Time of Reading 3:20 to 4:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., New York. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1026].

2. Now, as we find in the physical forces of the body, there are conditions that disturb the body at times; and thus are preventing the better physical reaction through the system.

3. We find that these have to do with that balance necessary in the influences or activities of secretions produced in glands, and the resultant effect of the unbalancing causes disturbances in the body.

4. Then, these are the conditions as we find physically with this body, [1026] we are speaking of, present in this room:

5. In the BLOOD SUPPLY the disturbance makes at times the accumulations in the lymph pockets in or through the torso portions.

6. Hence we have periods when pressure is created in the various portions; at times in the area about the liver and gall duct, at other times there is a pressure low in the abdominal area, through the ileum plexus area.

7. These are reflex conditions and not organic; neither are they the RESULT of other than the unbalancing in what may be termed the ratio between the potash, the calciums and the iodides through the system. And these effects are indicated in the manner in which the circulatory forces or the blood supply is indicated in its activity through the principal organs through which there is the clarification of the blood, the purification in others, the sterilization in others, the fertilization through other portions.

8. For as the blood supply is indeed the life and the vitality, it carries in same - then - the various influences necessary; not only for cleansing the system but for replenishing it also for its relationships in its activity through various functioning organs of the body itself; keeping that equilibrium between the mental reactions and the imaginative, the physical forces and the normal

1026-1 Page 2

responses to conditions in and about the body.

9. These elements in the blood supply that are lacking, then, naturally make for an impoverishment or overabundance of another character or element in its relationships to the gland supply of influences from the assimilated forces; and bring about changes that alter or purify or clarify conditions.

10. This, then, is the effect of conditions. Not that the blood stream itself is in any condition other than being the result of disturbing factors in the organs through which it, the circulation, has flowed and does flow.

11. From the glands being disturbed, and from this unbalanced condition, at times these effects are produced upon the system:

12. The tiredness between the shoulders, the back of the head and through portions of the eyes themselves. This makes for a NERVE reaction through pulsations, or circulations and pulsations, by disturbances in the gland secretions.

13. Hence we find those portions of the body become lacking in the influences necessary to keep a normal equilibrium.

14. In the NERVE FORCES of the body, here we have - as may be indicated - not only a portion of that which is the primary or basic cause of disturbance, but also much of a reactory condition that is produced IN the nerve system by the disturbances to organic functionings of the body itself.

15. These we find indicated especially in the lower portion of the solar plexus center, as in the lower part of the 9th and between the 9th and 10th and 11th dorsals.

16. So, these make for the heaviness that occurs through the repression there; in the lower portion of the abdomen and through the activities of the organs in the pelvis.

17. These are conditions, then, through which there may be that stimulation that may add to the body the re-electrifying, the reorganizing - as it were - of the glands' secretions (as we have indicated are a portion of the disturbance) and the circulatory forces. Thus we may replenish or rebuild to the various portions of the system those necessary forces to keep a normal balance. And these we may add in such a manner as to become able to not only overcome these repressions but build for a much nearer NORMAL condition, so as to keep the body physically fit WITHOUT those repressions or those periods that arise when the outlook upon the experiences of the body may be said to become very pessimistic. Also we will overcome those periods when the body should rest and cannot; that is, at times when there should be the replenishing forces the body

1026-1 Page 3

finds that little aid may be had through a normal sleep; for there are the inabilities to rest or to sleep at times in a normal way and manner. All of those nervous reactions will be overcome, that make for periods when the assimilating forces become much disturbed and cause indigestion and - most of all - the acidity that PRODUCES the variations through the reaction of the organs themselves. It is indicated that such an acidity in its reaction makes for the heaviness through the abdominal area, the pressure upon the lung and the heart area - through the very character of the gas formation that arises from same.

18. This acidity is not so much indicated from the diets; though diets do have their natural effect and reaction. But it is from the inability through these secretions for the activities of certain glands, as indicated, to make for the eliminations in the system itself.

19. Hence with the accumulations of drosses in portions of the body the acidity becomes the natural reaction from non-eliminated forces or toxins that arise in the system.

20. As to the functioning of the ORGANS themselves, we find:

21. These nominally, as indicated, only react to conditions through the body; and - it may be said - are not organically but functionally disturbed.

22. And such disturbances recur owing to those reactions from the lack of the proper balance to the glands, the emunctory system, and the impoverishment in part to the body through this blood supply.

23. Then, in making for the conditions that would not only re-ionize and re-vitalize but re-charge the system, as it were:

24. We would use the Wet Cell Appliance, the low form of galvanic electrical forces carrying to the system the acid AND an alkaline solution through its VIBRATIONS alone. Thus we may bring a stimulation to the system that (with the corrections as occur by the gentle massage and the feeding of the skin and the superficial circulation by the oil rubs) may bring to this body ease in the physical reactions, and RID the body of much that has disturbed it in these influences that have arisen.

25. Use the Wet Cell Appliance each day, then, for a period of two to three weeks; then rest from same for a week, and then have another period of two to three weeks when each day the applications would be made; one day carrying the vibrations from the Chloride of Gold and the next day the vibrations from Atomidine (or iodine) - as to become active to the gland forces, making for an increase in the activity through the iodine for the thyroids, the adrenals, and the

1026-1 Page 4

glands through the whole of the eliminating system. The vibrations from the Chloride of Gold solution would add to the vitality for blood and nerve building, aiding more specifically the activities through the lyden gland, through the activities of the glands in the system's reproductive activities that make for an expression in the system through the emotions of the body; making for an activity to the glands that strengthen or maintain the equilibrium in the system - that is, as to the pineal's reaction.

26. The attachments would be made in this manner:

27. The first day the copper anode would be attached first, to the 3rd and 4th dorsal center. The larger nickel anode, through which the Gold solution passes (in the proportion of two grains to one ounce of distilled water), would be attached last - to the lacteal duct and umbilicii center. Such attachments would be made every other day, you see, during the rounds of treatment, and each period would be thirty minutes - not more; a little less may be had at times, but not more than thirty minutes.

28. The next day (that is, every other day - when the Gold attachment treatments are not given), the copper plate or anode would be attached first, to the 3rd and 4th CERVICAL plexus. This is to aid in the circulation through the plexus which coordinates with the cerebrospinal and sympathetic at this juncture. Then the larger nickel plate, through which the solution of Atomidine passes (full strength), would be attached last - to the gall duct center; so that the activities to the pancreas and the association of the liver and the kidneys will be aided - or be effective upon the body as to the foods that do not assimilate properly. The attachments in this manner would be made for thirty minutes to sixty minutes, every other day - for the periods of two to three weeks, and then the rest periods as indicated.

29. At least once a week, other than the general masseuse treatments, there should be specific adjustments - preferably osteopathically made - in the 9th and 10th and 11th dorsal centers.

30. As to the diet, be mindful of the sweets and starches that these are not taken at the same meal.

31. With these precautions taken, and following much of that which the body HAS had irrespective of these, there will be brought to this body normal forces - [1026].

32. Ready for questions.

33. (Q) Why do my hands tremble? (A) This is an effect from the brachial center, or the area where the first attachment is made of the Wet Cell Appliance

1026-1 Page 5

when the Gold solution is used - or just below the brachial plexus, which regulates the locomotions to the shoulders and hands - and then the other first attachment, when the Atomidine is used, is just above the brachial center - or in the 3rd and 4th cervical plexus. As we find, this trembly sensation comes from the incoordination between the solar plexus centers and the cerebrospinal's reaction to the sympathetic or vegetative nerve force. Hence the involuntary nerve reactions become voluntary, and the voluntary become involuntary; see? Hence the stimulation to the system as indicated, from the vibrations from the low electrical forces created by this galvanic reaction - or the Wet Cell Appliance. Now be persistent and consistent. Once a week should be sufficient for the OSTEOPATHIC adjustments, but do not discontinue the general masseuse treatments. Have periods of two to three weeks, as indicated, for using the Appliance; one day with the Gold, the next day with the Atomidine - with the attachments as given. And we will find help, and a great change in the mental outlook upon the experiences of the body.

34. (Q) What trouble have I with my left ear? (A) Again this is a reflex that comes from the incoordination in the dorsal AND cervical, to the circulation in the sensory system - as we have described. This makes for the periods when there is the trembly sensation, or noises, or the feeling - well, it's like a cricket - that occurs at times; which is from the lack of the circulation being carried through these portions of the body normally. All of these things as indicated will aid in correcting these conditions.

35. (Q) Should I have my tonsils removed? (A) If there is the application of those things indicated here, that make for proper drainages being set up in the system - especially as produced by the vibrations of the Atomidine (or iodine) in the system; not the Atomidine taken internally but the vibrations of same - the tonsils will be purified, as will also the glands as indicated. The removal then would not become necessary. But with the accumulations of cold and acidity, if these suggested applications are not made - or some such similar ones, it would eventually be

1026-1 Page 6

better for the tonsils to be removed. WITHOUT these suggested applications being made, remove them. WITH these being made, the removal will not be necessary. Acidity brings the common cold, or the susceptibility to cold. But an alkalin and a cleansed system does not permit of nor allow a cold. With the system kept more alkalin, and cleansed, we find that the body will be less susceptible.

36. (Q) Have I a bad heart condition? (A) No. It is a reflex action, as indicated by the first understanding about the circulation - and as to why the attachments are made to the secondary cardiac plexus area (from the Wet Cell Appliance, when the Gold solution is used); that is, to stimulate the circulation to overcome any tendency in this direction. Acidity in the system, pressure produced, causes this disturbance; it is not organic. Do NOT let others influence the body or make for FEAR being produced in the system by a little unsteady pulsation or quickening or shortening of breath, and pain in the area at times. These effects arise from other conditions, and are not from organic heart disturbances!

37. (Q) Please tell anything about my teeth that is needed. (A) There is the lack of gland secretions to these, especially from the thyroid activity. The stimulation will come to same through the application of iodine (Atomidine), that will make for the natural reaction. These vibrations will stimulate the activity of these glands to produce for the body a normal calcium reaction, which affects not only the teeth but the nails, the hair, and the outer portion of the outer epidermis or outer skin itself. All of these will be aided by this application (of the Atomidine vibrations). LOCALLY, we would use the compound known as Ipsab to massage the gums. This will PURIFY and make for such a condition as to assist in correcting the trouble where there has been the softening of the teeth themselves - or the enamel on same. Then with some local attention, we will have a much better condition with the teeth. Use the local applications in COMBINATION with the electrical forces (through the Wet Cell Appliance), and they will become more effective.

38. (Q) Why do I have very severe pains in my eyelids often in the morning? (A) Again these are effects of the disturbed circulation,

1026-1 Page 7

as indicated, between the sympathetic and cerebrospinal nervous systems. That nerve force makes for impulse of circulation, see? These portions, as indicated, are disturbed through a condition in the solar plexus, or lower portion of same, at the 9th dorsal; that finds reflection in the supplying of the nerve energies to the circulatory forces through the organs of the sensory system - or the eyes, ears (as the ear is disturbed in one direction, or one ear), by a slowed circulation. Just so is there the effect to the portions about the eyes. Hence the corrections that are to be made osteopathically to relieve pressure will allow a free circulation, you see, through the system. Take one adjustment every Monday or Tuesday, then, for three to four weeks - and rest a period; then take again. And we will find these conditions to the head, to the ear, will clarify much quicker - and especially if the vibrations of the electrical forces through the Wet Cell Appliance are applied also.

39. (Q) Is the condition described the cause of the lack of memory? (A) This has been described, you see, as producing a discord between the imaginative forces - or the IMPULSES - and the cerebrospinal system, or central nervous system. Hence the body finds the memory or the creative forces as to produce imaginative forces. And the body is given to be of high MENTAL activity. All of these conditions will clarify themselves. And we will find that in less than eight weeks the body will feel as a different person, buoyant, "peppy," and with the outlook optimistic instead of having those periods of pessimism. Do that, then.
