Time of Reading 11:00 to 11:05 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [975]; this we have had before.

2. As we find, with the general conditions of the body, these are in the present "holding their own," as it were, very well.

3. There needs to be kept the eliminations for the body, as we have indicated. For, with the inactivities and the tendencies for the digression which has been indicated in the circulation, the eliminations through the alimentary canal need to be kept rather toward an excess at times.

4. So, when necessary we would use the properties as indicated; that is, the Fletcher's Castoria, taken in very minute doses, which will be much more effective and more beneficial to the body. Only take these, though, when necessary.

5. Also we find that the properties we first indicated, for the general strength, the stimulation and the toning of the system for digestive forces, as well as for the manner of assimilation produced, would be well to have prepared again. Make precautions as to the preparations, that these are made in the manner as indicated throughout; using the INDIAN Turnip - or the essence of same, as a portion of the compound. Be sure that these are added in the order given.

6. The rubs for the lower extremities, and especially for the feet, across the lower portion of the sacral these rubs with the oil as given, are well.

7. Keep in a general manner the diets indicated, though these - to be sure - under varying circumstances should be altered to meet the needs of a changing climatic condition or for the general surroundings. But keep to the alkalines. These are much more preferable.

8. Ready for questions.

9. (Q) Should all suggestions previously indicated be followed? (A) The violet ray or the electrical treatments we would only give when the body is very tired of evenings. Then,

not so often with this treatment - unless it is more desired.

10. (Q) What change may be made in diet, if any? (A) As indicated, that to meet the varying surroundings, the climatic reactions; or to make the proper balance of keeping towards the proper alkalinity, is the more preferable. For, as the body ages, there are the tendencies to make for an acidity. The alkalinity, of course, may be overdone. But keep a GENERAL alkalin-reacting diet. Or, rather let the body follow its desires - with these conditions in mind, that the greater the alkalinity the less chance there is for cold or for congestion.

11. We are through with this reading. Copy to Mr. [261] " " Ass'n file (GD's note of 12/21/35: See letter [which was enclosed] with directions to Druggist for preparing the compound. See Alkalin-Reacting Diet List [which was enclosed].)
