Time of Reading 12:00 to 12:10 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body; this we have had before.

2. As we find, owing to the stirring up of the body's reactions and eliminations - and the lack of resistances, the APPARENT reaction has become acute.

3. We would keep the eliminations through the use of the enemas, so that the poisons may be taken away from the system.

4. We would keep the massages that have been indicated for the body.

5. And soon, with rest, we will find the reactions becoming better for the body.

6. Use the Radio-Appliance - Radio-Active Appliance - to make for rest. This for an hour or two hours each day will be most helpful to the body.

7. In a very short period - two to three days - we should see the body begin to BUILD for the better, greater resistances.

8. Do that.

9. (Q) Should the Oil Packs be continued? (A) These are not necessary if the enemas are continued occasionally; not too often, to be sure. But keep the rubdowns with the oils.

10. (Q) Are the treatments being given correctly? (A) These are very good, and - as we find - we would rub more of the oils along the spine, after the enemas and the rubdowns.

11. (Q) What should I eat? (A) Those things that are easily assimilated; those that are semi-liquid or that make for body, blood and nerve building. Of course, as indicated, quantities of the orange juice would be well; provided this does not turn upon the body. Well to mix or change this at times to the grape fruit juice. Then, we find that beef tea or beef broth

would be well - but not with the meat in same. Such juices will be most strengthening. The rubs should be so that they will make for strengthening and not allow cold or congestion to cause the poisons that are stirred up to become localized in extremities or other portions of the body. HEAT the body with dry heat before the rubs are given; not too much, but sufficient that the capillary circulation will stir up.

12. We are through with this reading. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file (See directions [which were enclosed] for preparing Pure Beef Juice.)
