1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions that may be submitted, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [975]; this we have had before.
3. The general weaknesses and debilitations that are coming about, the surroundings, are much in the way of the natural causes - as from the great anxieties, and the disturbances which have come to the body through these anxieties.
4. The acute condition as we find disturbing in the present is the engorgement of the liver, through the lack of proper activity. And this tends to cause a great deal of distress, as bloating, or the inclinations for the lower portion of the duodenum to become somewhat strangulated as it might be termed; and the formation of gas filling the stomach and the abdomen.
5. These as we find bring greater disturbance to those channels for elimination, and these poisons weaken the blood supply and thus produce greater debilitation.
6. As we find in the present, we would recharge the Wet Cell Appliance and let the current - WITHOUT the solutions - pass through the system; making the attachments to the 9th dorsal and to the lower portion of the liver area, about thirty minutes each day.
7. This will tend to relieve the disturbance, provided those properties of the Alcaroid are taken after each meal; not a great quantity but sufficient to keep the activities of the chyle in the stomach to such an action as to form easier digestion.
8. Agar or oil in any of its forms - the plain preferably - would be helpful for eliminations.
9. Keep the feet very warm, of course; rubbing these with oil, such as an equal combination of Mutton Suet (melted), Turpentine and Camphor. Heat the mutton suet, you see, to add the others. Toasting the feet afterwards, when this

combination has been rubbed in and along the limbs, will aid a great deal in keeping a better circulation for the body.
10. Do these.
11. Ready for questions.
12. (Q) Is there any growth in the abdomen? (A) Rather an engorgement, as we find, as has been indicated,
13. (Q) Is this the cause of the abdominal pains? (A) As has been indicated.
14. (Q) Is the Vit-agar plain, which she has in her room, helpful? (A) As has been indicated.
15. (Q) Should anything be done to induce sleep at night? (A) This gradually as we find may become necessary; though if the combinations that are the less habit-forming are used it will be better. Aspirin is very well, better for the body than greater sedatives.
16. (Q) What causes nervous twitching that makes sleeping so difficult? (A) The combination of those disturbances as indicated to the circulation, as affect the locomotory nerves to the general system, and breaking up the coordination between cerebrospinal and sympathetic system.
17. Do these things as we find - we may bring the better forces and influences for this body, [975].
18. We are through with this Reading. Copy to Mr. [261] " " Ass'n file (Mr. [261] do you have or can you get the Wet Cell Appliance which Miss [798] used? If not, we will see if we can locate one for you. Am enclosing set of directions for assembling it. GD.)
