Time of Reading ... Hotel, 4:20 to 5:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City. (Body and enquiring mind, and her work in placing Furfluf on the market. You will answer the questions which she will present on this, and her mental and spiritual affairs, as I ask them:)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, and the problems as presented in placing Furfluf on the market.

2. Ready for questions.

3. (Q) Is it well that I am adding some alcohol to dissolve the wood bark used in the formula? (A) Very well.

4. (Q) Would the small amount of Thymol help to avoid possibilities of fermentation? (A) This would assist in preventing fermentation.

5. (Q) Chlorine being difficult to keep, would Perchloron or Chlorinated Lime or some other patented product be substituted for the Chlorine water? (A) It may be substituted but will require, of course, some experimentation in same to get the proper amount. It will also require a very thorough mixing, in order to have its activity uniform.

6. (Q) Then it wouldn't be as well as the Chlorine? (A) Not so well, but may be used and - with the experimentation - may be made not so apt to cause discoloration.

7. (Q) How should same be used? (A) As has just been indicated, it will necessitate well mixing.

8. (Q) A small amount of vinegar has been added to the finished product, and seems to banish musty odor. Will this be as beneficial as it is in a hair rinse? (A) Just as beneficial.

9. (Q) Would the liquid distribution be more uniform if the waters and oils would strike the solids separately? (A) Be more uniform.

10. (Q) If so, which one first? Or should the formula be

1000-19 Page 2

mixed as heretofore? (A) As heretofore.

11. (Q) Would filtered New York City water serve in Furfluf as well as distilled water? (A) Filtered if filtered through clay, yes (there are clay filters).

12. (Q) I am now using a mixture of leather shavings, ground cork, and ground corn, to form my solid. What would be the best combination as to immunity to atmospheric conditions, combing qualities and durability? (A) The less to be sure of the corn, that makes for the proper activity with the solutions, you see; for the leather and the cork, while carrying the cleansing fluids of course, make for a much more durable activity in the atmosphere or change in atmospheric conditions; while the cleansing and absorbing power of the corn is well. Hence, as little of this - and then necessarily the less of the properties as to prevent fermentation. These necessitate, of course, some experimentation under different conditions; and well that the tests be made not so much by the general use as by how well it keeps when stored in dry places, in dampness, without the cover, with cover, and the like, see?

13. (Q) Are there any other materials as good for this purpose, or better? (A) These as we find work with these combinations the better.

14. (Q) Should any one of these ingredients be left out or changed, or added to, for best results as to immunity for atmospheric conditions, combing qualities and durability? (A) As has just been indicated.

15. (Q) My search for suitable combs has been unsuccessful. Can artificial bone from condensation product or of hard rubber be safely used? If so, please specify the particular type. (A) That as may be a combination of the soya bean, as has been indicated that may be had from a manufacturer in Columbus, Georgia. Then use the combination of those that are from the soya bean.

16. (Q) Would the container I am holding be suitable in a larger size for Furfluf? (A) Be suitable.

17. (Q) What should be the nature of shaker top and where obtained? (A) This may be made from the same character of material as that indicated for the comb.

1000-19 Page 3

These are such that are now used on handles on the inside of cars, the pressures and knobs in automobiles, see?

18. (Q) What size would be suitable to sell for a dollar? (A) This should be judged rather according to the cost of manufacture of quality and quantity, and should be reckoned in such a way and manner. That as we find that would be sufficient for several cleansings of fur pieces or coats or the like, but not so much as to make the cost of the product and container prohibitive for the price, see?

19. (Q) About how many ounces? (A) Take in consideration just those things we have given, whether it's one ounce, two ounces or four ounces. Take all of these in consideration. What is the cost of the product as combined with cost of the container, see? Then add about a hundred and fifty percent for the handling of the distribution and all the various forms that would eventually arise. Take these into consideration, or in such a way or manner that we may have a basis upon which it may be reckoned.

20. (Q) Would the drawing of the label I am holding, also color, be correct? (A) These are very good.

21. (Q) Should I attempt to sell Furfluf in the hundreds of old containers which I now have? (A) These are not to be just discarded without consideration. As we find, consider this: While there are those waitings for activities relative to patents or protective activities for the protection of same, and waiting for ways and means for the greater quantity manufacture or production, as introductory activities we would employ the services of two, three, four or five ladies that are competent or that show or prove themselves to be competent to sell door to door, or from individual to individual. Thus you may get rid of those that would prove to be as a loss unless there is created a demand - and this may be created through such a manner. There may be created demands such that there may be had other considerations for the manufacture, distribution and activity for the product itself. Then the manufacture of same may be conducted by self. This would be in such a Quantity as not to be prohibitive and yet would give the activities of the product and the influence for the activity to become more certain within self and

1000-19 Page 4

self's relations.

22. (Q) I am attempting to secure a process patent through John E. Hubbell of 8 W. 40th St., N.Y.C., suggested by [165]. Is he the proper person to prosecute this work, and will [165] be willing to help him? (A) This will be a long, long drawn out process. Better, as had been indicated, that copyright be obtained, and the register, and then patent pending - this form, while the processes are being searched out. For this will prove a long process.

23. (Q) Shall I patent formula? (A) Not necessary to patent, but as the process patent would be covered by same, then use that as indicated - the copyrighting of that as would be the manner in which Furfluf is to be used, you see; that is, a printed folder, you see - THAT copyrighted, the name Furfluf registered as the trade name, see?

24. (Q) Will [165] be of help in this way? (A) He can be of help.

25. (Q) Will he be? (A) He CAN be of help.

26. (Q) In my Life Reading [1000-14] reference is made twice that the liquid formula of Furfluf in the first preparation of same would make for the greater activity of my experience. Please help me to interpret this? (A) As has been indicated by the associations of the entity, the soul-entity, during its experiences with those engaged in the fur trade, fur traffic, fur activities, the very process of the mental associations and activities in that field in the present would bring into the experience of the entity those associated with the entity not only in that period of the fur activity but those of other experiences where various conditions were to be met. Then, study all of these; knowing that there is the proper way and manner in which each condition, each association, is to be met; knowing the weaknesses, knowing the differences, knowing the activities - then one is being forewarned by being forearmed and understanding how to meet and use same for constructive experience in the present.

27. (Q) I am bewildered as to how to proceed to market Furfluf. What method of handling Furfluf is now advisable to consider? (A) As has just been indicated, as we find this is the preference under the existent circumstance. Consider now that these are at variance from some that have been given, but conditions, circumstances, all are being

1000-19 Page 5

taken into consideration. Then don't attempt to confuse the two, see? But one would grow to the other. If the demand is produced by the individual activity of a few for the product, owing to the success it shows with the very use of same, then as there are demands created in that way and manner, other means of manufacture and distribution would make the outgrowth of beginning in a small way and manner.

28. (Q) Will Miss Eudora Ray of Sonnenfeld's of St. Louis be helpful? (A) She may be.

29. (Q) Should Mr. Leo Simmons of Saks Store again be considered as a help to put this over? (A) All these as we find should be considered as a part of the process towards putting this over. But let there be a small beginning, you see, like this, as an inference: Two or three individuals are asked, or seek to present the product - they go from place to place, you see. In a day each presents, each sells at least ten, twenty, twenty-five to fifty of the various sizes of same. These as they are distributed in three to four to five weeks would mean all the containers, all of the product as may be made by the person individually, you see, are being used; but it has also created a demand. These then will ask for same in Saks, Macy's, Lord & Taylor's and other stores where there are usually found such products. Then they produce such a demand there is the question, "From whence does it come?" These are indicated from the very labels themselves. Then these will create those associations and activities such that much more may be accomplished.

30. (Q) Should Chas. Cutajar, 19 E. 47th St., N.Y.C., now be the proper outlet contact? (A) This may be the proper outlet.

31. (Q) What other method of handling Furfluf would now be advisable to consider? (A) As has been indicated, as we find, considering all the circumstances, let this be rather a growth to the larger processes; and while the activities are being formed, then - suppose we have as these: Three to four individuals - from sales by the activities of two, three, four, five persons - see the possibilities. They will invest five, ten, fifteen to twenty thousand dollars in same. THEN is the time to

1000-19 Page 6

worry! For then it may be that the entity would choose rather to, "Alright, give me fifty to seventy-five thousand dollars for it and take it yourself and handle it as you please."

32. (Q) Will the place above (brother Jack's business) ... St., my present quarters for Furfluf, be available to me for the coming year? and is it the right place? (A) This is very well in the present, but if these are handled properly in such an indication as we find, by the next season - which would be the summer season, of course, of the coming year - the body should be able to dispose of the whole product for fifty, seventy-five or a hundred thousand dollars and be out of it; and then use the money as seen fit; or continue in association if it is the desire to work at such - or use this and maintain so much from the products, or sell the formula itself.

33. (Q) I have given love and patience for three years and my brother Jack's promises have not been kept; in fact, he has become hostile. What is the cause of this, and how shall I proceed? (A) Hold fast to that thou hast attained. This is the fault in the other, but do not look upon it as fault; and do not be hard or severe; do not criticize but continue to give the best. Remember, as He, thy Master did, even for him who betrayed Him: He did not withhold the means of the material things given by others for the little group; neither was there a railing, neither a condemning - even with the kiss.

34. (Q) Can I hope for him to help my husband as promised? or is it futile? (A) Hold to the thought. Do not doubt. Creating doubts and fears or saying such things hinder the very activity. Just hold to that which is to the body the RIGHT!

35. (Q) Is there anything I can do to help my husband out of his trouble? (A) Do not condemn, do not rail on him at all. Advise and counsel with him - these are the better conditions in the present.

36. (Q) Is it the right thing to remain in my present apartment? If so, what is the best course to pursue to retain it? (A) If those things are kept in form and manner as set in motion, there will be no trouble in maintaining and retaining same. Do it in that manner.

37. (Q) Please give me further spiritual guidance that will enable me to meet the present trying situation.

1000-19 Page 7

(A) Just hold fast to that ye have known, and that ye know to be good. Do not condemn, ever, others. Do not rail on others. This does not mean to be so passive as to become to the self that of self-condemnation; for this is even worse than condemning others. But it means doing day by day that which is KNOWN, that which is proven, that which is experienced to be in keeping with what He would have thee do. Thus ye will find that ye do the first things first; that is, the thought of self not so much as self-preservation from want, care, discouragements and the like, but rather as to just being gentle, just being kind. For righteousness, which is taking time to be righteous, is just speaking gentle even when harsh words, harsh means are resorted to by others. This is what is meant by "Turn the other cheek," and know the LORD standeth with thee!

38. (Q) Please help me understand why it is so difficult for me to obtain cooperation and sincere help of individuals in presenting Furfluf? (A) Oft the very misunderstanding is brought about by distrust of self, distrust of others, and the wonderment of the activities about self. So, just be that which is known to be - not self-righteous, but righteous in other respects; that is, to others in gentleness, patience, kindness, longsuffering - these create the atmosphere of trust. Ye will not be trusted if ye do not trust others.

39. (Q) Please explain what lesson I should gain for my present experience with [165]'s in regard to Furfluf, and what should be my future attitude in regard to him. (A) As has just been indicated as regarding the very activities of self in the field, that in its experiences in the earth brought many discouragements, many hardships and many disturbing influences. These would in their very activity bring about these same things. But, as He has given, there is NOT the temptation that ye are not able to bear. He does not allow thee to be tempted beyond thy abilities, if thy trust is in Him. In self then it is beyond thy abilities, when seeking to work it out alone, but ye have seen the Truth, the Way.

1000-19 Page 8

These associations were in those experiences during the rebuilding of the walls, when there were - through the entity [165] associations with Sanballat - those things that made for discouragements by the disturbing of the influences of others about the entity. These then are being met in this experience in this manner. As ye met them then, as ye know them now, then these should not create distrust, disturbance, but rather - as ye would that he would do it thee, do ye even so to him; and give THAT as the basis to him as to what the future associations or relations would be - and ye will find the better cooperation.

40. (Q) In mixing Furfluf, how should liquid hit the solid? Water first or oils first, or together? (A) These mixed together and then together, or together they mix or hit the solid.
