1. EC: Yes.

2. Now, as we find, as to the conditions that HAVE disturbed this body, [986], rather there may be given in general that which may help in meeting conditions of this type or character, than that which may in the present be of great material PHYSICAL help to THIS particular body.

3. The very nature or type of this disturbance is insidious and subtle. There is the inability to remain conscious of the reaction or responses between the brain and sensory forces. Hence there is an attack to the nerve areas lying between the conscious and unconscious, or between the voluntary and involuntary activity. The cerebrospinal system becomes involuntary, and the sympathetic or vegetative system becomes voluntary.

4. As we find, then, this is a blood disturbance; or the lack of the effluvia in the blood to make - as it were - the proper connections between the positive and negative vibrations in the system.

5. So, for such disorders - or for this character or type of disorder - we would apply the radial low electrical forces that would carry the necessary elements in the system to make for positive and negative reactions between these poles in the system. And we find there would be the response.

6. These would be applied with the Wet Cell or low electrical forces for thirty minutes each morning, carrying the Chloride of Gold solution; and for thirty minutes each evening, carrying the Silver Nitrate solution. The attachments would be made in this manner:

7. Mornings - the positive, copper or plain anode would be attached to the 1st and 2nd cervical. The larger plate, through which the Gold solution would be carried (in the proportion of one grain to one ounce of distilled water),

would be attached last (being the negative, you see) over the umbilicii plexus and lacteal duct area.

8. Evenings (about the period when ordinarily one should go to rest for the night) - the positive or plain copper anode would be attached at the upper plexus of the secondary cardiac, or the 2nd and 3rd dorsal. The negative anode carrying the Silver Nitrate (a twenty percent solution) would be attached over the lower LUMBAR area.

9. Attached in these manners, the solutions carried to the body - through their activities through the vibratory forces of the electrical vibrations - would materially aid in establishing an equilibrium. For the centers in the system from which there arises these impulses would be QUICKENED by such vibrations.

10. These applications, as we find, would be most helpful to conditions of this nature. Ready for questions.

11. We are through for the present. Copy to Miss [516] (to be sent to the Hospital, or those in charge of the case) " " Ass'n file (See letter [which was enclosed] with specifications for the Wet Cell Appliance, and where obtained.)
