Born July 24, 1872, in Ft. Wayne, Ind. Time of Reading 3:55 to 3:45 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Ohio. (Life Reading Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the entity now known as or called [994], and those relations with the universe and universal forces; that are latent and manifested in the personalities of the present entity.
2. In giving what may be helpful to this entity in the present, in making application of self to the opportunities that may present themselves through the abilities that are latent and manifested, that have been developed in the entity through the sojourns in the earth, we would explain:
3. That this information is approached rather from the soul development than from the material or the earthly only.
4. So, the information which may be approached or supplied through reading what has been builded as latent possibilities or manifested objectives in the experience, is founded rather upon the continuity of life; that is expressed or manifested in the earth in many forms.
5. There are signposts, as it were, or various approaches to the records of the entity's activity and what has been accomplished by the entity or soul in its passage through the various experiences in the earth.
6. For what the individual is today is on account of, or because of, what HAS been the use of opportunities in relation to the Creative Forces in the experience of the entity.
7. Those who take not into account their relation to the First Cause, or God, or Jehovah, or the Creative Forces or Energies, then, may only know those things pertaining to the gratifying of material desires that TURN oft and REND the individual; or they are used in such a way and manner as to bring upon the individual that it has sown in its activity.
8. For the seed of every plant is within itself; the seed of every living influence is upon itself. So in the acts of
994-1 Page 2
man in his relationships to his fellow man and to the world as a whole, the seed or the results that will be in the experience are according to what has been sown, or the manner in which the individual has dealt with his fellow man.
9. This is the manner, then, in which there may be given what has been the influence in the experience of this entity, and how it may apply those opportunities that are set before him through that he has accomplished in his sojourns in the earth, and his activity in this solar system, to make for soul development in the present experience, to make for that which will enrich the experience of the entity in such measures as to bring the gratifying, the satisfying experiences of the soul that make for peace and harmony within; no matter HOW the activities may be from without.
10. As to its relationships then with the universal forces, from its astrological aspects as innate urges, we find:
11. The entity's approach under Jupiter makes for a large or broad expanse of vision or activity, with abilities to see the relationships of one proposition with another. This makes for rather the dealings in THINGS and in situations rather than with individuals; yet dealing with individuals through distribution or activity of those things with which the body may associate self.
12. Hence, as we find, oft has there been the individual experience in which there has come the dependence by the entity upon the activity of an individual rather than upon the group; that has not brought the best results. At other times there has been the entity's knowledge and understanding in the relationships to the groups and masses and classes that has enabled the entity to take advantage of situations in such measures as to bring satisfactory experiences in the material or commercial activities of the entity.
13. Venus brings into the experience the periods when there have been in the activity most satisfactory relations which have arisen through the SYMPATHIES that are as a portion of the entity's experience; that have enabled the entity oft in its activities to carry on when those things in the commercial activities have been in the manner of being what is termed hardboiled and making for dissension among the associates or friends or in those activities carried on in its relation to groups and masses. Also these have brought at times (though we find these have been broken) the relationships in marital activities that were GLORIOUS in their experience; yet from the very activities brought some
994-1 Page 3
unsatisfactory experience.
14. In Mars and in Saturn we find also the influences that have made for an experience wherein at times there have been those forces dealing with madness, wrath, having to do with war, having to do with toilsome or troublesome conditions between groups, states, nations and activities. When the entity has met such situations in the quietness of its own activity, they have been rather of material advantage. But when the entity has joined self in such discussions, or in those things wherein the activities made for anger within self, these have brought trouble, distraughtness and disturbances in the experience. Yet from the very sojourn it may be said that the entity may build upon the failures of others, where there has been the expression or the doubt or the fear in this or that relationship.
15. Hence oft where others have failed in the entity's own relationships in obtaining this or that association or connection, owing to some cross, some error over which there may have been dissension or discussion, the entity has taken same and builded upon same for a satisfaction, bringing into the experience very satisfying conditions.
16. Saturn has made for what may be termed at times good influences, at others bad. For constantly the entity has been changing in its relationships as to groups; sometimes becoming, as it were, very close, at others very far apart.
17. As to the entity's appearances in the earth and those that influence the entity in the present in its relationships, we find:
18. Before this the entity lived during those periods when there was the activity towards the possession of the present land of nativity, or during what may be termed the American Revolution when the soldiery from the motherland or England were over here.
19. The entity was among what would today be termed the CONSTRUCTION engineers, being one in authority with Howe; having to do with making the possibilities for crossing the streams and in laying out the lands. The entity was not as an army officer, but rather what would be termed an army engineer.
20. These were the activities of the entity then, in the name Geoel Lockwood; though the name was changed when taking over the activity.
21. After the quietings of those experiences, the entity returned as one living in the frontiers of that land now known as portions of Ohio, Indiana, Illinois; having to do with the establishing of activities as related to trading posts to deal with the exchange of goods with the farther
994-1 Page 4
west and northwest. Not a fur trader, but rather an exchanger; establishing those things that later had to do more with woods, timbers, and things dealing with the activities of such.
22. In the experience it may be said that the entity gained in material things, lost in the spiritual aspects, until the latter portion of the sojourn when there were brought into the activities those that made for great expansions during that period of the entity's activity.
23. Before that we find the entity was in that now known as the Holy Land, during those periods when there were the gatherings of those for the rebuilding or the replenishing of the temple activity and the walls roundabout.
24. The entity then came with those during the latter portion of the return from captivity, aiding most in setting up the gates in the walls roundabout; making for the establishing of those relationships with the peoples thereabout where there had been turmoils and strifes with the first portion of the returned peoples and those under Ezra and Nehemiah also that had of NECESSITY, through the king's orders, become as disturbing conditions to the peoples that were of the MIXED nations.
25. Then the entity, in the name Sheuelen, made for material, mental and spiritual development. For as the entity's activity enabled those to become more and more secure in their position, it also brought the closer relationships to those in the temple service and the temple activities; and the final connection or marriage of the entity with one of those waiting upon the temple service or the temple's activity brought the entity in closer relationships, making for the greater advancement during the experience.
26. And from those very associations there comes the entity's activity in the present dealing with wood, with things dealing with metal and wood, those things having to do with supplying the comforts and the conveniences of individuals. These things arise from the entity's activity during that sojourn.
27. Before that we find the entity was in the period of the first preparations for the building of the temple under David, and the builders in Solomon's experience.
28. The entity then was among the sons of Dan who worked or wrought in iron and in metals, having to do with the associations and connections in the activities of setting up the houses planned by David and executed by Solomon and associates.
29. Then in the name Zeustuen, the entity made for SPIRITUAL
994-1 Page 5
advancement; though in the latter portion of the experience we find there were those things that made for dissensions in the relationships, when there was the bringing in of those to establish things that were at varience to the ordinances established through the priesthood and adhered to by Solomon and the forefathers in the earlier portion of that sojourn. For when the others came in, and it was seen that much of the experience in the abundance made for the destructive forces entering in, these brought disquiet and dissension and turmoil into the experience then of the entity.
30. Yet the abilities and activities of that sojourn make for the relationships in the present which may bring the greatest satisfaction in its activities.
31. Before that we find the entity was in what is known as the Egyptian experience, during those periods of turmoil and strife when there was the banishment of the Priest and the establishing of the activities by the natives.
32. The entity then was among the native sons who were active in those experiences in the house of the King, and with the rebellions made for those associations and connections that brought about much of the turmoil.
33. Yet meeting with those joined close to the Priest during the period of banishment, with the return of the Priest and the buildings that were begun, there became greater activity on the part of the entity then, as Ish-Me-Pthu.
34. In the experience the entity gained in the latter portion of the activities, for these brought about material gains, greater satisfaction in the mental activities, greater understandings in the spiritual forces.
35. As to the abilities of the entity in the present, then, and that to which it may attain, and how:
36. The activities, as indicated, that are motivated by spiritual truths and a service to the fellow man in what may be made or distributed, manufactured or imported, to bring the greater opportunities to those whom the entity may serve, will bring the greater constructive forces. But if there is an influence presented in the experience of others that is only for the gratifying of the egotism, or the satisfying of self-indulgences, it must gradually build the same into the experience of the entity itself; and must become destructive.
37. Build that in the experience, then, to make for constructive forces ever for thy fellow man. For with what judgment shall ye be judged? As ye do it unto thy brethren, so will the Lord thy God mete it unto thee! For with what measure ye mete it shall be measured to you again!
38. Then, in whatever may be the choice of activity, let
994-1 Page 6
constructive forces be the motivative influence; and not for the satisfying or gratifying of the own personal desires.
39. Keep thy faith.
40. Ready for questions.
41. (Q) What should I do in the emergency regarding matters now facing? (A) As we find, these associations that may be established in these connections may make for the expansion of the activities in such ways and manners as to make a very SATISFACTORY relationship, in supplying through these channels those things that not only bring joy into the lives of others but enable self in its experience to meet much that has been sought in the present experience. Then, join forces with those whom the entity has aided in the past incarnations; and thus meet much in self as well as bringing those experiences of satisfaction. Follow these leads that have been set out already, then.
