Time of Reading 3:00 to 3:15 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [908]; this we have had before.

2. Now, as we find, while conditions are greatly improved from that as we have had here before, there is much more that may be desired by the body.

3. And we find that with some minor changes in the applications, the conditions should be brought gradually near to the normal forces.

4. As we find, it would be well to continue with the manipulations that will relax those ganglia along the cerebrospinal system from which the functioning organs and the activities from the locomotions of the body receive their impulse. And especially should this relaxation be carried on from the 9th dorsal plexus downward, while the upper dorsal and the cervical areas should be made to coordinate. For the particular correction should be made in the lumbar-sacral plexus and about the coccyx, extending even to the bursae in the feet - to relieve this stress and strain or tension in the whole body.

5. In addition to such applications, we find it would be well that there be the application of the violet ray at least once or twice a week; preferably following the period of treatments or adjustments - that is, on the days the adjustments are given - but when the body is ready to retire. For the electrical vibrations as set up will be more helpful at such times to the general welfare of the nervous forces of the body. Electrify, as it were, the ganglia especially from the upper cervical extending the whole length of the spine; and follow especially the nerve areas from the 9th dorsal across either side of the body, under those areas that follow the diaphragm. These treatments should not be given too severely or too strongly in the beginning, but apply for one and a half to two minutes, covering the whole area as indicated. Gradually,

908-5 Page 2

after ten or twelve such treatments, the time may be increased - and more specific treatments given across the diaphragm area.

6. As to the other general applications for the health, for the activities as to diet, follow those that have been indicated for this body.

7. Ready for questions.

8. (Q) Is Dr. Richardson giving me the right treatments? (A) As indicated, these should be extended more to the lower portion of the cerebrospinal system; and extend especially to the bursae of the feet also. The lower lumbar, sacral and coccyx area should receive the ADJUSTMENTS, and manipulations sufficiently to relieve pressure there. Otherwise, very good.

9. (Q) How often should these be given now? (A) Once a week, or twice a week occasionally, as we find should be sufficient - if PROPERLY given.

10. (Q) Why do I have nervous chills? (A) When there is pressure upon the ganglia along the cerebrospinal system from which both the sympathetic and the cerebrospinal systems receive impulses for activities to organs or locomotions of the body, these not coordinating one with another produce those reactions as rigors, nervous reactions, or chilly sensations.

11. (Q) Am I using the violet ray right? (A) As indicated, this should extend more over the areas specified here; rather than just along the cerebrospinal only, use on those areas across the diaphragm - and gradually extend the time and severity of application. Also these treatments should extend along the sciatic nerve to the feet and the bottoms of the feet, or so that the bursae in the instep and the Achillean bursa and the frontal portion all receive an impulse for reactions. These will tend to equalize more the ganglia and the centers from which impulses arise, and thus make for better rest as well as more unification of activity through the system. Do that.

12. (Q) Would Yeast Cakes be good for me? (A) These taken in periods and then rest periods would be very helpful for the digestive forces, if taken properly. Three each day (one after each meal) for three to five days, and then an equal period of rest from same.

13. (Q) Should I take Atomidine at present? (A) If Yeast is taken, do not take Atomidine. The Atomidine acts with the GLANDULAR system, while the Yeast activity is more with the assimilating system. Hence in

908-5 Page 3

combination or taken together, the effect would be as one working against the other. During the periods when not taking the Yeast, it would be very well to take small quantities of the Atomidine. Do these and, as we find, we will bring better conditions for this body, [908].
