Time of Reading 4:00 to 4:10 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Ill. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before.
2. As we find, some anxiety - that has produced a greater distress in the nervous forces of the body - has been experienced. There is produced, as it were, a filling up, or a closing, or an activity in and through the cardiac portions of the circulation to stomach and to the general circulation - as a pressure is felt.
3. If there will be the relaxation of the body not only through the rubs, as given, but by the corrections osteopathically made in those areas, we will find that the tendency for heaviness in the pit of the stomach will be relieved - close under the ribs, or at the end of esophagus or the cardiac end of the stomach; also that tendency for the inability to swallow, and the nerve reactions will be relieved.
4. These reactions have been produced by changes or vibrations created by the use of the electrical forces. The one applying same applied same higher or rather ABOVE that indicated; or too GREAT a quantity or force was used - too high voltage, see?
5. This may be overcome by the rubs as indicated, and by these adjustments osteopathically, with the adherence to those suggestions made. Have such osteopathic adjustments at least three times a week for the next three or four weeks.
6. Then we would give further instructions.
7. Ready for questions.
8. (Q) Should the diathermy be left off? (A) As indicated, these treatments should be left off for the time being. Do not apply them until those suggestions are given as to whether these become necessary for the condition or not. For these have been too STRONGLY given; stronger than outlined.
9. (Q) Is that what caused the apparent indigestion which

started two weeks ago? (A) As indicated. Those conditions in the pyloric - or cardiac end, or regurgitation from the pylorus to the nervous system and to the general body; which have occurred from the electrical forces' reaction in the system.
10. (Q) What causes the hard breathing? (A) The same condition; the body gaining its balance. Hence relax the body, as outlined.
11. We are through for the present. Copy to Wife " " Ass'n file (See letter [which was enclosed] with directions to Osteopath. Continue the rubs, etc., and let us know when the osteopathic treatments have been given for three to four weeks, so we may make appointment for Check Reading to give further instructions. GD.)
