Time of Reading 11:10 to 11:30 A. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Alabama.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1010]; this we have had before.

3. As we find, there is a complication of disturbances, which prevents the better physical functioning of the body. While there are disturbances that arise from the inactivity of the liver, as related to the gall duct, there are also those conditions in the colon; especially the lower portion of the transverse and descending colon; that cause much of the disturbance from the irregularity of the heart as combined with these disturbances of the circulation between heart, lungs and liver. These as we find are the sources of disturbance.

4. The gall duct itself, we find, is not fully clogged, neither are there stones sufficiently large as not to pass, if there is the ability to cleanse or purify same.

5. However, the applications for the relieving must be made with the purpose of relieving the plethora in colon; else we may produce such disturbance as to overtax an already expanded circulation in heart AND the aorta artery between the lungs, heart and liver.

6. This will also necessitate the eliminations of the poisons; else the pressure upon the deep circulation, that is attempting to alleviate, may or would cause greater disturbance between the superficial AND the deep circulation.

7. Hence, as we find - we would begin first with a very carefully but well administered cleansing of the colon. This we would do with the colonic irrigation, using a Glyco-Thymoline solution as the eliminant - in the proportions of half an ounce of Glyco-Thymoline to each ten ounces of body-temperature water.

8. Then, as soon as the body has rested some two to three hours, and strength recuperated, we would begin with the use of Castor Oil Packs over the caecum AND the liver and gall duct area; or extending all over the right side. For these we would have at least three to four thicknesses of flannel well saturated with Castor Oil, as warm as it may be applied, with an electric pad - or pads - over same. Keep these on for at least two and one-half hours.

9. When the Packs are removed, cleanse the area with a weak soda solution, and massage INTO the area - over the liver especially, but extending even to the caecum, Cocoa Butter; gently.

10. Then also apply an equal combination of Mutton Tallow (melted), Spirits of Turpentine and Spirits of Camphor. Heat the Tallow, then add the other ingredients - in the order named. Place this compound over the lower abdomen, especially the lower transverse and descending colon; this AFTER the Packs have been applied to the right side and that portion of the abdomen.

11. The next day apply again the Castor Oil Packs, followed by the Cocoa Butter, then the Mutton Tallow compound as indicated.

12. Then the next day do the same.

13. Then, after that, the next day, take another colonic irrigation. Rest a period - then follow it with a thorough osteopathic or neuropathic relaxing treatment. This would be given particularly between the shoulders, under the shoulder blade and down the length of the spine.

14. The diets should be rather of the predigested foods and liquids. Include grape fruit, orange juice, beef juice, oatmeal and the like.

15. Follow through the periods of treatment near to the diets indicated here - of liquids, with plenty of nourishing foods that supply vital energies for nerve and circulation. To be sure, fish and fowl in very moderate quantities may be a part of the diet, but not too much of heavy or solid or rich foods.

16. These, as we find, should bring better conditions for this body.

17. It may be necessary to repeat these the second or third time, but let at least a day or two days elapse between these series of treatments.

18. These should not only bring down the pressure but unify the circulation, making better pulsation and cleansing the system of poisons; thus relieving the pressures in arms AND limbs.

19. Ready for questions.

20. (Q) What causes insomnia and what should be done for it? (A) This is from the pressure of poisons, worry, and anxieties. This should be materially aided, as we find, with the massages that would come along the spine FOLLOWING the Packs AND the abdomen treatments.

21. (Q) Should I take the medicine the doctor prescribed? (A) This may depend upon the reactions of the administrations here indicated. This should not be necessary, as we find, if there are the first two or three colonics given properly.

22. (Q) When is it indicated that I will leave Alabama for all time? (A) This depends upon the attitude of the body itself; towards its duties, obligations; its abilities and its desires for service to others.

23. (Q) Will I be able to work at my profession again, in full time? (A) Should, after there has been a full cleansing of the system.

24. (Q) Am I gaining in wisdom of God? (A) This can only be answered within self. As the application is made, there comes wisdom and understanding.

25. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file [Questions answered without being asked: What causes palpitation of heart? Pulse goes to 126 for hours. Are there gallstones? Is my present diet alright?] t?]
