Time of Reading 5:00 to 5:05 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [903]; this we have had before. As we find, the general conditions that have been given are reacting to the ministrations in the way and manner as would be expected from same. There needs be, then, the carrying out of the suggestions in the consistent manner, as to bring for the body the reactions necessary for the full correction. It is felt at times that the conditions appear slow in response, but body-building and body reduction (both of which are seen in the functioning of the organs and in the reaction to those portions of the glands as to make for the reactions) are necessarily a growth in those directions, else there would be conditions arising that would cause distresses in some other portion of body. Ready for questions.

2. (Q) What is the cause of the too frequent urination, and how can it be made normal? (A) Too much action of sweets in the system. Reduce the carbohydrates.

3. (Q) What is the cause of frequent gathering of phlegm in throat, and how may it be corrected? (A) By keeping the proper circulation and temperature of the body. As we have given, if the reactions are of such a nature as to cause the system to be opened in any manner for the refractory reactions through the nerve and blood supply in portions of the body, this produces to the lymph circulation a congestion, and causes the reaction in the muco-membranes of the throat. Then, keep a better body balance in the temperature and this will keep a nearer normal reaction.

4. (Q) Is the treatment to bust [for reducing] having the desired effect? (A) As given.

5. (Q) What causes the aching in glands?

6. (Q) How long will it take for a noticeable change? (A) Six to eight weeks.

7. (Q) Is the massaging being given properly? (A) Very good.

8. (Q) Has colon responded to treatment? (A) Responding, as given.

9. That is all the questions.
