1. EC: (In going back over the years, " - 1903, 1902 - 1 - 1900 - 1899 - What a variation! - 1898 - 6 - " etc., on back to birth date.)
2. Yes, we have the entity and those relations with the universe and universal forces, that are latent and manifested in the personalities of the present entity; now known as or called [967].
3. In entering the present experience, we find the entity coming under astrological influences that make for urges. These are as the latent influences in the activities of the entity, and are only as indications. What the entity may do about same depends upon its choice. For urges arise from oppositions or from indulgences. Hence choices must be made by all.
4. Urges do NOT arise merely from the EXISTENCE, or just being; but there are those experiences that make for the innate expressions - and then choices.
5. From Jupiter we find the urge for a broadening, as it were, of the entity's activities; and those tendencies innate and manifested in which the entity, while naturally a leader and endowed with a great deal of initiative, power and influence, looks to others for the promptings in the activities. Hence it is a DEPENDENT and not an independent leader.
6. Such urges make for confusions at times, with that intuitive influence which arises from the sympathetic conditions from the experience in the universal forces of Venus.
7. Hence we find the entity is often "taken in" by sympathies of others; yet when these indicate or show a disparagement as to the motivative force, the entity may become what is termed "hardboiled," (to use an expression that is not exactly universal, but expressive of that which
967-1 Page 2
is innate and manifested in the experience of the entity).
8. Yet for those with whom the entity makes friends it would go the full length of its abilities, even denying itself to make opportunities for others to give their full expression in any associations or relationships.
9. The innate influences arising from Uranus with Mercury makes for often the misinterpreting through the intuitive forces; yet the high mental ability, the natural tendency for the questioning.
10. The Uranian influence makes for extremes; so that we find the entity oft is in the position of not questioning when it should and questioning when it shouldn't. And these produce experiences that have not always been easy for the entity during this expression.
11. As to the entrances into the earth's plane, or those that we find making an urge in the present experience, we find:
12. Before this the entity was in the earth during those periods of the preparations for, or just previous to, what is known as the American Revolution.
13. The entity was one rather in power through those activities of the land the entity represented, or that the associates represented; among those who came to be known as the Tories, or the Loyalists.
14. Hence there was a very confusing and unstable condition in a portion of the experience, in the name then Adelaide Steiner. The record of this may be found in the cemetery about Trenton, Jersey; for there the entity dwelt (the old one, but very definite - 1779 - the departure, through an accident).
15. In the experience it may be said that the entity gained and lost; gained in its sincerity, lost in its questioning in itself as to what should be the turns.
16. Also in the present that sojourn has made for the bringing into the experience of the entity many that come from foreign lands; especially would those be attracted to the entity, and the entity attracted to those, who come from what was the motherland during that experience.
17. Yet those very principles that impel such activities are within the innate feelings of the entity, and excuses in self are necessary at times.
18. It may be said that the experience then was such that the stress and strain made for MENTAL development, and the abilities of the entity in the present in meeting many VARIED types - or those whose background is often in shadow.
19. Before that we find the entity was during those periods when the Master walked in the land, in what is now known as
967-1 Page 3
the Holy Land or the Palestine land.
20. The entity then was again among those in authority, being of the household then of the second in charge in the Sanhedrin; in the name then Jabcobin.
21. In the experience the entity gained and lost, and gained; for during those periods when there was so much of the politic, and so much as related to the patriotic reactions through the holy land and its peoples, the entity - through the turmoils and strife in the latter portion made for an adhering to those things that were of the more CONVINCING nature to the doubters, as to the PRINCIPLES of the activities of Him who had come as an ensample, as a leader, as a teacher.
22. The very associations during that experience have brought into the present many questions of natures pertaining to law, order, the material or marital relationships, the social activities. And the JUDGEMENTS that must arise from those experiences oft bring in the present, from the very emotional portion of the entity itself, the necessity for definite stands to be taken as to the better manner of activity.
23. Hence again there is indicated, from not only the astrological but the earthly sojourns, the urge as a leader; but dependent upon the activities or motivative forces of others.
24. Yet the entity is a judge of those things pertaining to the niceties of experience. And from that experience, from that sojourn, the entity in the present as a writer on etiquette of the home, of the school, of the younger generation, would draw to itself much that would become REMUNERATIVE from the material standpoint, strengthening in the mental abilities; and AWAKEN in the entity much that has been as a latent influence.
25. In such writings, it would be well for the entity to deal with the home, the associations of people - especially in their various spheres.
26. Before that we find the entity was in that now known as the Egyptian land, among those natives when there was the in-coming of those from the Persian land who rose to power through the trainings there.
27. The entity then was among those natives chosen as an aide to that Princess who returned to her Persian land to make a correlation of truths by many teachers; and rose to power.
28. Hence we find of interest in the present those things pertaining to the oriental; also Persian and Egyptian things are of an equal interest, and these have an INNATE and
967-1 Page 4
MANIFESTED FEELING in the entity from their associations, as it were.
29. Yet there is a questioning of the orient and its principles, through the very experiences of the entity then, as Asha-Shepht.
30. In the experience the entity gained and lost, yet much that was accomplished there may be applied in the experiences in the present. For in the associations with those whom the entity contacts, this used in the mental sense for that analysis (which we have indicated is ever present) may bring the abilities in the writing, in editing that written by others, such as to bring much of a harmonious experience for the entity.
31. As to the abilities in the present, then, and that to which the entity may attain:
32. As a writer, as an editor, as a critic in those things pertaining to writing, to etiquette, to the analysis of the promptings or motivative forces in the experiences of individuals, editing the writings of others.
33. DEVELOP that sensitiveness to color and tone.
34. Ready for questions.
35. (Q) Have I chosen my proper work in life? (A) As it may be accorded more and more with those inclinations that arise from the associations and experiences we have indicated, yes.
36. (Q) How can I speed up results in the work? (A) The results as attained, the service as rendered, must be that to enable the entity to make haste slowly. Do not get ahead of the GOOD that is rendered, else we will find the same confusions arising oft.
37. (Q) What was my paternal grandparent's name? (A) As has been indicated, in that association. Great grandparent.
38. (Q) What line and where can it be traced? (A) As indicated.
39. (Q) Were they the Natural healers and bone-setters? (A) Natural.
40. (Q) If so, could I do magnetic healing? (A) Not shown so much in its developments, as indicated, as the training in the sensitiveness to tone and color. Through these vibrations may the entity in its healing and in its efforts bring greater harmony in the experience of others. Using same with the low electrical forces that make for the using of the etheronic energies may be the greater channel.
41. (Q) Has my father [...] communicated with me? (A) This should be answered by self. He has.
