R E A D I N G
Time of Reading 11:35 to 12:10 Noon - Eastern Standard Time. New York City. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1024].
2. Much might be said regarding this body's abilities and developments and possibilities, other than regarding those physical disturbances that we find here.
3. In giving, then, that as we find may be helpful in making for a more perfect physical body for the functioning of the mental and the spiritual abilities:
4. Let each know, that may contribute to such, there IS a working with opportunities for self, for others, here.
5. Now, as we find, the conditions that are disturbing factors arise from an injury once received by this body, that has caused a deflection of those influences that go to make up the strength and vitality of a PHYSICAL body. However, the mental and spiritual has functioned - and does function - irrespective of same.
6. So there is offered, as it were, something of a psychopathic as well as a pathological condition.
7. The conditions that made for this deflection, as we find, have affected and do affect primarily the glands; and especially as related to the lacteal ducts. Hence the abilities of the glands are affected as to producing assimilation, or as to drawing from the influences that are had by the assimilation of that taken in the system as diet; these have been deficient. Thus we find certain salts, certain vitamins, as it were, are deficient in the functioning of the body; as those activities from same through the thyroid, from the glands in the digestive forces in the UPPER portion of the stomach, or through the cardiac plexus. Thus we have had those periods when varied conditions have apparently attacked and made for the hindrances in the system throughout its activity.
8. These pressures in the cardiac area, have through the nervous system, brought SYMPATHETIC conditions to the secondary reflexes. So those conditions in the eyes, in the

blood, and as to the manner of stabilizing self at times, arise from these deflections; produced by an adhesion in a portion of the lacteal duct itself.
9. Hence at times there is the feeling of a "stitch," as it were, in the side. Or the other reactions at times are as a drawing of the muscular forces in portions of the right side, and reflex to others as a diagonal reflex through the caecum, ileum and the secondary cardiac plexus.
10. These, then, as indicated, are PHYSICAL reactions.
11. Then, in making for the conditions that would make for not only resuscitating forces but that would be of continued constructive nature to produce permanent relief, these must - because of the very nature of the condition - be a growth.
12. Hence, while there will be a feeling of almost IMMEDIATE relief from some of those headache pains, some of those disturbing factors in the attending of the regular mental and physical reactions, these will come rather as periods of an uplift at first and then recurrent conditions of a depression to the whole mental and physical body. But the continued changes that may be wrought by the application of those influences (which we will suggest), that will make for the pre-action of forces in the system, will bring a permanent relief, permanent help, permanent conditions that will make for construction throughout the mental, the physical and the spiritual experience of THIS body at this time.
13. We would begin, then, in this manner:
14. First we would have periods of three to four days at a time when for a couple of hours to three hours each day there would be the application of the Castor Oil Packs across the lacteal duct, the liver and the gall duct area, the umbilicus center, and extending to the caecum. Give these as much on those days as the body will absorb same.
15. After the first period of such packs, begin with the use of the low electrical vibrations that come from the galvanic or the Wet Cell Appliance carrying solutions. The solutions would be altered. One day there would be the Chloride of Gold solution, and the next day there would be the twenty percent (20%) solution of Hydrochloric Acid, C.P. Only the VIBRATIONS of these would be taken into the system, you see. The attachments would be made to the body in this manner:
16. The first day the copper plate would be attached first, to the 3rd and 4th cervical center; while the nickel plate, through which the Gold solution passes (one grain Chloride of Gold to one-half ounce of distilled water, or two grains to one ounce) would be attached last, to the umbilicus and lacteal duct center. Thus these vibrations would be carried

directly to the nerve energies from which the eyes or the sensory forces receive their impulse. Thus that tendency for the optic force to become more and more pointed, or more and more deadened, will be removed - by this regeneration of nerve energies that would be supplied to the body by the building of the forces in the glands that supply the proper impulse or influence for their replenishings.
17. The next day the copper plate would be attached first, at the VAGUS center - the vagus nerve center; that is, on the left side just where the pulsation is at the thorax, and what is commonly called the collar bone, or where there is the heavier pulsation; while the larger nickel plate (through which the 20% solution of Hydrochloric Acid C.P. would pass - and in each instance there should be used about six to six and one-half ounces of solution) would be attached over the 9th dorsal center, supplying to the solar plexus that coordinates with the umbilicus plexus and the activities of the assimilation - carrying vibrations of same so that, then, there is the increase of those forces as combined. These should be combined, the acids, with not ordinary water, to be sure - but with distilled water. These produce in the body the revivifying influences as to overcome those deadening influences by the lack of those conditions as indicated.
18. The applications would be made each day, one day with the Gold, the next day with the Acid; for thirty minutes at each application, not more.
19. These Wet Cell Appliance treatments would be given in this manner in periods of ten days.
20. After each ten day period of the Wet Cell Appliance treatments, rest from same for three to five days - during which time the Castor Oil Packs would be taken.
21. After one period of the Castor Oil Packs and one period of the Wet Cell Appliance treatments, begin with making corrections - osteopathically - of those pressures in the upper dorsal and through the cervical area; in order that the changes wrought in the system may have their effect upon the coordinating of the sensory forces to those portions of the body - from these changed vibrations.
22. Such corrections would be osteopathically made, and would stimulate each center; especially from the 2nd dorsal to the 9th dorsal plexus, while the other treatments would be the general activity to coordinate the rest with these.
23. Give these twice to three times a week, in periods of two to three weeks. Then rest from same two to three weeks before they would be given again.
24. All these treatments would be continued, in the manners

indicated, for periods of one, two to three months; then a rest period of one, two to three months from all of the treatments - that their reactions may occur. Then go through the whole periods again.
25. By the third or the fourth period or round of these applications, we should find such changes that will make for the development of a normal body.
26. Be very mindful of the diets, for these - as indicated - are necessary influences for that growth necessary to make this body-physical to become not only more susceptible to the application of the influences in the body for correction, but for the normal body-building.
27. So, let THIS be as an outline; not as the ONLY foods taken, but as an outline; that those things may be taboo that are of certain natures and that others may be added in such a proportion as to bring a normal balance:
28. Mornings - principally citrus fruits or citrus fruit juices; or occasionally whole wheat that is not cooked TOO done but that the vitamin forces and the activities in same may be broken sufficient for assimilation. But do not take the cereals at the same meal that citrus fruits are taken. Alternate these.
29. Let the bread that is taken EVER be rather the rye, whole wheat; or the dark, sour bread that is prepared in some quarters.
30. Noons - preferably raw fruits or raw vegetables; or these may be combined occasionally. There should never be any HOT foods nor overly cooked foods taken at these periods, but rather the noon or the middle meal should consist of raw vegetables or fruits - of ALL characters that may be prepared in such natures.
31. Evenings - lamb, fish, fowl; or as much and as often as possible, when any meats are taken, let them consist of the wild game. These carry in their very activity that necessary for a stimulation through those changes that are wrought by the activities in the assimilating forces of this body, that will be most helpful.
32. The well-cooked vegetables should, for THIS body, be principally those that grow beneath the ground - rather than those above the ground; that is, the proportion of three that grow below the ground to one growing above the ground.
33. When eating the potato - the Irish or white potato - eat more of the peel than the pulp, whether it is prepared by boiling or baking. Eat rather the peel and that close to same; NEVER the potatoes that are pared before preparation.
34. Turnips, radish, parsnips, carrots, and such natures - as the yam with all its varieties - the artichoke - those

that grow under as well as above occasionally - may be a portion of the diet for the evening meal.
35. These forces, these influences, carry those salts and those elements that will for THIS body be constructive to the physical forces.
36. And remember, as given, the opportunities for THIS body's expression in this experience are unusual to the GENERAL affairs.
37. Ready for questions.
38. (Q) What causes my eye trouble and what should I do about it? (A) As indicated, there is a deflection of the elements and influences that make for the carrying of those forces in the system that supply to the various organisms. To be sure, the foods taken in a body supply that which replenishes the eyes, the nerves, the blood supply, and the activities of the various portions in the body. But the elements from the combination indicated here will enable the body to choose, as it were, those forces necessary for the replenishing. Hence as we build the body-physical, through applying and supplying the influences necessary to be carried into the system, we will overcome those deadening effects by the lack of those conditions as indicated.
39. (Q) Am I best fitted for the inventive constructional side of my work, or the operative side? (A) Rather the INVENTIVE, and INSTRUCTION to operators. Hence (as we have given for many a soul that has during the more recent years entered this earth plane) we indeed have an Atlantean, in this entity, who may be very destructive or very constructive in the application of his abilities in THIS experience. Then, not as holding the body-mind or consciousness, but - let all the inventive forces be TRAINED for that which is for Creative Forces that are CONSTRUCTIVE in human experience. And let none that even harken to those where they are destructive to human life be even ENTERTAINED in the experience. And thus we will find the entity may go far.
