Time of Reading 3:35 to 4:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [987]; this we have had before, you see.
2. Now as we find, there are many changes in the general physical forces since last we had same here. Some are not so well, some are bettered, some have just changed.
3. There should have been, as we find, a closer adherence to those suggestions and we would have found that the vitality would not be lacking so much in the present - if those suggestions had been adhered to, for reionizing, revitalizing the system.
4. These then are the conditions as we find them at this time with this body, [987], we are speaking of, present in this room:
5. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, as we find, there is the lack of those resistances that are necessary for the body keeping physically fit; that is, those activities of the plasms in the blood stream that produce the revitalizing effect are low or deficient.
6. Hence we find that with a little taxation at times the body easily becomes very tired; whether this be from a physical exercise or from a mental reaction, or OVER-EXUBERANCE, there will be produced just as much tiredness as if the body were to take strenuous exercises for the time.
7. While of course the true reactions are not the same, this revitalizing, this ability for the proper coagulation and the moving of the drosses from the system becomes laggard, slow.
8. Hence we have those periods when the body even mentally becomes as it were fagged or depressed, or there are the reactions when the body becomes melancholy apparently without a reason or cause.
9. These are the tiring, the lack of the vitalizing forces in the whole of the plasm of the circulation.

10. IN THE CEREBROSPINAL NERVOUS SYSTEM, we find there are still those centers or plexus where pressures are produced, the removal of which would - with the changes and with the activities as coming about, with the varying of the organic reactions, with the lowering of the vitality - enable a more normal equilibrium to be kept between the replenishing or the assimilating forces and the distribution of that assimilated, or the keeping of the glandular system so that it reacts in a nominal manner.
11. And we would find that the general conditions that make for these disturbances of the headaches at times would be removed, the reactions through the digestive forces, the conditions that arise through the whole system - as of a dizziness at times, and the organs of the sensory forces becoming supersensitive at times and at others failing to respond to those activities of same - these would all be assisted and aided in bringing to nearer a normal condition the whole functioning.
12. These pressures as we find exist, as we have indicated, in those centers or ganglia along the cerebrospinal system, and especially where they coordinate with the sympathetic or vegetative nerve system; specifically, the 1st - or the axis in the lumbar center, the last of the dorsal centers, that make for those changes with the flow of the circulation through the pelvic organs, through the digestive forces that become active with the assimilating system of the lower digestive organs; and in the brachial centers, or from the 1st, 2nd and 3rd dorsal through the activities in the upper portion of the cerebrospinal system or the cervical forces of the body.
13. IN THE ORGANS THEMSELVES, here we find these reactions come rather as a part of those suppressions or subluxations, as well as the degeneration of the plasm in the assimilating system, or the circulatory system; making for glandular activities that disturb and cause the body at times to feel or appear to have reactions that do not carry that force of conviction with same as should be in its approach to, or the reaction to, individual forces.
14. All of these become a part of the disturbing forces.
15. AS WE FIND, THEN, in making applications for the helpful influence:
16. First we would use The Radio-Active Appliance, consistently, as we have indicated heretofore. Use for periods of three weeks and rest a period, then consistently again for three to four weeks. Then whenever there is the feeling of tiredness or the desire to meditate, the desire to relax, use the Appliance during such a period. And we
987-3 Page 3
will find it will change the whole of the outlook upon associations as well as resuscitating the vitality and forces of the system.
17. We would also begin with the corrections, OSTEOPATHICALLY, along the cerebrospinal system as indicated - in those portions of same. These are well to be taken periodically, or series of same. In two to three weeks, twice or three times a week, then leave off entirely for two to three weeks, then another series and then again occasionally.
18. This does not interfere with the massage, or the activities for the rejuvenating of the superficial circulation. But what is the MOST needed is that STIMULATION to the DEEPER circulation so that the activities for the superficial circulation will work together.
19. Then, be normal or careful in the diet, that there is kept an alkalinity rather than allowing the reaction to run to acidity.
20. And doing these, we will bring the bettered conditions for this body, [987].
21. Ready for questions.
22. (Q) What causes the puffs under my eyes? (A) The pressures upon the axis of the lumbar area, causing the kidney reactions to become disturbed as to the eliminations - and the activities of these upon the body produce those conditions. With the removal of the pressures and with the reviving of the activity of the glandular forces as related to same, these will disappear.
23. (Q) In just what condition are the kidneys, especially the right one? (A) These we find from the pressures have been burned often with the disturbing forces in the lower hepatic circulation. We will find these will be corrected with the correction of the pressures; for we do not find these other than functional in the disturbance. The organs themselves do not show pus or the accumulations, but they DO show the disturbance as to their functioning - owing to the pressures and the effect these produce at times upon the bladder - are disturbing to the system. But with the corrections and the revitalizing of the system, we will find not only the cold feet and hands (that appear at times) being eliminated, but the variations in the influences as come over the body will disappear with the other disturbances.
987-3 Page 4
24. (Q) Is there anything wrong concerning the genital organs? (A) Nothing internally wrong. The pressures and the activities of the glandular forces as related to the replenishing make for, we might say, an awareness of their condition, or their POSITION and their activity. But with the correction in the lumbar, the lower dorsal, those as make for the corrections in the genital system, and with the general circulation altered to make revitalizing forces, these conditions should disappear.
25. (Q) What causes red spots on nose at times? (A) The circulation, as has been indicated. These will disappear with the equalizing. These are the effects of this vitalizing of the bodily forces themselves. With the functionings of the blood supply and blood stream, and pressures upon nerve system, there is a slowing up of the circulation in the extremities of the body. Hence we have what may be called accumulations of the flow so as to cause those variations - as the spots, as the coldness in portions of the system. But with the electrical forces that arise from the vitalizing of the system, with the removal of the pressures in the cerebrospinal system, we may find many, many changes for the beneficial conditions of this body.
26. (Q) What is a good way to keep body from absorbing too much water? (A) Keep the balance in the flow of the system as related to the eliminations and the assimilations. It is a functioning of the activities of the system as may be assisted or produced by the low electrical forces from the body in the Radio-Active activity.
27. (Q) What shall I do for better elimination? (A) As will be found, when the system is adjusted more, the eliminations will be the more normal. Rather than taking laxatives or purgatives, it is better that oil with enemas be used. These will not make for sagging in the colon area, nor make for such an activity as to produce disturbance through the upper portion of the jejunum or the intestinal system. White Oil taken occasionally. Then each day there is not the full or proper elimination, use a little saline solution as an elimination by the use of the enema.
28. (Q) Why the weakness in the right eye? (A) This is more from the condition as indicated, that the sensory system becomes supersensitive by pressures, varying at times. As the body will find, if it looks for same, not
987-3 Page 5
only does the eye become disturbed but at times the hearing is not so well, the taste alters or changes. These are effects from pressures in the upper dorsal and cervical, and naturally the removal of these will revivify the activity - if the circulatory forces are revitalized. As indicated, those things given, consistently and persistently, will bring better conditions for the body. When using the Radio-Active Appliance, this creates more and more a normal balance, and if the body falls to sleep while using same it is alright. Circulate the attachments about the body as has been indicated; right wrist, left ankle; (these in the order as given) left wrist, right ankle; left ankle, right wrist; right ankle, left wrist. Then the right wrist and left ankle again, etc. Continue circulating the attachments in this manner, going AROUND the body, see? This keeps and produces the normal pull of the lymph AND the impulse as created by the vibratory forces of the bodily functions. Use these periods - for thirty to sixty minutes - as the periods of deep meditation; that is, not as raising the vibratory forces in the glandular system, but MENTAL activity in same, allowing the mechanical reaction to create the proper balance. But mentally give thyself to Creative Forces in SOME form of expression of a USEFULNESS in the activities and associations with thy fellow man. For as ye do it to thy brother, ye do it to thy Maker. Then let thy meditation be such as this: "FATHER, GOD, I AM THINE. USE ME AS THOU SEEST BEST, THAT I MAY BE A CHANNEL OF BLESSING TO SOMEONE, IN SOME WAY; THAT THEIR OUTLOOK MAY BE A HOPEFULNESS IN DIVINE LOVE - AS THIS MAY BE EXPRESSED IN THE INDIVIDUAL ACTIVITY ONE TO ANOTHER." Put these thoughts in thy words. Alter them as thy inner self is raised to ways and means and manners. NEVER as of "that I may gain the position of glory or honor here" but "USE ME, FOR I WOULD BE ONE WITH THEE."
