Time of Reading L.I., 11:15 to 11:35 A. M. Eastern Daylight Savings Time. New York. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [906]; this we have had before.

2. Now, there are changes, and many of the physical reactions are very good; yet there are disturbances that cause a disruption at times of the physical forces. And these corrected in the present we may find not only better physical reactions in the present but the prevention of disturbances later on.

3. These, then, are the conditions as we find them in the present with this body, [906] we are speaking of, present in this room:

4. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, there are those indications that there are disturbances at times in the circulatory system. And the extremities from pressures created in the locomotories of the bodily functions at times make for disturbing conditions, as to the lower limbs at times, at others in the arms and shoulders. These arise from pressures that are created by the lack of the proper eliminations in the system, producing pressures in the lumbar area and the 2nd and 3rd dorsal centers.

5. IN THE NERVOUS FORCES OF THE BODY, from the very nature of these pressures as produced by disturbances in these areas, we have periods when there are the reactions in the sympathetic forces of the body, when the body becomes irritated. Or those conditions of a general nature, that should not produce disturbing forces, produce in the mental reactions - by the pressures upon the vegetative and sympathetic forces of the body - improper reactions, and the body - and the body reacts to influences from without that are not nominal in their reactions.

6. IN THE ORGANS THEMSELVES OF THE BODY, there have been, as indicated heretofore, pressures or indications for the lack of the proper circulatory forces through the organs of the

906-2 Page 2

sensory forces; the soft tissue in face, head, throat and neck at times give disturbance and produce, with this activity that produces the disturbance in the circulation, the tendencies for acidity to the whole of the bodily forces themselves. These in the eliminations as related to the alimentary canal; while the circulatory forces and eliminations are rather in the CIRCULATION itself than the organs of the bodily forces themselves.

7. Lungs, bronchials and larynx - only those reflexes that are indicated by the conditions as arise from time to time.

8. The digestive force at times responds to the activities from an overacidity, or a disturbance in the circulation or from both giving some disturbance to the body.

9. In the activity of the liver, spleen, pancreas as related to the general physical portion of the body, with these disturbances and with the katabolism of the system making for a reaction that becomes clogged at times from the very inactivity of the deeper circulation, these give some distresses and some disorders.

10. In the functions through the alimentary canal and the general eliminations of the system, the functionings of the organs throughout the whole portion of the alimentary canal as related to the hepatic circulation, these only give distresses at periods when these become distorted, distended by the very disturbances in the bodily functions themselves.

11. IN MEETING, THEN, THE NEEDS OF THE DISTURBANCES, as we find in the present:

12. We would use the FUME baths followed by a thorough rubdown with oils and massage that would produce a better coordination in the eliminating forces of the body; these also removing the poisons that make for a tendency in accumulations through the sympathetic and the activities in the superficial circulation.

13. These characters of fumes, as we find, would be in a cabinet; and we would use rather the Oil of wintergreen IN the fumes that would settle over the body without producing too great a temperature for the body.

14. Have one of these about once or twice a week.

15. Following each such fume bath, we would have a thorough massage and rubdown with a combination of equal parts of Olive Oil and Tincture of Myrrh; heating the oil to add the myrrh.

16. We would also use for the body those vibrations from the Radio-Active Appliance that will make for an equalization through the circulations from the extremities.

17. Be mindful of the diets, that we keep closer to those things that are evenly balanced with tendencies towards an

906-2 Page 3

alkalin-reaction.

18. And these, as we find, would bring for the body the nearer normal conditions.

19. Ready for questions.

20. (Q) What causes the spells of perspiration, and what should be done to correct same? (A) The very attempt of the body, as indicated, to create a balance between the eliminating systems of the body. A nervous reaction, that incoordination as indicated between the superficial or the deeper circulation as related to the activity of the nerve forces in the body itself.

21. (Q) What causes the black spots and other trouble with the eyes? (A) Those pressures as are indicated in the upper dorsal and the lower portion of the cervical area. With the relaxing of the body through the fumes or the fume baths, and then the massage, we will tend to FEED, as it were, through absorption - with the body being relaxed, you see - the oils and the conditions that will tend to relieve these pressures in these areas.

22. (Q) What causes the condition with nails and what should be done for it? (A) This arises from the lack of proper balance in the activities of the glands that produce the necessary forces or influences for this portion of the system itself. For the body takes from the food values, by the activity of the glandular forces, for the creating of various elements. For the nails - or the cuticle itself is not the same characterization (though it may be taken from the same food forces) as that of the lymph or that of the blood; yet it is lack of a functioning then of a gland. With this balance in the digestive forces created, by creating a better assimilation, these parts of the body will be aided. And we find that the use or the eating of the potato PEEL will add those elements that will produce an activity; not of such disturbances as to over balance them, but through the thyroids - as to make these conditions better.

23. (Q) What is the condition of my teeth? (A) These are disturbed owing to the very lack of the proper activity through these glands. But with these exterior applications and with the deeper activities by a balancing of circulation, these should be materially aided. Necessary, of course, that local applications or local

906-2 Page 4

conditions be cared for; but with the general health improved we will find these also will be improved.

24. (Q) What causes aching in joints and muscles? (A) As indicated by the very first disturbances in the circulation, where refuse forces are not eliminated, and not a balance between the deep circulation and the superficial. This should soon disappear with the use of these applications.

25. (Q) Should I have any osteopathic treatments? (A) These would not be amiss, but if those treatments of the masseuse are given just after the fume baths twice a week, these should be really sufficient. And an efficient operator would so stimulate the lumbar and the brachial areas, or the locomotory centers, as to make for sufficient stimulation without these being added, see? Keep the mental attitude in the constructive forces that make for knowing that the body is not only good but good for something. And apply self in those ways and manners that are known to the mental body, and we will find the physical forces, the mental reaction, continually helpful.
