Time of Reading 3:50 to 4:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [982]; this we have had before.

2. Conditions in many respects, as we find, continue to be on the improve. While there are still a great deal of poisons and accumulations from drosses and from the inflammation that HAS been produced by the affect of pus being segregated in portions of the system, these are gradually being eliminated.

3. We may find that these, as we have indicated before, may be so exercised as to not NECESSITATE further operative forces. Or we may find that by the use of those applications that would segregate, these might be removed by the suction or by the minor operative measures that would be more in accord with the haste that is a portion of the body's own experience.

4. But in EITHER way we may find that it would be well to keep, with the activities of the body, the low electrical forces that may be maintained in the body by the use of the Wet Cell Appliance (rather than the Radio-Active, as first indicated). Such an Appliance would carry to those portions of the body the drainages necessary, stimulating the activities in such a manner as to make for bringing normalcy for the body. The applications would be made in this manner:

5. The small copper plate would be attached first, to the 3rd and 4th dorsal center; while the larger nickel plate, through which there would be carried Tincture of Iodine - Or, preferably, Atomidine - would be attached last, at the 4th lumbar plexus - these would be the applications for one day.

6. Next day attach still the copper plate to the 3rd and 4th dorsal center, but attach the nickel plate - through which the Atomidine would be carried - to the center just opposite

the umbilicus, or a portion of the umbilicus, the lacteal duct and the gall duct area.

7. Alternating the applications each day in this manner, there would be carried into the system those vibrations that form an activity in the glands as to produce such secretions in same as to combat any accumulations, any activity that would make for pus formations in the body.

8. Use the Wet Cell Appliance as indicated, regardless of which choice is made - whether the operative measures or the drainage process.

9. Ready for questions.

10. (Q) Should the anode be placed the second day on the frontal portion of the body? (A) On the frontal portion of the body one day, you see. In each day the experience would be like this: One day attach the copper anode to the 3rd and 4th dorsal; the larger nickel plate, passing through the solution of Atomidine, to the 4th lumbar - or at that plexus where there are the activities that have hindered in the system in the lower portion of the colon or in the anus and in those areas where there have been the inflammations, see? The next day the copper anode would still be attached to the 3rd and 4th dorsal, but the larger anode would be attached to the right side of the body over the lacteal ducts and the gall ducts and a portion of the umbilicus center. These would be the activities for this body.

11. (Q) What should be the proportion of the Atomidine solution? (A) The Atomidine should be AS IS.

12. (Q) Would you advise that I follow the advice of Dr. Hepsley or Dr. Janssen? in regard to the operation? (A) In either case, as given, it should be a choice by the body. As we find, there may be a clarification by not a large operation to open the whole of the area - but the suction and those things locally applied. THIS is the better method, PROVIDED the applications of the Wet Cell vibrations are used as indicated. Do that.

13. (Q) What causes the neuralgia pains in shoulders, and what can I do for them? (A) These arise from poisons and natural accumulations in the system, and become as a portion of the general condition that's necessary to be eliminated by cleansing the system of the poisons.

14. (Q) What should be done for the arthritis and swelling of joints? (A) We are suggesting those influences to be applied that make for not only the prevention of the causes for the arthritic reaction from accumulations in the system of calcium, but to dissolve same - to become a solvent to same. These will be most helpful. Later, after the operative forces for the cleansing of the system, we would use the vibrations from the Wet Cell Appliance as indicated - thirty to forty minutes each day, for periods of three to four weeks at the time. After that period then rest a week from same, and then begin again. After the second or third week of using the Appliance, we would begin with the general massage - but we would give at that time how same would be applied.

15. (Q) How soon would you advise that the body would be ready for the operation? (A) The sooner the better; that is, in the NOMINAL sense of conditions, to be sure - but set itself as to the mental reaction of same.

16. (Q) How soon should the Wet Cell Appliance treatments begin? (A) These will only begin after the operative forces, to assist in purifying the system.

17. (Q) When should the osteopathic treatments be given now? (A) These should not be given until after the operative forces. And, as indicated, we would give further suggestions in regard to these - after the Appliance has been used for about three weeks.

18. (Q) Any other suggestions for the body? (A) These we would do in the present. And, as indicated, as conditions change we would give those suggestions for bringing this body to normalcy; for it should be - must be!

19. We are through with this reading. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file (See letter [which was enclosed] with directions to Health Home Remedies Co. for preparing the Wet Cell Appliance. This is different from the Radio-Active Appliance as first suggested, and will evidently - carrying the Atomidine - be more effective direct with the specific condition following the operation. It takes about two weeks to prepare this according to specifications, so you could order it and have it ready to begin using as soon as you can after the operation.

See article [which was enclosed] explaining this type appliance, also price list. Let us know when the Appliance has been used three weeks, following the operation, so we may make an appointment for the Check Reading to give further suggestions. GD.)
