Time of Reading 11:20 to 11:25 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before.

2. Changes of the natural reactions from the age and activities take place. The inability for the locomotions, the weakness and the tendencies that arise from same come from the indigence due to age and to those general depleting conditions in the physical forces of the body.

3. As we find, the appliances as indicated kept in a manner of activity for the body will be the greater equalizer; while general strength may be had by at least once a day or oftener if the weakness persists massaging the body with a combination of oils. This would be strengthening to the whole circulation, not only from the absorption by the body but a stimulation to the superficial circulation that naturally becomes more and more trembly, and a stimulation also to the structural portions in the areas of their activity through the tendons and muscular forces as adjoined in the joints of the body. Combine same in this manner: Add equal portions of Olive Oil, Tincture of Myrrh, Compound Tincture of Benzoin - heating the Olive Oil (not to boiling, but just to heating point) to add the others; equal portions. That is, add the Myrrh while the Olive Oil is still hot, and when nearly cool add the Tincture of Benzoin - when just a little higher than the temperature of the body. Shake together when used, and use this especially along the spine and over the limbs.

4. Keep the strengthening foods for the body. As we find, the beef juice would be particularly helpful; but this should be made fresh at least every other day. Any of the properties as from lamb, chicken or other fowl - these should be particularly strengthening for the body's building.

5. Do that.

6. Ready for questions.

7. (Q) Is the extreme weakness caused by age?

975-4 Page 2

(A) As has been indicated, in the greater part it is; though this may be aided as has been indicated by care for the strengthening and for the whole of the tendons and muscular forces and digestive forces of the body.

8. (Q) What is the condition of the heart? (A) This causes some disturbances owing to the variation in the deep circulation and the superficial, and this massage should be an equalizer for same. Hence it should be given gently, rotary motion on either side of the spine; especially around the muscles and tendons of each joint, over the limbs and arms.

9. (Q) Can anything be done to make walking easier? (A) As we have indicated. These as we have given will be most helpful. Be very careful, though, in the walking; and not ever alone.
