sand and and in the sun. This well; but not too long periods in the water. Too great a relaxation comes to the body as a whole

by too much exercise in water.
8. (Q) Is motoring harmful? (A) Depending upon the character of roads over which one would travel!
9. (Q) In N.Y. City, or around - (A) [Interrupting] No. Not too long trips, nor where too much excitement from crowds or jams.
10. (Q) When will the body feel life? (A) In the next four weeks.
11. (Q) Can the sex of the child be changed after it is once determined? (A) Why consider those conditions that have been set? These are determined in many VARIOUS ways and manners.
12. (Q) What is the sex of it now? (A) It hasn't changed from that as first given!
13. (Q) Is the body of the mother strong? (A) Hasn't it just been given that the conditions were nominally developed!
14. (Q) Do the teeth need attention? (A) There needs be some local attention. More attention would be kept for those organs of which the body has been warned.
15. (Q) Is grinding on teeth harmful to body during this period? (A) Not in the next three weeks, no. After that, yes.
16. (Q) What local treatment should be given to the teeth? (A) Best as we find would be to use Ipsab as a rub for the gums and teeth.
17. (Q) What causes bleeding? (A) Receding gums.
18. (Q) What advice will you give in reference the nipples' treatment? (A) Those that have been outlined by those in charge well to adhere to, for those will need attention as developments come. Follow these at present.
19. (Q) Is whiskey and alum the right thing to use? (A) Portion, yes.
20. (Q) Is cocoa-butter preferable? (A) Much more so!
21. (Q) Will body be able to nurse the baby? (A) Long time for such consideration. Would the body keep self physically fit; not over feed; not overactive in directions that cause too much strength to be taken from system; yes. And, as known by the body, much preferable that the body nurse the offspring.
22. (Q) Can body regulate this by certain diets to make it possible? (A) Activities and diets, of course, bring about the changes necessary in such developments in the physical forces of the body. These will be meted to the system as
903-8 Page 3
conditions arise, which pass after the sixth and seventh month. These changes as come about in the next month - fifth and sixth - we will find the changes more marked than at ANY period of the development. Hence more care should be taken in the next sixty or fifty-six days, than in any.
23. (Q) What causes dizziness at times to body? (A) The changing of that correlation taking place in system, where the nominal circulation is set up for the forces that bring about the development in system. This (the dizziness) always occurs in and through such conditions, and at such periods and under the conditions as exist for a nominal force, or a nominal circulation between the two bodies.
24. (Q) Is spirits of ammonia alright at that time? (A) Very small quantity of it, yes. Preferably that of lavender.
25. (Q) How can the mental attributes of the child be assisted now to make child's future development be unusual, mentally and physically? (A) That of the PROPER attitude of those responsible for the moral, physical, and spiritual development. The perfect cooperation, coordination, between the minds, brings the proper development in such conditions. One is as much responsible as the other.
26. (Q) What effect has housework on the body, as sweeping and dusting, and how long can she occupy herself this way? (A) Well that such duties be cared for and attended to, but NOT too long a time. Fifteen, twenty to thirty minutes, is long enough - sufficient period for such actions.
27. (Q) Any further advice that will be of help to this body? (A) There would be much to be gained by that as may be read or studied by both through the next fifty-six days, for here we find the transition and those forces that bring about that which will be attracted to those conditions, those attunements, set by these individuals. We are through.
