Time of Reading 11:30 to 12:00 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., New York. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1020].

2. Now, as we find, while conditions-physical are very good in many respects or manners, there are tendencies and inclinations the correction of which in the present would prevent not only greater disturbances later on but remove and aid much that in manners disturbs the body in the present.

3. These disturbing factors have to do with hindrances that are manifested in the nervous forces of the body. And their effect upon the organs of the body in a functional manner make for those disturbances. So those corrections, as we find, would be necessary to bring normal reactions to this body, [1020].

4. Now, as we find, these are the conditions in the present with this body:

5. First, in the BLOOD SUPPLY we find there are indications of the disturbing factors in the physical functioning. There are subluxations existent in the 9th and 10th dorsal - yes, in the 11th dorsal center. This pressure causes the ganglia from the lower portion of the solar plexus to cause a deflection of that as assimilated. And in this deflection there is produced the lack of elements necessary in the rebuilding of the activity of glandular forces in the body that supply elements to keep a normal balance through the system. Hence we find through a portion of the organism the tendencies for separation and segregation, and those rising conditions that manifest themselves in pressures in portions of the abdominal area. These arise from impulses created by such activities. Thus we find the circulation becomes deflected, and at times there would be seen a variation between the extremities of the body and the torso itself, creating a high hepatic circulation with a slowing up of the

1020-1 Page 2

circulatory influences through the superficial activity. This deflection then acting upon the glands makes for that repression in the activities for the creating of sufficient balance between the potashes and the iodines of the system. Hence we have a disturbed metabolism.

6. In the NERVE FORCES of the body, as we find, under the existent conditions, not the effects but the causes - and effects in various portions arise from these deflections.

7. In times back there was created in the cerebrospinal system a pressure through those activities in the physical forces that first made a pressure upon the ileum plexus or through the plexus about the coccyx, and then with a contributory condition there was brought about an impingement between the 9th and 10th dorsal center, cerebrospinal nerve force.

8. This, close in conjunction with the activity of the solar plexus center and those activities to the lesser actions of other ganglia along the spine, gradually produced a deflection that brought about the hindrances of the circulation through the caecum area, in the opposite pole - or those through the activity of the kidney that made for a repression. Thus there was added to the system elements and influences that would cause an increased activity in those disturbed conditions. And this gradually builded a subjugation in those activities.

9. These to the sympathetic or vegetative nerve force become as repressed. Hence the low form of circulation and at times the high activity of the pulsation in its attempt to create those influences, brings about these disturbing conditions as arise through the system itself.

10. As to the functioning of the ORGANS themselves, we find:

11. Brain forces are very good. The reactions from impulses are near normal. There are periods when the functions to the whole of the nerve force to the brain centers produce a pressure that makes for headaches that are of a peculiar character; low, dull, far back and at others becoming acute in certain portions of the head.

12. Organs of the sensory forces respond to the reactions, though impoverishment to the sympathetic reactions or the superficial circulation in same at times makes for the tendencies of drosses to become as accumulations in portions of same. Thus the necessity is produced of some specific reaction; as to the voice, the throat, the ear, the eye - all respond to those disturbing forces. However, as we find, if corrections were made, through applications that would bring about normalcy for the body, all of these would respond in a normal way and manner.

1020-1 Page 3

13. The bronchi, the lungs, the larynx - here we find pressures arise rather from sympathetic reactions; though organically they are not a disturbing factor, rather a sympathetic condition. Hence changes of a very sudden nature, too hot or too cold, the body does not respond or react as fast as it should.

14. Hence we find a fear at times as experienced through portions of the system itself.

15. Heart's activity, as indicated.

16. Digestive forces, as may be seen from disturbance in the cerebrospinal system and then those reactions to the super- ficial circulatory forces, or the sympathetic or the return of circulation through the system - there are produced disturbances that are just passing, as it were, at times. However, in the caecum area and in the lacteal ducts we have a heaviness that occurs from the activity of certain food values or certain conditions that make for disturbing forces.

17. In the activity of the pancreas, the spleen, the liver - these we find are disturbed; though from pressures in the areas indicated. Hence as we find through the torso and the activities of the organs of the pelvis, and the pressures produced at times upon the glands about the kidneys and those reactions, with the creating of a balance of circula- tion by influences as would make for equalizing same - with the repressions removed and with those subluxations corrected - we should bring about normal forces for this body. Thus there might be allowed the better, the greater activity, physically, mentally, spiritually, by the body.

18. In making corrections, then:

19. We would first begin with the deeper manipulations and adjustments as would be had through the osteopathic method, making for relaxations before adjustments were made - however - with WET heat. Such relaxations are preferable, to call for a greater flow in the area where adjustments are to be made of the lymph and emunctory activities of the body.

20. The adjustments specifically would be in the coccyx and the sacral area, and another adjustment as specific in the 9th and 10th dorsal area; coordinating then the 4th lumbar, the brachial - or the 2nd and 3rd dorsal and the hypogastric plexus in the cervicals, for coordinating with those activities created.

21. These adjustments we would take three times each week for three or four weeks.

22. Also we would add to the system the low electrical forces as created in the body itself by the use of the

1020-1 Page 4

Radio-Active Appliance, that will create an equal balance within the system.

23. This would be used once each day, preferable in the evening or afternoon as the body rests for a thirty minute to an hour period - with the body lying prone rather than sitting up. Make the attachments to the opposite extremities.

24. And MEDITATE throughout this treatment, during the thirty minutes or an hour each day.

25. These will bring for this body, [1020], NORMAL influences to the physical reactions in the body.

26. Ready for questions.

27. (Q) Will you explain in more detail the conditions and reactions in the stomach area? (A) Those as indicated from subluxations in the 9th and 10th dorsal center, arising from first disturbances in the coccyx area, produce an impingement there that prevents proper assimilation to those activities of the lacteal duct area. This produces then an activity in the liver - that is, through the gland secretion there - of regurgitation and a filling, gas at times for stomach. This is as a NERVOUS digestion rather than a STOMACH disturbance. See? A NERVOUS reaction rather than a stomach disturbance. And with those corrections in the coccyx, in the dorsal area as indicated more specific, and the coordinating and a keeping of the circulatory forces, the condition will be corrected. Letting the body respond in such manners, we will find the gastric flow to stomach will become more and more normal and the body will be able to digest most anything.

28. (Q) What diet would you recommend during the period of treatments? (A) Those that tend to make for an alkalinity. Not that there would be any SPECIFIC outline, but so that there is not an acid reaction - for thus we will keep down cold. Remember, cold germs cannot exist for long in an alkaline system. Not too much sweets, nor too much of those properties that make for too great a quantity of the alcoholic reaction. Not that wines or strong drink are not HELPFUL at times, but beware of food values that produce an alcoholic reaction in the system. That is carbohydrates with white bread or starches produce an alcoholic reaction that is bad for the conditions.

29. (Q) Is the mental reaction a result of these physical conditions? (A) The WHOLE mental reaction, as indicated; for it is a NERVOUS disturbance that MAKES for the disturbing factors to

1020-1 Page 5

organs and hindrances between the cerebrospinal and sympathetic or vegetative system, that naturally makes exaggerated conditions to mental reactions. Correcting the cause, all of these reactions will disappear.

30. (Q) Is the nervousness in one member of the family transferred to me? (A) Only as the body mentally allows same to react. Each ENTITY is a universe, or a combination of universes, within itself. These reactions may depend upon the creative force within itself to carry on to the fulfillment of its purposes in any material experience. Do not ALLOW, do not entertain any lack of confidence in self to contact the creative energies within self sufficient for the fulfilling of that purpose. Do these things materially. And, as indicated, during the periods of the application of the Radio-Active Appliance, MEDITATE. MEDITATION means, then, the entering within self to seek for the Creative Forces; or to seek that God may make for the using of the body - mentally, physically, spiritually - as a greater manifestation of His love in and among men.
