Time of Reading 3:30 to 3:55 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [913].

2. Now, as we find, while the body is very good in many ways, there are disturbing conditions that need corrections in the present; else there will be those conditions arising that will be harder to combat.

3. These, as we find, are the after effects of cold and congestion - or from intestinal "flu" or that activity which makes for many disturbing conditions in the physical forces, as we shall see.

4. Then, these are the conditions as we find them in the present with this body, [913] we are speaking of, present in this room:

5. In the BLOOD SUPPLY we find the indications of those disturbances by the lack of the eliminations in a normal manner and those activities that disturb both in the upper and the lower portions of the hepatic circulation, and the character and the effect of those activities with the liver as respecting this portion of the circulation. The pressure that is made, or the metabolism, makes for a variation. At times we would find it below normal, at others near to normal, and at others in excess. This makes for this changing when the body has those feelings as of a thumping, as it were, or a pulsating through the system; and at other times there is the dull, draggy feeling; the fullness in throat, tendency to swallow without there being any perceptible condition for making the disturbances. These arise from this alteration or the changes in the circulation, and in the manner the axes - and the centers through which there are these activities - make their circulatory influence through the extremities of the body. Hence we find times when even the arms and hands feel dull or heavy, and cold when the rest of the system will be warm; at other periods we will find the lower extremities feeling full. These are the effects, as we find, of the condition

913-1 Page 2

through the whole of the intestinal system - like CATARRHAL conditions. This also makes for those disturbances in the eliminations through the alimentary canal; the feelings at times through the torso and through the abdominal area of the swelling, at others the feeling as of something pulling inside - or in the right side, then again it is across the abdomen. This is the effect of these conditions, that are the after effects of the deep cold - or the settling, or influenza in the mucous membranes of the intestinal system, especially along those centers or areas that make for the feeding to the activity in the system.

6. The NERVOUS FORCES of the system, as may be indicated from the effects of circulatory forces, at times are very good. We find in the cerebrospinal system one specific center where we have a lesion; minor lesion in the present but this will continue to make for more exaggerated activity unless corrected. This we find in the 8th and 9th dorsal center, natural reflex to that heaviness which comes at times between the shoulders and upper portion of the neck - or lower portion of the neck and to the upper portion; at times that heaviness across the hips or along the small of the back or the lumbar plexus. These are sympathetic conditions; a contraction, and with poisons as left in the system at times makes for the muscular reaction that disturbs the body.

7. These conditions, to be sure, come and go. For there will be periods or days when the body feels good, others when it is just "so-so" and others when it is not so well at all. These are the natural reactions in the nervous force or nervous system. And there needs be first the corrections that will make for such an increase in the circulatory forces of the system, or those that will act with the body, as to CORRECT the disturbing factors. And then we will find the system will RESPOND in the general manner to a purified circulation and relieved nerve tension, and the natural activity will be for the proper resuscitation and the balance in the body.

8. As to the functioning of the ORGANS themselves, we find that these only in their functioning make for distresses when - as has been indicated - there are the reflexes through either the lymph circulation or the nerve reaction from those more specific conditions that exist in the intestinal system as a system, not as the colon or the jejunum only - but the caecum plexus, the ileum plexus, all suffer; as also does the lower portion of the solar plexus, reacting to the disturbing forces through the umbilicii reactory force.

9. Then, in meeting the needs of the conditions as we find, first we would prepare this to be taken internally - the ingredients to be combined in the order as given:

10. To 2 ounces of Strained Honey add 2 ounces of Distilled Water, by letting it come almost to a boil. Then to this solution, add: Fluid Extract or Essence of Wild Ginseng (not tame, but Wild Ginseng).............1/2 ounce, Tincture or Essence of Indian Turnip.........20 minims, Tincture of Stillingia......................1/4 ounce, Lactated Pepsin, Essence of.................1/2 ounce, Essence of Wild Ginger......................1/4 ounce. Shake this solution together before the dose is taken, which would be three times each day before the meals; half a teaspoonful at the dose.

11. Then, during the same time the medicinal properties are being taken, we would have those adjustments that will alleviate the conditions in the brachial center, the solar plexus center, the lumbar center, making the correction in the 8th and 9th dorsal center as indicated.

12. In the diet we find it would be necessary to have those foods that are body-building yet tending not to overcrowd the system with food at any time. Be just a little bit hungry - or you could eat more - when you leave the meal.

13. Mornings - principally either cereals with fruits or citrus fruit juices (but do not have cereals and citrus fruits at the same meal), stewed fruits or the like, with egg or whole wheat toast - preferably only the yolk of the egg should be taken. This we will find will be the better for the morning meals, as an outline. Occasionally there may be taken crisp bacon, if so desired; but no heavy meats at this meal.

14. Let one meal each day, either in the middle of the day or in the evening, be ONLY of raw vegetables. Have this every day for at least a two-week period at the time. It may consist of any of the raw vegetables that may be combined with an oil or a mayonnaise dressing. At the same meal there may be taken the brown bread or the whole wheat cracker, or toast or the like. Any of these may be taken whether in the noon meal or the evening meal; PREFERABLY the noon meal. Then:

15. Evenings - well-cooked vegetables of the leafy variety are preferable to those of the bulbular nature. Have at least two to three leafy vegetables (such as any type of greens, cabbage - especially red cabbage, spinach, mustard

913-1 Page 4

or string beans) to one vegetable of the bulbular nature (such as peas, carrots, beets, potatoes or the like). Little meats; only fish, fowl or lamb. Occasionally there may be taken a steak, PROVIDED this is WELL-done. And never eat any fried-foods! But at each meal, save the morning meal, have either an apple (this may be raw or it may be cooked, for this body), pear or banana - any of these, just so they are WELL-ripened; not the green nor those that have been stored too long.

16. Do these things, and we will find we will bring the normal forces.

17. We would require at least fifteen to sixteen adjustments and general manipulations. These should be in the beginning about twice or three times a week, for two to three weeks, and then gradually ease off with these.

18. Ready for questions.

19. (Q) Will the above treatment as suggested eliminate the present condition of high blood pressure which at times is in excess of 200? (A) These treatments outlined will eliminate the conditions; for, as has been given, this is a portion of the distress - and arises from the condition through the colon. ENEMAS are well, provided PROPERLY given. Once a month there SHOULD be at least a high colonic.

20. (Q) What causes heart palpitation, weak sinking spells and shortness of breath? (A) As indicated, this disturbance in the circulation. This is not organic, and arises from those conditions in the leading nerve energies in the intestinal system. This arises from an intestinal reaction from "flu." Not a heart activity; though it may become so if these conditions are not corrected. Through the thrombosis and the aorta artery and the liver circulation, gradually it may be dilated to where it may become an abnormalcy in the system!

21. (Q) What causes sick stomach shortly after eating, and excess gas? (A) The acidity that arises from the mucous that naturally forms in the intestinal system. In the colon this may be noted especially when there are the colonics for the removal of these congested centers. This makes for a pressure in the whole of the system.

22. (Q) Will the body have any more children? (A) Possible! As we find, not any more. We would follow those suggestions as indicated. Once a month or twice a month in the beginning, have the

913-1 Page 5

irrigations, see? but GENTLY given; not severe, and be sure there is the use of the alkaline antiseptics for the intestinal system at the time. But we will find, with these manipulations and adjustments - and especially with the properties taken in the system - ORDERLY - this condition will become normal.
