1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions she has submitted, as I ask them.
2. EC: Yes.
3. Now as we find, there have been acute conditions arising from injuries to the body - in the face and especially to those areas about the forehead, the nasal passages and in the upper portion of the cervical area.
4. Those applications that have been applied for these are very well, but, as we find:
5. To aid in reducing the strains, we would have three or four good general osteopathic treatments given; with special reference to the corrections needed in all the cervical and upper dorsal areas. These would materially add to the efficiency and the ability of the body to respond to those other applications.
6. These, though, we would keep as has been indicated, for the better forces of the body; only adding the osteopathic treatments in the manner indicated.
7. Ready for questions.
8. (Q) Were any of the bones broken or fractured in the nose? (A) Only, as we find, strains and tissue involved by the pressure produced in the cerebrospinal system. Hence the corrections being made osteopathically, the local applications and corrective forces will be much more in accord with the better conditions for the body.
9. (Q) Is an X-Ray necessary? (A) As we find, NOT necessary.
10. (Q) Will the swelling subside? (A) When such conditions and applications are made as will allow for the corrections of those pressures producing the shock to the nervous system, and to remove the impingements through the areas indicated, this should subside much faster.
11. (Q) Will the scars on the face disappear?

(A) This will depend upon the manner in which the applications are made that will correct same. As we find, the Camphorated Oil applied to same will be the most beneficial - this applied, and then the Black and White Cream applied afterward (the genuine Black and White), every evening just before retiring.
12. (Q) When I wake up in the morning the same pain persists in the lower right back part of the head from the back of the ear to the middle of the head - (A) (Interrupting) As indicated, this arises from those strains that were maintained by the fall and the shock, and the attempt of the body to protect itself. Hence the need for those osteopathic corrections, as indicated.
13. (Q) There is a constant pain in the lower right side internally between hip and groin. Please advise treatment. (A) If the corrections are made along the cerebrospinal system, such reactions will disappear. This is a sympathetic disturbance, and of course will tend to make for a lesion in the lumbar area unless all of those pressures are corrected through the cervical and dorsal area.
14. (Q) The last two days I awaken very dizzy as if I were on a rolling ship. What is the cause and treatment for this? (A) This arises from the same disturbances as indicated that need correction in the manner outlined.
15. (Q) Engaged a lawyer - Abe Levy - but had to cancel this by order of my brother, Jack [...]. Is Jack's advice in this matter for my best interests, since he has not kept his promise to arrange a settlement with the hotel to the present time? (A) As we find, unless arrangements are made for a settlement there may be expected to be some inconveniences brought about - that it would be well to engage a lawyer, unless Jack insists and does make overtures for the agreement as to settlement in some way or manner.
16. (Q) If the insurance company offers a settlement, what should be adequate in this case? (A) This would be only determined by, or SHOULD be best determined by the opinions of the physicians in charge of the condition, see?
17. (Q) If settlement offered is not satisfactory, and I should find it necessary to engage a lawyer, will Moses Feltenstein, 305 B'Way, N.Y.C., be more satisfactory both for the case and to my family, than Abe Levy of 233 B'Way, N.Y.C.? (A) As we find, a much better settlement may be made - but unless agreements are reached, then it would be necessary to engage a lawyer, as has just been indicated. And we do not find Feltenstein as well, or as good even as Levy.

18. (Q) I cannot read small print. Is anything organically wrong with my eyes, or shall I have them examined for glasses? (A) There will be a great deal better condition of the eyes if there will be sufficient of the osteopathic corrections made as to enable the whole strengthening of the optic nerve forces to receive their impulses from the activity of the cerebrospinal system. These will be maintained or gained or attained by the proper corrections in the manner indicated. Do that. Then if there are those conditions that cause disturbance, it would be well for the corrections to be made by the adjustment of glasses for the strengthening of the vision.
19. (Q) The enamel on my front teeth seems to be wearing away. Is there any special treatment for this, or is there a special diet? (A) A diet that will carry more of enamel-building foods would be well; or the Calcios, or calcium foods - as well as the SKINS of Irish potatoes; not so much the bulk of the potato but the peel. Also a little Atomidine taken would be well; one drop in half a glass of water before any meal of morning, taken for three days out of each week for two weeks, then left off for two to three weeks, and then taken three days again each week for two weeks, and so on - see? This will be most beneficial. We would also use an equal combination of iodized salt and soda as a massage for the gums.
20. (Q) The left side of my mouth bleeds continually. Would it be advisable to have this treated and fill the empty space with a bridge? (A) Be very well.
21. (Q) Is this affecting my bite, if not corrected? (A) To be sure.
22. (Q) What dentist best to do this work? (A) Whatever one that would be chosen by the entity. As we find, Elson would be well to consider.
23. (Q) I have been unable to overcome palpitation of my heart and its loud beating at times. Does this need special treatment? (A) This will continue unless there are those osteopathic corrections as indicated. All of these things are taken into consideration in that indicated.
24. Do that. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " "Ass'n file
