Time of Reading 3:45 to 4:00 P. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Va.
1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with further suggestions for corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [934]; this we have had before.
3. While many changes have come about in the general physical forces of the body since last we had same here, some in a manner from the physical angle are bettered, we find that in the present some rather ACUTE disturbances have arisen from over-indulgences that exercised destructive forces - which allow those infections that have existed to become more active in the system.
4. UNLESS there ARE more precautions taken regarding these disturbances, a form of rheumatic conditions will ensue, - either as a fever, or as a stiffening of the locomotories; or there will be FURTHER destruction to the vision, or to some organ of the sensory system.
5. In the present, there needs to be - first - an elimination set up that will eradicate those poisons that are stirred in the system, WITHOUT upsetting the circulations between heart, liver and kidneys.
6. For, the effects being produced to the nerve system, AND the pressures and reflexes especially upon the organs of the sensory system - or the vision, arise from that disturbance between liver and kidneys; and the condition is that of a nerve pressure from uric acids.
7. The hydrotherapy treatments in the present would be the better manner of eliminating same, without disturbing the functionings as indicated.
8. Take these only as indicated here, however; no more, no less - else the results may NOT be as indicated.
9. During the next ten days take at least two thorough hydrotherapy treatments; which should include the colonic irrigation, the sweat, and a thorough rubdown. Give these in this way and manner:

10. The colonic irrigations should be given with a salt and soda solution at first - that is, the proportions of a heaping teaspoonful of table salt and a level teaspoonful of baking soda to each gallon of water used. And have the water body temperature, not colder, not hotter.
11. The last water, or rinse water, should also be body temperature; using a tablespoonful of Glyco-Thymoline to each quart of water used.
12. Have at least two of these within a ten-day period, see?
13. Then, after that, take them about two weeks apart, until at least six or eight have been taken.
14. After each colonic irrigation (given in the manner we have indicated) - we would then have first a Dry Sweat, just sufficient to produce the first trickle of moisture or perspiration over the body. THEN use, in the same cabinet, a Fume Bath - putting two ounces of Witchhazel in a pint of boiling water and allowing the steam from same to settle over the body. The Dry Heat would then be turned off, you see, and the rest of the Sweat Bath would be from the Fumes coming from the water being boiled in a container inside the cabinet.
15. Following such a Fume Bath there would be the massage and rubdown, first with an equal combination of Olive Oil and Peanut Oil, then lastly with rub alcohol. Preferably use grain alcohol, but a weak solution. The rub alcohol of some good combination is all right, just so it is not denatured with pyrogallic acid. DO NOT use wood alcohol!
16. Take two of these within a ten day period, each following the colonic given in the manner outlined.
17. Then they may be taken about two weeks apart, until at least six or eight have been taken.
18. After at least two of the colonics and two of the general hydrotherapy treatments have been given (not before) - begin to take internally each day about a teaspoonful of Mullein Tea. (Cut, bruise or crush the Mullein leaves, and pour a pint of boiling water over a heaping tablespoonful of the crushed leaves and allow to steep as tea - for fifteen to twenty minutes; covered, of course, during the time, and use only a glass or enamel container for boiling the water and for steeping same. Keep in a cool place, and make fresh at least every other day.)
19. Every other day take an ounce of Yellow Saffron Tea (made as regular tea).
20. And DO keep away from ANY drinks that are made from hops OR that are carbonated.
21. Coca-Cola will be well, but made in PLAIN, not carbonated water.

22. The condition in the eye will clear as the system clears. Well to wear the shaded glasses, or colored glasses, and do not attempt to read by a weak light, nor sit in too strong a sunshine without a good shading of the eyes.
23. In the diet - DO add Vitamin B-1 and those complexes in same, but do not begin these until after at least two of the colonics and rubs have been taken. Take the One A Day brand of B-1 Complex tablets; one a day, not two, nor don't skip days. Take them for at least thirty days.
24. Do these, and we will bring bettered conditions for the body.
25. Ready for questions.
26. (Q) Does coffee, tea or milk tend to aggravate the condition? (A) As the condition exists in the body, yes. As it may be when the body is purified, no.
27. (Q) What can I do to relieve my sinus condition? (A) These things as given will aid.
28. (Q) Cough? (A) These as given will aid.
29. (Q) What will relieve the pain that exists in the eye now? (A) A colonic irrigation, and a sweat! Have at least two of these within the next ten days, see; then take them about two weeks apart, until at least six or eight have been taken. But keep to the diet and to those suggestions made as to arousing the condition that exists between heart, liver and kidneys; else - pay the price!
