Time of Reading 3:00 to 3:10 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have those conditions as we find that need corrections with this body, [903]; this we have had before.

2. As we find in the present, there is first an unbalancing of the elements in the activities of the system - or lack of sufficient calcium for the full activity with the changes that come in the bodily functioning, or body building.

3. Hence there should be the use of the food values that carry such in such measures as may be assimilated by the body. Those as we find in turnips, carrots, lettuce, the oyster plant and those of such natures especially should be a portion of the diet.

4. Also we find in the 4th lumbar and through the sacral area there are disturbances the adjustment of which, with the changes in the diet first and then the corrections, would prevent that inclination for the body to tire easily, for the disturbance through a portion of the sciatic center, the heaviness across the lower portion of the body in the small of the back and the limbs and the feet that at times would grow more and more disturbing conditions unless they were corrected.

5. Then after the corrections, and after at least four to six weeks of the diet being specific in those things indicated as a portion of same, we find that exercises and breathings that make for the flow of the blood supply through those particular portions of the body would be most beneficial.

6. We find that afterward, and occasionally - once in three to four weeks, or oftener, the hydrotherapy and the rubs that go with such applications and treatments would be most beneficial for the body.

7. Ready for questions.

8. (Q) What is the condition of the blood? (A) As indicated, it is lacking in those elements that are structural building in the system. And the addition of those things indicated as a specific part of the diet, each

of these every few days, would be corrective measures for same.

9. (Q) Please describe the condition of the pelvic organs. (A) As indicated, in the lumbar and through the sacral areas there are corrections to be made to remove the pressures upon the organs of the system.

10. (Q) What specific exercises? (A) As indicated, those that make for a directing of the blood supply to the pelvic area and to the areas below the waistline.

11. (Q) Should the body continue her work with the music which she plans to undertake? (A) This as we find, if the corrections are made and if there are those activities indicated, will be rather an outlet for the body; and would be very well, just so there isn't too much of a strain or tiring of the body by continued activity.

12. (Q) Shall the body continue her work as class mother? (A) This as we find may be very well left off, though a part - or as a part time activity in this direction would be very well.

13. (Q) Shall the body head up the dramatic group in the community? (A) Later in the season, not in the beginnings - for this as we find, with the other activities, would become rather too strenuous for the body.

14. (Q) How often should the corrections be made? (A) About twice a week until five to six or eight are taken, and then less often - whenever tired or depleted through the activities, then it would be well to have an occasional treatment. Or rather as indicated, if there are specific periods for the hydrotherapy and the rubs that go with same, after the corrections, these would be the better.

15. (Q) What will improve the mental condition of the body? (A) That is within the activities of the body itself. The mental attitudes, as known to the body, respecting conditions or activities, become a part of the whole being. Do these as we find in the way as has been indicated, and we will find a great relief and the prevention of further distresses later on.
