1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [915], and those conditions - physical and mental that surround the body.
2. Now, as we find, there are incoordinating conditions in the physical and in the mental forces of the body. And these arise from PHYSICAL and MENTAL, and mental and physical conditions, that make for a very disagreeable and a very hard condition to be entirely rid of - in this experience.
3. There are periods when apparently the body physically and mentally is a great deal better, and there will be periods (as today) when rationality appears to have returned to the body; making for a period when there will be - for ten days or two weeks almost a normal reaction in the mental forces. But in the physical reactions these are gradually gnawing on the system, as it were, through the conditions that exist in the liver as well as a kidney disturbance. For there are white spots or hardened spots on a lobe of the liver, in the physical.
4. Then we will find there will be periods when the mental reaction to the whole system makes for irrationality, or incoordinance between the body-physical and the body-mental; through the lower portion of the solar plexus center that makes for a condition where there is the tendency for the brain cells to be more and more in a SMOOTH nature - or a lesion that forms for the clogging up of the fissure or tissue in the various centers in a portion of the brain force itself.
5. While, as we find, there may not be a normal condition brought for the body - of a permanent nature, there MAY be a HELPFUL application to the body in the form of the low electrical forces that would make for an equalization through the circulatory forces, adding in the body with same solutions that would be vibratory reactory to the system itself.
915-1 Page 2
These would be in the form of the Wet Appliance that makes for a low form of electrical forces that would carry into the system an alternation of the Chloride of Gold (one grain to one-HALF ounce of distilled water) and a twenty percent (20%) solution of Nitrate of Silver. These would necessarily be carried in separate solutions, one used one day and one the next. The Appliance would be attached each day for a thirty minute period as the body rests.
6. These vibrations will make for a better coordination and an easing of the distresses that come to the body from those conditions in the digestive and eliminative system.
7. Ready for questions.
8. (Q) In his present surroundings, do you find any chance of administering this treatment? (A) Not unless there may be made (and there may be) the proper associations or connections to indicate to those in charge that this may be carried as an experiment, in a research, through a physician who would PRESENT same to the institution; such as Parker, or such an one of that school.
9. (Q) Can he be relieved of the hallucination that someone is persecuting him? (A) That's the very condition we are to meet with these variations in the appliance of the vibrations from the solutions, to relieve this pressure in the brain center itself, as indicated for there is not the proper coordination, see? Doing this, as we find, would be for the better condition of this body.
10. (Q) How long should this treatment be carried out? (A) Each day for a period of twenty-six to thirty-six days, so we pass the full cycle of the moon's vibration, see? Then rest from same a period of ten days to two weeks, until there is the Quarter again - and then change.
11. (Q) Would a visit from any member of the family be a benefit to him? (A) Under the present conditions it would be rather aggravating than helpful. This would necessitate that the treatment be carried through the administration of the physician or nurse in charge, see? After it has been applied for some time, then there will be quite a difference.
12. We are through for the present. Two copies to Mrs. [618] (one for Dr. Jas. R. Parker, Bankers Trust Bldg., Norfolk, Va.) Copy to Ass'n file

(5/2/35 GD's note: See letter [which was enclosed] to The Reilly Service, with specifications for the Wet Appliance. If proper connections are made to get this treatment followed, we will get a check reading and find out WHERE on the body to attach the Appliance. We failed to ask that.)
