Time of Reading 11:00 to 11:15 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body and those conditions that disturb the mental and physical forces of same, [917].

2. Now, as we find, these conditions are rather subtle in their nature; that is, the effects that are produced in various portions of the system have the more often received the applications than the cause of the condition.

3. We do not find that what is being applied would be other than palliative. While making for some changes for the better, these could not be lasting; and there would arise other influences that would eventually be as detrimental as that which disturbs the body in the present.

4. As we find, there has been an infectious force that is prenatal in its incipiency - or in its beginnings; yet it finds its activity in the nervous forces that make for the incoordinations between the sympathetic and the sensory organism, through an infectious force that affects the sensory organism. It rises from conditions in the glands of the system that, with the pressure that exists, makes for the localizing of itself to the eyes, the ears, the speech, and the GENERAL disturbance in the system.

5. These, then, need the deeper therapy that may be had with the diathermy; this not of too great a strength (that is, not the higher voltage) but that which would be of the low voltage - at least three times applied each week. BOTH applications would be to a cerebrospinal center. At one treatment the application would be in the 3rd and 4th cervical and at the next it would be in the 2nd and 3rd dorsal, but in both attachments have the other anode on the 4th LUMBAR plexus, see? This is so we may alter the vibrations where there is to be the stimulation from the cerebrospinal nervous system and through the sympathetic to a coordinating activity with the sensory centers; to the centers of the sensory system that arise from the upper

dorsal and through the cervical area to the eye and to the bronchi or the larynx and vocal box.

6. We would find it also well that there be not too great a therapy following same, but so that there is the GLOW from the Sun Lamp or Light on the cerebrospinal system - from the base of the brain to at least the middle of the dorsal area; applied from ten to twelve minutes after the diathermy treatment is given. This would be well.

7. Also following same we would have a GENTLE massage, making corrections as would be done osteopathically (or chiropractically) in the dorsal (upper dorsal) and cervical area.

8. These would all be on the same treatments, you see, or the same days when the diathermy is given.

9. It is necessary that there be used those lotions or washes for the eyes that will make for the relieving of those tendencies for the accumulation of inflammation that arises from the poor circulation through the area.

10. Be mindful of the diet, that it makes for the keeping of an alkalinity above an acidity - or a normal balance in same. Beware of foods that carry, then, too great a quantity of acids. No raw apples (unless for cleansing the system). No bananas. No white breads. Do not have cereals at the same meal with citrus fruit juices or the raw fruits; though the body may have cereals with fresh fruits at times - if there is the proper balance in other directions. No red meats at any time, or any quantities of those foods that are fried or the like.

11. Do these, and we will find we will bring the better conditions for this body, [917].

12. Ready for questions.

13. (Q) Please advise regarding my speech. (A) As indicated. When we correct the flow of the nerve forces and the blood supply to the vocal box, this should be aided.

14. (Q) What shall I do to perfect my eyes? (A) As indicated. The deep therapy, the lights, with the massage and the corrections as given.

15. (Q) Where shall I locate permanently to insure the most beneficial living conditions? (A) FIRST, there should be those anxieties - not as an anxiety, but assurances - as to the better health influence. Then, dependent upon the manner of the PREPARATION of self for WHATEVER environment. For that we prepare for, in our physical and mental attitude, mental aptitude, we may work out in that environment.

Rather the RURAL surroundings or activities would be the better for this body.
