Time of Reading 11:20 to 11:25 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: As we find, conditions are not so good, even as when we last had this body here - [908].
2. There has been the tendency for the accumulations and of segregations in the system through lymph accumulations in those forms that make for pressures in the system, that causes a dizziness; causes the activities through the system in such measures and manners as to make for the tendencies for engorgements - or as for TUMOROUS appearances through the portions of the body itself.
3. The applications of the osteopathic adjustments have been for strangulation of these conditions rather then for the setting up of eliminations, and for the causing for those activities through the system to produce drainages sufficient to take care of the conditions.
4. As we find, in the present, we would alter a great deal the manner in which the manipulations are administered; for those alone for those activities from the upper dorsal and through the cervical only tend to make the pressure stronger in the abdominal area and allow for NO eliminations through the central plexus or the lumbar plexus and the 9th dorsal plexus These should receive the greater amount of stimulation. And there should be such assimilations that will allow for for these manipulations to become as ELIMINATING conditions, rather than astringent conditions. Make for the relieving of the pressure on the coccyx area; for the relieving of the pressure in the feet and in the lower limbs. And if these are done, as we find, there should be sufficient set up as to prevent these accumulations from giving greater trouble. UNLESS these are done, as we find, it will become necessary for an exploratory operative measure for the body.
5. As we find, if we would apply HEAT - WET HEAT - before the adjustments are made, in the coccyx and the dorsal and the lumbar area, THEN COORDINATE the extremities, these

would bring about better influences.
6. We would have at least two manipulations or adjustments a week. In the applying of the heat, we would use hot towels or an electric pad (preferably the wet heat) across the lumbar and the coccyx area, for three to ten minutes before adjustments are made. This will make a great deal of difference in the application or the ability for making the adjustments that will be helpful for this body.
7. Before retiring of evening, be well to take the application of the Violet Ray - plain violet ray, bulb applicator. Let this be from the central portion of the body (9th dorsal) to the extremities, and from the central portion upward - to the head and to the fingertips. Not so much to the head as to the brachial center, the 9th dorsal center, the lumbar center, and then to the extremities.
8. Do that. Ready for questions.
9. (Q) What osteopath would you advise to give these treatments? (A) As WE find, one that is more in sympathy with such applications as suggested - such as Richardson, or of that nature.
10. (Q) Would it be advisable to have a rest spell, as one doctor advised? (A) Advisable to have a rest spell, but let the rest spell be AFTER we have had these conditions adjusted PROPERLY!
11. (Q) Would treatment at Johns Hopkins be advisable? (A) May become NECESSARY unless these ARE eliminated!
12. (Q) Should any or all of the formerly suggested treatment through these sources be now adhered to? (A) Do these in the present; for changes, as we have indicted, have come about.
13. (Q) Any further advice? (A) Do these in the present.
14. We are through for the present. Two copies to Self (one for Dr. M. L. Richardson, Banker's Trust Bldg., Norfolk, Va.) Copy to Ass'n file
