Time of Reading 11:45 to 12:10 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [920]; this we have had before.

2. As we find, in many ways conditions are very good, while in others there are those disturbances in areas that have been indicated - though some have been changed from that as we have had here before.

3. These then are the conditions as we find them at this time with this body, [920] we are speaking of, present in this room: First,

4. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, this we find better than it has been at some times before. There are, however, disturbances in the circulation through the lumbar and the sacral areas that cause or produce in same a dividing up of the elements (in the blood supply).

5. Thus, necessarily, the body easily tires, and at such times we find the circulation becomes involved in same.

6. Hence we have a fullness through the abdominal area and through the pelvis area, and the feeling of heaviness or lack of full circulation in the lower extremities; and we shall see the character of the pressure that produces this form of disturbance.

7. IN THE NERVE FORCES OF THE BODY, these we find very good, nominally; but when there are those activities - whether mental or physical - that make for the change or depletion in portions of the system of the circulation - the nerve forces respond to same.

8. Then, while the body may feel as if there is a flush to the upper portion, or a gentle glow or tingling even at times, we find that in the nerve forces from the diaphragm area and downward there are those inclinations or tendencies towards rather a numbness, or there is the feeling at times in portions as of a tautness in the circulatory forces of the body - which is the disturbance as indicated.

9. IN THE ACTIVITIES OF THE ORGANS THEMSELVES, these as we

920-11 Page 2

find, as from brain responses, are very good; though with the tiring of the body there is the feeling as of a slower response to the activities of the nerve forces for brain responses - or a slowing of the imaginative forces and the impulses of the body.

10. This affects the lower portions and the organs in same, by a pressure as we find existent in the ileac plexus - and is made to respond in same in the last dorsal and through the lower lumbar and sacral area.

11. In the sacral axis, or the lumbar and sacral axis, is the disturbance the greater. This is sympathetic, from the operative forces that have been heretofore indicated, but now more as a pressure in the area.

12. So with the activities that make for the greater movement, the pressure upon the nerve forces of the system and their responses of the slowing to the lower extremities and the effect upon the circulatory system, the tiring, and a general draggy feeling - are the response.

13. Hence as we find, in the digestive system there is the tendency for the taking of too much food when tired, or not sufficient exercises after quantities have been taken. Thus we have a slowing response to assimilation and the emptying of the stomach itself, and a corresponding slowing through the lower portion of the digestive system. There is a tendency at times for gas accumulation, by the poor assimilations.

14. But these as we find will respond to high electrical vibration occasionally, through the area of the lumbar and the lower dorsal and sacral area - as the deep therapy, or the Infra-Red Light. This should be given after the deep manipulations - for these tend to relax and allow the activities of the blood supply through the disturbed areas; both the impulses of the circulation itself and the nerve flow.

15. The Infra-Red should be given about twice a week for two to three weeks, then left off for two to three weeks, and then another course of two to three weeks taken. In this manner we will find better conditions for the whole of the system.

16. The responses of same also to those activities in the areas indicated would be helpful to the sensory system - the throat, the eyes, the voice, the general impulses from sensory forces; for the Infra-Red strikes deep and is active with the forces in the structural portions, which need the relief of the tension there.

17. When there are those activities that cause a distress or disturbance in the digestive area, two to six Pyrosan

tablets taken about thirty to forty minutes after meals as we find would be most helpful. These are not to be taken, to be sure, unless that fullness occurs.

18. Do that, and as we find we should within six to ten weeks bring a much nearer and much more responsive force in every direction through this body, [920].

19. Ready for questions.

20. (Q) What about the thyroid glands? (A) As indicated, as there is a disturbance in the glandular forces in the ileum area, the activities of the vibrations as suggested for the whole of the glandular system will be most helpful; causing, with the activity of the properties in the Pyrosan, an activity with the glandular forces of assimilation, relieving the distress upon the thyroid. Do not take thyroid extracts in this association, but rather those properties that make for a better coordination - as has been indicated in the character of the manipulations, which are to be specifically in the areas indicated, you see, and coordinated with the other centers of the body.

21. (Q) Is Dr. Charles Wimmersperger a good man to treat me? (A) Be a good man if there will be the applications of the light AS has been indicated, and in the areas indicated and not in the upper portions of the body. A good man.

22. (Q) How about the Atomidine? Should I take the one drop every day? (A) This is a helpful stimulant to all glandular activity. If these properties are taken for periods of two to three weeks, left off and then begun again, it will be better. Periodical taking of anything or any application, rather than continuous taking, allows the body to react better.

23. (Q) Any special diet? (A) That which is not fattening but that is well balanced. Grape juice and Ry-Krisp as a portion of the diet would be very well. Then keep a regular balanced diet. These are very good.

24. (Q) Should I take Ventriculin with Iron? (A) Not while the deep therapy or the Infra-Red is being given, but it is well to be taken during the rest period between the treatments - and afterward. For this keeps in the blood stream the better coagulating forces and influences.

25. (Q) Is Lisset good for me to massage with? (A) As a body texture or activity it is good, for it acts with the internal flow of the superficial circulation. Very good. Not excessive, but taken regularly - very good.

26. (Q) Any special exercise? (A) Walking, and outdoors as much as possible. Walking especially - in the open - is good.

27. (Q) Is golf alright as an exercise? (A) After there have been adjustments made, good. Golf is rather strenuous until that pressure in the lumbar axis is removed; but when this is removed, this is excellent to strengthen the muscular forces and the axis in the lumbar area.

28. (Q) Is swimming good? (A) Swimming is better than any. This is good, for the activities of all the muscular forces are brought into play in same. This is good. Also in the mental, keep the faith. Hold fast to that; and know it is a GROWING thing. Then in the changes that come in environments, in associations, let that faith in the divine in self ever respond to that known innately within self.
