1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1000]; this we have had before.
2. Those disturbing conditions in the present are much different from that as we have had here before.
3. As we find, these are tending to become more serious. These, however, as we find, are understood by some who are making applications for the easing and the betterment of the conditions of the body.
4. But we would alter SOMEWHAT the applications; that is, we would add THESE to those ministrations already being made:
5. We would use one-eighth grain of the Animated Ash, at least every other day. Empty the powder on tongue and wash down with water; DO NOT take IN the capsule. And five to ten minutes after taking the Ash, we would use the Ultra-Violet Ray; not the Carbon Light nor the Sun Light, but preferably the Mercury Quartz Light; given across the lower portion of the lung area (from the back, you see), for one and a half to three minutes. Thus we will loosen more of the oxygen to combat the general conditions in the system; for these work with the nerves and muscular forces and those activities that tend for action through not only the respiratory system and the organs of the body through the glandular forces and mammary glands and in the throat and the stomach, but make for the better action towards an assimilation.
6. It DOES become necessary for the use of hypnotics or NARCOTICS, to quiet the nerves of the body. And, as we find, the NARCOTICS are the more effective; yet these make for the tendency for the congesting of the eliminations and destroy in part the activity of the assimilating system.
7. Hence, it would be well that these conditions (with the eliminations) be cared for by the use of enemas, even though

there are the laxatives given that produce or make for activity. The very nature of the sediments upon the system produces in the intestinal system a toxine [toxin?] that is easily eliminated by the use of salines in the higher enemas (salt and soda solution), and thus will make for less destructive forces in the body. So these would be used (the enemas) in conjunction WITH the sedatives that are given, or that are necessary from time to time, as we find.
8. Care and attention are necessary more in the manner of the nursing, and the attending, than in a greater part of medicines. For the MENTAL reactions for the body, and those tendencies for the crystallizations of too great quantities of the calciums in portions of the system, make for pressures upon the extremities - and produce pain that becomes excruciating. Massages, especially of oils, will be found helpful.

10. (Q) Would it be advisable to go to Florida at this time? (A) This would necessitate that there be some improvements in the general conditions. And as there are the abilities of those in the present environs to carry on much of that needed, and as they understand much of that which is the disturbance, we find that it would not be ADVISABLE to make a change - IN the present.
11. (Q) What is causing this condition? (A) Too much of those properties as indicated in the system.
12. (Q) What can be done to relieve pain? (A) As indicated.
13. (Q) Are there any foods that should be eliminated, and if so, suggest diet? (A) Rather use the fruit and vegetable diet. The fats should be more from nuts than meats; for these, as we find, would be most helpful - and especially cashew nuts, almonds, filberts, and the like.
14. (Q) Any other advice for the body? (A) Do these things, as we find, in addition to those things being given.
