Time of Reading 3:40 to 3:55 P. M. Eastern War Time. New York City.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body, [961].

3. As we find, in considering those disturbances that have been bothering the body for some time, and the abilities in one direction or another to shift same, though not ridding the body entirely of the conditions - it would be well to consider the sources or causes.

4. Also it would be well to consider how and why, from the purely physical angle, these conditions have arisen; though some are a part of what might be called the karmic effects. Consider as to how or why the gastric flow through the stomach has continued to give the effects that have existed, and how at times the excess of the acid has produced lacerations and acidity; how at other periods the lack of proper balance there has caused through the lower portion of the duodenum that tendency for swelling, or the engorgement in those portions of the intestine that enter into the jejunum itself. Consider the effect this has produced upon the vitality and the energies of the body, and the effect upon the organs of assimilation or digestion, and the distribution of that which is assimilated - also the effects as produced throughout the alimentary canal.

5. All of these, now, form parts of the disturbance.

6. That there may be taken palliatives in the present is apparent, and that which may gradually cause the system to respond. For, it will necessarily have to be done gradually.

7. Certain properties may be taken that will be effective and helpful in correcting or balancing the conditions.

8. The causes, of the physical or pathological nature, arise from an overstimuli to a gland in the gall duct and the liver area; thus producing regurgitation. THAT is the

961-2 Page 2

pathological explanation. The sources partially, as given, are KARMIC - as well as pathological, or psychological - as may be termed by some.

9. There may be certain corrective measures, or helpful measures, besides the diet - which, necessarily, is to be mostly a milk diet or the by-products of same; with whole wheat or whole grain cereals of, better still, the combination of the whole grains into cereals (as Maltex, or the like; for this is very well balanced, and the combination is very good), with the wheat germ added. This in the diet will be helpful. Not too much cream, but milk with same.

10. Not that these are to be the only foods, but the diet should consist MOSTLY of such foods, see? Fruits and vegetables in minute quantities are well, and especially ALL of those that are of the yellow variety; as carrots, cooked and raw, the squash - preferably the yellow neck squash, yellow peaches, apricots, and all of the foods that are yellow in their natural color.

11. The better medication will be a combination of Milk of Bismuth and Elixir of Lactated Pepsin, balanced to suit the gastric flow of the stomach itself.

12. But the real corrections to be made are in the spinal system, where the ganglia along the area especially of the 6th to the 8th dorsal show too great a stimuli. These may be done by gentle massage and occasionally having an adjustment made; though do not have it made chiropractically - DO have it made in the osteopathic manner, or neuropathic manner.

13. And these as we find will be the better conditions, or make for better conditions of this body; contributing to the strength, to the virility of that assimilated through the properties as would be gained from the use of these things suggested.

14. Ready for questions.

15. We are through for the present. Two copies to Self (one for the osteopath or neuropath, Copy to Ass'n File or masseur, who is to make the corrections in the spinal centers) (Please let us have the name and address of the osteopath or neuropath you choose. We would refer you to an osteopath such as Dr. Geo N. Coulter, 18 East 41st St., N.Y.C.)
