1. EC: Now, we find there are a great many changes in this body since we had it here before [No record of earlier rdgs., see 1005-1, Par. B2]. Many of the conditions have been for the development of the physical forces, and many of the abnormal conditions that existed at that time have become normal, or been accorded in the system to such an extent as to bring the normal manifestations in the physical forces.
2. At the present time these are conditions as we find them, in detail. First:
3. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, this we find is very good at the present time, for with the development in the physical forces this has well distributing forces and elements in all cell forces. The plasmatic cell, the cartilaginous cell, the oasis [osseous?] cell forces, as build in the structural portions of the system, are well divided and distributed in the system. In this respect; that is, the blood forces, at the present time we find the body one above normal forces and far excelling most conditions as would be found in the system. There are the effects of poisons in the system. This, however, we find the blood with its balance in system is gradually eliminating from the system, and only those conditions that the body may be warned of exist through this portion. The balance between white blood and red blood supply is near normal, though somewhat deficient at the present time in the red blood forces, the leucocyte being near normal.
4. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, this we find in very good condition. There are some taxations in some sympathetic plexuses that produce the taxing to portions of the body at the present time. These are after effects of conditions that have been accorded the nerve system from exterior forces, as we find the effect as accorded the pineal nerve plexus through narcotic or through subjugation of mental forces in the body. In the centers then as these are shown in the system, only necessary that these be given as the same in blood supply.

Conditions to be exercised or centers to be exercised in specific manner, that the coordination may be made perfect in the body, and the distribution of cellular forces may be made manifest in the correct manner throughout the system. Especially is this necessary for the coordination in sensory nerve system and in sympathetic nerve forces.
5. IN FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS OF THE BODY, in brain forces, this is very good. One that, with the correct incentive, will be brought to the discernment of the spiritual elements as related to the material forces in individuals, or in the single entity of mankind's development.
6. In the organs of the sensory system, we find there are specific and local conditions that produce distress to portions of the functioning of organs in sensory system, as is shown in the ducts of the eye (in exterior), the lachrymal ducts supplying the nerve and tear duct's flow. This has some local conditions, and produces irritation to the lid and exterior portion of eye, and with the secretions thrown in the improper channel causes inflammation to the retinae proper direct. This may be removed easily by application of those conditions that will correct the inflammation and open the ducts in their proper manner. Also we find with the correction of conditions in throat, larynx, tonsils, here we find where tissue shows some scar as yet from the existing condition. This is necessary to be kept cleansed in the manner that the tissue may heal in a normal manner, else we will find trouble in nasal cavity and in Eustachian tubes later by congestion.
7. In the lungs, very good.
8. Heart action near normal.
9. The upper digestive tract, these we find are very good at the present time. In the duodenum and in the pancreas we find those conditions that the body should be warned of. Not so much meats for the body, else we will find with the strain in the 9th dorsal taxing forces that in after years the body will suffer from the taxation and the high circulation and high blood pressure, for the forces as we have in the system are with that tendency in this body, [1005], we are speaking of, present in this room.
10. In liver we find the same effect, though at present very good.
11. The rest of the system we find very good at the present time. The hypogastric center to the kidneys and the bladder, and organs of the pelvis, show that the development should be nearer the line of the vegetable forces than of the

animal nature, else the incentive in system may prove detrimental to all forces.
12. RELIEF, then to give that necessary for the existing conditions, and for the keeping of the body in its normal development:
13. For local condition, inflammation, in eyes, use scraped (old) irish potato in evenings, that the inflammation may be drawn from the eye, cleansing with a mild antiseptic of mornings, using the spray occasionally in the throat of Glyco-Thymoline to cleanse the tonsil and the upper portion of the throat, cleansing the epiglottis and the cavity to the nasal passsges. This also may be used for the nasal condition, though not needed at present. Only when inflammation; equal parts of salt, soda and cream of tartar in solution. This we find will keep the cleansed portions, and the body will develop normal.
14. For the body in its development, well that specific and consistent exercises be taken morning and evening, that the muscular development, the expansion in lung force, the development in structural portions of the body, may be unified and give strength in all portions, that the mental faculties may have the faculty to develop through a physical body.
15. Do this and we will bring the best to this body from its present condition.
16. (Q) How long of evenings should the irish potato be kept on the eyes? (A) While it sleeps, while resting. Cleanse in morning.
17. (Q) Are there any specific exercises, any length of time they should be taken? (A) The setting-up exercises. Exercises of a morning that the circulation may be carried to the lower extremities. In the evenings that the body may be physically tired through trunk portion and upper part of body, and circulation may be equalized downwards. Lower portions of morning, upper portions in evening, taking these persistently, consistently, that the muscular development and that the cell and air chamber in lung may develop.
18. Do not eat so much meats.
