Time of Reading 11:40 to 12:10 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1023].

2. Now, as we find, there are disturbing influences and forces in the physical body. We find that these have to do with, or come from, specific conditions that have arisen through forces which have produced the adhesions or inflammation through portions of the alimentary canal; making for disturbing conditions in the manner of assimilation.

3. In the present we find that these may be eliminated entirely and the cause corrected, thus bringing about normal forces for the activity of this body.

4. These, then, are conditions as we find them with this body, [1023], we are speaking of, present in this room:

5. First, in the BLOOD SUPPLY, this we find shows some impoverishments as related to the equal balance between the elements within the blood supply itself and excess at times of the white blood supply or lymph or the activity of the leucocyte. At times again there is a deficiency in the numbers as to the red blood cells. Hence this weakness that occurs at times in the body easily tiring from a great mental effort, or physical activities that require concentration mentally, or concentrated activity physically. These seem to bring, as it were, the tired heavy feelings, with the recurrent nervous forces for various portions of the body after such experiences. This is a deficiency produced, as we will see, by hindrances in portions of the assimilating system.

6. In the NERVE FORCES of the body, as indicated, the disturbances are from a cold or "flu" germ that has made attacks upon the lymph forces of the body; and thus in their activity depleted certain functionings and activities of portions through the alimentary canal, affecting the

1023-1 Page 2

digestive fluids and the activity of the organs themselves, making for repressions upon the kidney functionings as to cause some heaviness and distress through the lumbar areas. These then become reflex conditions in the nervous forces of the body, yet we find in the last dorsal (12th) and the lumbar area some lesion. It is minor in the present but may become very severe unless those conditions are corrected that assist in bringing about or causing contributory activity to congestion in these particular ganglia - in the 12th dorsal area and the 2nd and 3rd lumbar area; for these will become more constitutional unless corrected.

7. And we find this makes for conditions that become arousing as to the activities of the sympathetic or vegetative nerve system and the cerebrospinal system. Hence the conditions where the lower portion of the abdomen, the limbs at times, make for heaviness - and a dullness through same. These are nerve reactions, as are also those conditions that arise after the periods of exhaustion - that make for the change in the circulatory forces or the pressure in nerve energies to the head, eyes, neck, shoulders. All of these are reflex forces that arise in the body at various periods.

8. As to the functioning of the ORGANS themselves, we find:

9. Brain forces are very good.

10. The activities through the sensory forces or to the organs of same, in the hearing, feeling, taste, and to the eyes, all at times have conditions when these show repression through the supply of a DEPLETED circulation. Hence these have periods when reflexes cause some anxiety. Nominally these are very good.

11. Through the bronchi, throat, lungs, larynx, here we find - through the activities of the depletions in the assimilated forces - a HEAVINESS at times; or a condition where there is not sufficient oxidization of the blood through the breath. Hence crowds, air not purified, become oppressive to the body. This is because of the lack of cellular forces in the lungs' activity for purifying or carrying sufficient oxygen to the blood supply. No ORGANIC disturbance other than a sympathetic or nervous force that arises.

12. Heart's action is near to normal for the character of disturbing forces.

13. In the digestive area, here we find at times some reaction produced by the CAUSES of condition by regurgitation, which arises from the inflammation or a colon disturbance that is the basis or the disturbing force which has been produced. Hence it gives to the body those reflex

1023-1 Page 3

forces in the activities of the hepatic circulation, as indicated by the disturbances to a portion of the kidney activity, and to the eliminations throughout the body itself.

14. As to the activity of the liver, the spleen, the pancreas, the lacteal ducts, here we find the lack of the proper amount - or sufficient amount at all times - of the lymph and the emunctory activity through the alimentary canal. Hence those conditions of the peristaltic movement of the alimentary canal become disturbed at times.

15. Then, in meeting the needs of the conditions as we find them in this body, [1023] we find:

16. First we would prepare a compound that would be taken each period when a meal is taken; not a large quantity but just sufficient for the activities of the gastric flow to the whole of the digestive system.

17. Then we would add to the vibrations of the body through the activity of the circulatory forces to the extremities.

18. Thus we would overcome these conditions.

19. Occasionally it would be well, but not for great periods, that the whole of the cerebrospinal system be coordinated; especially for the ganglia and each center for the locomotories to the extremities of the body. The lumbar area, the brachial area, coordinated with the flow from the central circulatory forces to the superficial.

20. And we would bring then normal forces for the body.

21. The preparation of the compound would be in this manner:

22. To 2 ounces of Strained Honey add 2 ounces of Distilled Water. Let this come to a boil, just sufficient to skim refuse forces in either that would arise. This would be as the carrier, you see. Then set off and, while warm (not hot nor boiling, but while warm), add - in the order named: Essence of Wild Ginseng..............1/2 ounce, Tincture of Stillingia...............1/4 ounce, Essence of Indian Turnip..............30 minims (which should be sufficient of this), Essence of WILD Ginger................40 minims, COMPOUND Tincture of Benzoin..........50 minims. Shake the solution well before the dose is taken. Before each meal take half a teaspoonful.

23. Use each day, preferably as the body rests in the evening, the Radio-Active Appliance for the stimulation of the deeper circulation to the superficial circulation; thus resting the body and making for an equalized activity of that assimilated throughout the body.

1023-1 Page 4

24. Occasionally, once a week for four to five weeks, we would have a thorough massage osteopathically given; CORRECTING those areas from the 12th dorsal to the 4th lumbar particularly.

25. Then we would rest from ALL of these (that is, leaving off the properties taken internally and the appliance and the osteopathic treatments) for one week. Then repeat.

26. And we should find, with the care of the diet, the body should become - with following these applications - near to normal.

27. As to the diet, we would keep the tendency towards an alkalin-reaction in the body. And in the place of raw milk it would be well that the compounds be used, or dry milk, either in the preparation of foods or as a drink. For the natural animal reaction is not as well for the body as the more sterile.

28. Do not take large quantities of sweets at the same period that starches are taken; or do not have these combined in the digestive area during the same period. However, starches should be used in moderation - as well as sweets. But have more of the natural sweets, as from fruits - or the salts from vegetables supplying the carbohydrates.

29. These will be found to bring near normal conditions for this body.

30. Ready for questions.

31. (Q) What should be done for the condition of the eyes? (A) With those changes in the circulatory forces, especially the active forces of the low electrical vibrations (through the Radio-Active Appliance), with the acidity removed from the system, and with the corrections made osteopathically in the brachial area, we will find strengthening for the eyes.

32. (Q) Is there any chance of getting back full sight of the one eye? (A) As we find, this will be MATERIALLY aided. And we will find such aid will arise from the applications to equalize the circulation and relieve the pressures in the brachial centers. Do not have applications made direct to the eyes, save those purifying conditions - of course.

33. (Q) Will the treatment as suggested correct the sinus condition? (A) Sinus disorders - or the lymph flow through soft tissue arise from the slowed and disturbed circulation. These, as we find, will be corrected through those applications as indicated.

34. (Q) Any other suggestions for the body at this time? (A) In the taking of the Radio-Active Appliance treatments,

1023-1 Page 5

let the mental attitude of the body be first quiet - and then, as the activities of same flow through the body, in constructive forces through meditation upon the accomplish- ments of the OPPORTUNITIES in helpful influence to the body.

35. (Q) Is alcohol injurious to the body? (A) As indicated from the suggestions to not consume sweets and starches at the same meal, such a form of alcohol becomes detrimental. Wines - and even rum at times - are helpful, if taken AS a body-BUILDING meal; that is, a small glass - preferably in the afternoon - WITH black or sour bread. But those forms that are of the hop nature are detrimental, for they produce - to a disturbed condition in the system - activative forces that are harmful.
