1. EC: (Undertone, sounded like "In the day, and the chickens around.")

2. We have the entity and those relationships with the universal forces that are recorded here, of [1009] - now called.

3. In giving that interpretation as we find here, of the application of the entity in the present experience and those of universal forces that have been applicable in this experience, rather would there be the helpful forces that these show from how they have been applied in the experience in the present and what to do with those that are opportunities of the entity in the present.

4. For while the activities in the various spheres of consciousness have brought quite a varied experience, many of these - as the entity will recognize - are the result of self-application to influences that have been as urges in the experience in the present.

5. That Life is a continuous experience becomes more and more sought for, and the knowledge - or the assurance of same is sought more and more by the entity, as by others; when there has begun the sunset of life, when there is the looking back over the experiences in any sojourn.

6. These become then tinted rather with those things, those influences that have made for hopes in the experience for a consciousness to maintain those closer relationships with those influences that have been not at all times the most pleasing to the gratifying of the material things.

7. For the tendency of the entity has been to expend self and self's abilities, to expend even its own material self and material surroundings for the pleasure of others.

8. Know that what has been given away ye have, what has been expended for the gratification alone of self's own desires is lost.

9. Keep hold, then, upon those influences that have made for

1009-4 Page 2

that very activity which has endeared the entity, even through its younger years in this experience, into the hearts and minds and the souls of others.

10. For the natural inclinations as from the Piscean influences have been at times to exaggerate, to overdraw upon the imaginations or upon the desires to become the spoken self; yet those that are kept as truths that make for the closer walk with those that are to be relied upon as eternal influences in the experience, NOW grow nearer and dearer to the entity in these periods of retrospection. There comes the beauty of days that have been spent in what now might be as a regret; yet for the very beauty that these relationships have brought into the experience, such should never be as a regret.

11. Let, then, the opportunities for the manifestations of those that are the spiritual fruits in the experience of thyself become rather as those things upon which the heart and the mind may dwell in the present, and see that these yet may bring that peace, that harmony, that understanding within the experience that is WORTHY as He has given, "Not as the world gives peace but peace I give to thee," in those ways and manners of knowing that though the ways may not have been as were first set out by self, the entity, the body, the soul hath not failed to make its stepping-stones to the greater aspirations that may bring to the entity that which has been said to many, "Come up higher, for as thou hast been faithful over the few things, I will make thee ruler over many."

12. THESE should be, then, those things upon which the mind, the heart, the soul may feed in the present; rather than upon this or that historical fact that has only come to show signposts along the way of the experience of the entity that the way is marked, it is clear, it is open before all who would seek to know His face.

13. In the astrological aspects we find Uranus becoming that making for an extremist in the very activities, and only as the entity has applied self in keeping the self in check in these directions has it prevented the entity from running to the extremes in almost every form of experience; whether in relationships of those of the opposite sex or whether in the activities as related to material gains, or whether in those fields of the preservation even of its own health. These have all been as influences, the tendencies for extremes.

14. Thus the entity finds in the present, as it may sum up all of those forces and influences, that HIS ways are not past finding out; yet His ways are best. Thought they oft do not run parallel with man's material desires, they do run

1009-4 Page 3

parallel and are one with man's spiritual happiness, man's mental gain.

15. All of these are as experiences in the mental and soul forces of this entity.

16. As to the sojourns in the earth that have made and do make for an influence in the present, we find:

17. Before this the activities of the entity were in the land of the present nativity, during those periods when there were the establishings in the early portions of the settlings of the land; during those periods when homes were being builded.

18. The entity then was among those that made the active survey, the active laying out of homesteads, the activities in those directions.

19. Hence we find experiences of individuals in laying out of cities or towns or states, of unions, have ever been a part of the entity AS an experience and as sought for; yet home ties, home surroundings have ever become a part of the entity's environs.

20. The name then was Joseph Mullen.

21. Before that we find the entity was in the Roman period during the tempestuous activities; when Cicero, Cato and those speakers made oratorical reactions for those that depended upon their abilities in such activities.

22. The entity then was one to whom Cicero was an aid or a servant; one Altous.

23. Then the entity was in power, then the entity was in rule-force of an estate, then the entity was one who made for the active forces in that experience.

24. And the entity enjoined with those who made much speaking for the beauty of speech as well as verse.

25. Hence verse of a nature or a character, such as pastoral poems, the rural routes, the activities that deal with the man in the primitive sense or activities, become rather a part of the entity; as songs. Hence the liking for singing of certain characters in the present experience; those songs dealing with the experiences of individuals and those of of folklore or the like have been a part.

26. As has been indicated, then, as these are turned into the retrospective activities, whether they be from the material experience of the present or whether from the vistas of activities in the various sojourns in the earthy, they be one.

27. For the soul, the activity of the spirit is ever that the soul may know more and more of those forces through which the beauties of nature proclaim the glory of the coming of the Lord.

28. Before that we find the entity was in the land called, the Gobi, or the land of gold.

29. There we find the entity was in the capacities again of a ruler, an overlord, an advisor, a counsellor. There the entity made for much of those forces that later brought about the possibilities of the gaining of access to other lands.

30. Hence transportations of every type have ever been a study of the entity, and a thought of the entity in the present.

31. As to the abilities of the entity, then, and that to which it may attain and how:

32. In self may be found the key, the answer to those things that cry - either aloud in the inner self or that may be as omens or as signs along the way.

33. For as the entity does and has done unto others, so there comes in the hours of need, in the hours of depression, in the hours of joy, in the hours of sorrow, fruits of that ye have sown.

34. For as ye sow, so shall ye reap. In Him there may be seen the light, but in self it must be met.

35. Let the light of the glory of a RISEN Lord ever be thy light, thy guide, thy way of approach to knowledge, power, wisdom and might. For the might is of the Lord, the wisdom is His; knowledge is of God.

36. Those things that make for bringing happiness, then, the bringing of peace, are from walking the closer with the Christ!
