1. GC: You will have before you the body and the enquiring mind of [1005], ..., Ky., and his relation to the estate - and also the conditions surrounding the estate - of [...], who died on the evening of January 7, 1931, between 8 and 9 o'clock, at Williams' Boarding House near the courthouse square in ..., Ky. You will outline the course of action which [1005] should pursue regarding this, and answer the questions which I will ask you.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, and those relations and conditions as surround same. As we find, there are regular channels through which such conditions are handled. After a period, when there is not presented a will or testament as of same, the Court appoints one as an administrator, or one to administer that estate. There are claims, and with same there will be presented something of what IS to be done with the estate. These, as we find, are in the hands of those who acted in the capacity of the financial advisors in this same city, as well as the ones that attended same. Then, see that the court appoints such an one, and act in a manner to be in the position of only asking, only seeing there is the just administering of said estate in line with those that will be presented when such IS appointed. Read for questions.

3. (Q) Was there a will? (A) As has been given! Just see what we have given here! Not as a will, but as how and when certain things have been taken care of, THESE certain things are to be done, see? This was made to prevent, as will be seen from the paper itself, outside influences causing or calling on another administration of such, see? Go to the bankers, then, in this place, would the body find - but not unbeknowings to the others! but have the court appoint such a one, see? Call for, the Court call for, then, all of the claims against such estate - which will be natural for the administrator to call.

4. (Q) Who should be appointed as administrator?
