Time of Reading 3:40 to 3:50 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [949]; this we have had before.
2. As we find, the physical forces are much on the improve.
3. Hence we find only those precautions need to be taken respecting the activities, the diet, and as to keeping the body near physically fit.
4. When it is necessary, or there is an inclination or feeling of a return of those disturbances in the arms or limbs or the shoulders or back, have again a series of the adjustments and manipulations like those that have been and are being administered.
5. We would keep in the attitudes for not only keeping physically fit but for a purpose, and it - the purpose - of a constructive nature.
6. As we find, the use now of the Radio-Active Appliance, as formerly given for the body, would prove most beneficial.
7. When the rubs and the adjustments are given, we would now use a combination (equal combination) of Olive Oil, Tincture of Myrrh and Tincture of Benzoin. Heat the Oil to add the Myrrh and Benzoin. Massage just what the body will absorb, into the locomotory centers - and the upper portion of the sciatic, especially for the injured limb - or the left; and the whole of the limb rubbed with this at times will be very helpful. We will find this will be the more helpful in keeping an equilibrium and a growth that will be most beneficial.
8. Do that.
9. Ready for questions.
10. (Q) Would it be possible to get a more comfortable and more corrective shoe than I have been wearing? If so, where, or through whom can this be done? (A) As we find, those shoes that have with same a cushion - This, of course, is already a part; but this may be made (by the same people) to be more of a cushion for the heel, and

of course some for the instep. A little more of the cushion used and a little more of the brace in the instep would be more in accord with the conditions for the body - and may be arranged through the same people.
11. (Q) Any other advice for the body? (A) Do these as we find for the present.
