Time of Reading 3:40 to 3:50 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Without interrupting EC continued from reading 773-3 with the following reading for the mother [903])
1. EC: We have the body here, [903]; this we have had before.
2. In many ways and manners we find the general physical forces are very good.
3. There are some minor conditions, as we find, that need some attention. While they may adjust themselves, from the normal reactions of a normal activity as related to the digestive forces, as related to strains in the lumbar area and in the lower portions of the abdominal area, if massaged occasionally with equal parts of Olive Oil and Tincture of Myrrh this would MATERIALLY aid in making the proper adjustments; as well as relieving the tension and strain in the muscular forces of the body. For, these will be absorbed in the system - if properly manipulated or rubbed in. Heat the oil and add the Tincture of Myrrh. Use about every other day, or such like. Be well that this be massaged from the 8th, 9th dorsal to the lower portion of the sacral area; then over the abdomen and in the groin area.
4. This will relieve the pressures, and the tendencies that have been for nausea - and a chilly sensation at times in the body.
5. As for the activities for the body as related to those portions of the body which have been sought concerning before:
6. A massage with a compound such as this, as we find, would be materially helpful. To be sure, it should be massaged more along the arms, in the glands, under the arms, than over the bust itself:
7. To 4 ounces of heated Olive Oil, add (melted) a level teaspoonful of Cocoa Butter, with fifty (50) minims of a saturated solution of Alum Water.
8. Massage about three times each week.
9. Well that the support be continued that has been used,

just so it does not irritate or rub; for this massage with the properties given will tend to make a contraction of the MUSCULAR forces in this portion of the body.
10. Ready for questions.
11. (Q) What causes ache in right upper arm occasionally? (A) A pressure in the ABDOMINAL area, near the caecum. And with the massage of the oil and myrrh there will be a tendency for the strengthening of the muscular forces, and an activity through the alimentary canal that will relieve this. (It seems a long way off, but the pressure is through the nerve forces.)
12. (Q) What's causing the stomach pressure? (A) A tendency for there to be a DROOPING of the ascending colon.
13. (Q) What should I do to prevent that? (A) We've been trying to tell you what to do!
14. (Q) What causes ache in the back? (A) As just given. A strain in the muscular forces, added to a tendency for there to be a PULLING on the lower portion of the dorsal (12th dorsal) and upper lumbar areas. The massage, which tends to make for a STRENGTHENING of the MUSCULAR forces, will cause the absorption of those properties that will act as a balm and as a food value to the muscular forces of the system.
