Time of Reading 4:00 to 4:10 P. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Alabama.

1. GC: You will answer the questions regarding this body as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before.

3. As we find, there have been and are yet - still - very serious disturbances in the activity of the heart; the blood pressure and the weakness that naturally follows.

4. There is not a great deal of variation in the hardening or the enlarging of the thrombose area that causes so much trouble - between the heart and the liver. This is, though, enlarged somewhat more; but not too great an irritation yet.

5. Keep quiet.

6. We would use the colonic irrigations often. Use body temperature water containing salt and soda, in the proportions of a heaping teaspoonful of salt and a level teaspoonful of soda to each quart and a half of water. This will purify the movement of the activities of the lymph flow in the intestinal tract itself.

7. Do use Glyco-Thymoline in the rinse water; at least two tablespoonfuls to the quart and a half of water injected.

8. We would apply over the abdomen tartaric acid packs, wet. Do not keep on too long but apply especially over the colon area, so that - with the colonics - these accumulations may be disseminated.

9. Keep the body quiet, but let there be the general activities; not lifting, not pulling anything but keep in the open and with pleasant company - is the better for the body.

10. Ready for questions.

11. (Q) Are clots worse? (A) As indicated, there is still plethora - but not worse.

12. (Q) Is Nembutal harmful? (A) As most of such activities, it is sometimes indicated. Very, very little should be used here - just when necessary to start the flow again.

13. (Q) Is there something that could be used instead? (A) We have just given what should be best. Nature's reactions are the best. For, Nembutal is one that causes a better flow of circulation from abdomen to the upper portions of the body, and makes for what might be called a palpitation of the diaphragm itself - which aids in preventing too great a strain on the heart itself.

14. (Q) Which is best for angina pains, heat or ice? (A) For this body the heat - but not too hot.

15. (Q) Am I on right diet? (A) Diet is very good. The body is a very good dietician. But necessarily those things easily assimilated are the best.

16. (Q) How many hours a day must I rest? (A) At least four hours each day; that is, from the normal activities.

17. (Q) Any other suggestions? (A) Keep that creative attitude towards helpfulness to others. These are the better, and these will keep the balance in the body forces.

18. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file " " Miss Goodall for indexing
