Time of Reading 11:10 to 11:25 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [940].
2. As we find, there are specific conditions that disturb the better physical functioning of the body. These are pressures that make for a hindering in the nerve and blood supply into various portions of the body.
3. We find that, since the birth of a child, there has been a pressure as indicated through the pelvis organs, or the supplying of the organs with the nerve impulse and the flow of the activities of the circulatory forces through same. These have their inception, or the pressure is indicated, from the coccyx area; and from the 4th lumbar. Hence we have the greater disturbance produced in the extremities; so that portions in the feet and in the lower limbs are disturbed, making for swelling, at other times deadening, and at other times we have reactions to the eliminations through the organs of the hepatic circulation. At times there is a reflex condition produced through the digestive area; some nausea at times, at others headache, at others a general tired and restless condition.
4. These effects are indicated because the affectations are partially upon the axes nerves and partially upon the tissue that HAS been or is somewhat taut during those periods that make for the reaction. But when there are the periods of elimination, as through the menstrual periods, these do not at all times cause as great distress.
5. Then, as we find, we would osteopathically make for a removal of these pressures, and with the stimulation to make for the proper circulation to the extremities, through the plexus in those areas about the coccyx, the 4th lumbar axis, the brachial and the cervical. These would RELIEVE the greater portion of the disturbing conditions with this body, overcoming the reactions and making for a much nearer normal condition.

6. As we would find, then, in making the applications:
7. We would first have the adjustments in the coccyx AND the lumbar area, COORDINATING same with the solar plexus, the brachial plexus and the cervical plexus areas only for the sympathetic reaction.
8. These we would have at regular intervals or periods. That is, for the first two or three weeks we would have the adjustments made about twice to three times each week. Then have a rest period of a week. Then take another series of treatments about twice each week. Then a rest period. And the third round of treatments we would have about once each week, until there have been about eight to ten such treatments.
9. During the whole period, however, we would use the Radio-Active Appliance for ASSISTING in COORDINATING the nerve forces as related to the circulatory forces of the body. We would attach same each day for a period of an hour or the like, to the opposite extremities of the body.
10. As to the matter of the diet, we would keep those foods that are nerve and body building, tending towards rather the non-acid producing than the acid.
11. And, as we find, we would bring through this manner near normal forces for this body, [940].
12. Ready for questions.
13. (Q) Why does my stomach swell? (A) This is the reflex action from the activity of the conditions in the hepatic circulation, as has been indicated; forming gases in the intestinal tract from nerve pressures. Do these things, as we find, and we will bring the near normal conditions for the body.
