Time of Reading Cayce Hospital, 3:55 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. Virginia Beach, Va. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: We have the body here - this we have had before. Now, in a preparation as will eliminate the attacks entirely, prepare as this: Because the attacks are farther apart, or because they are eliminated to where they become minor in nature, do not stop. Take about five gallons of this, but make it a quart at a time. Maypop Root................1 gallon. This cleansed. Not the bark taken off, but cleansed - washed - cut up. Add to this 2 gallons of distilled water. Reduce by slow boiling to 1 quart of the water, see? solution. Then add 1 pint of alcohol - 85%. [10/23/30 See same preparation, with variations, advised in 146-1.] The dose will be - see, this should be filtered - that is, through filter paper, the solution - before alcohol is added. The dose will be 3 to 5 teaspoonsful each day.
2. Keep the eliminations through the intestinal tract, and keep up those manipulations as to cause the general reaction through the system. Keep those as have been OUTLINED for the reduction of the active forces in the genitive system. This WILL cure. DO that. Prepare the life in that manner. Keep the forces intact as to control, and conquer self. Do THAT. Ready for questions.
3. (Q) How many weeks will it be before the attacks are entirely obliterated? (A) Five gallons! Figure that out! how many doses it'll take! Don't try to take it all at once! Don't take over five teaspoonsful a day!
4. (Q) Should it be as one dose or in several? (A) Teaspoonful at a dose, three to five times each day. That's it!
5. (Q) Should body remain at hospital until that time? (A) Be better!

6. (Q) Should body attend Atlantic University for the period he remains at Virginia Beach? (A) Prepare himself as he best sees fit for that, that he would accomplish in this experience. This a good channel - an excellent opportunity. DO that!
7. (Q) What subjects should he take up? (A) Those as would have to do with music, speaking, and of ANY engineering - but especially music and speaking, or dramatic acting.
8. (Q) Is it alright for the body to go to New York for a few days? (A) Be very good!
