Time of Reading 3:55 to 4:00 P. M. Eastern War Time. ..., New York.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time with suggestions for corrective measures, answering the questions as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before.

3. As we find, in many ways the conditions that have been acute are nearer to normal reactions; and if the general precautions and general activities are kept, the body should be kept in very good reflexes - especially as related to all of those disturbances which have been indicated as a part of the entity's experience.

4. Through the cold weather, or about the first of the year or sooner, we find that two to three to four weeks rest in a warmer climate would be very good for this body - the sun, the change in the climate, and the abilities to have more of the vital energies from the sun's rays would be beneficial for this body.

5. Ready for questions.

6. (Q) Any special place you would advise for taking this rest? (A) As indicated here, we find that Florida or California would be better, but it would have to be the extreme southern portion of California. Florida we would give as the preferable.

7. (Q) What corrections, if any, are needed? (A) Those only as may be had by such rest or such exercise under such conditions.

8. (Q) Should any vitamins be taken now? (A) Not until there is the change back from different environment, after the rest period. Then we would include some of the vitamins A and D.

9. (Q) Give any warnings needed for preservation of good health? (A) Just keep the general condition in accord. This, as we find in the present, is all that is needed.

10. (Q) What mental development may now be undertaken? (A) These are the natural developments for this body - these are the general processes. We wouldn't change from

the natural tendency of the body.
