Time of Reading 3:50 to 4:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. Washington, D.C. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1044], this we have had before.

2. As we find, there are indications of improvements through the general physical forces of the body. There have been and are also indications that there have been ACUTE conditions from lack of adherence for sufficient period not to be upset by diet. And the natural tendency for the reverting to former conditions becomes apparent in the system.

3. It would be well, as we find, that a whole series of those suggestions that have been made be repeated; and then there kept sufficient adherence to these in the GENERAL manner that there may be builded sufficient resistances in the system to overcome the whole conditions.

4. These we would do.

5. Ready for questions.

6. (Q) Were violet ray treatments given correctly? (A) These are very good if kept in the manner as first administered.

7. (Q) Were the colonics given correctly? (A) These are very good. There should be, as indicated in the beginning, precautions that these do not OVERSTRAIN the body. But, as just indicated, we would take a full or complete course again, and then the general relaxing or the adhering to the general conditions.

8. (Q) At what intervals should the colonics be continued? (A) After the first two, then once a month or once in six weeks SHOULD be sufficient. Of course, however, this is dependent upon the reactions that are generally indicated in the system. And when there is fullness or the lack of proper eliminations, then these may be taken in part or whole, see?

9. (Q) Any further advice? (A) As indicated by "part or whole" we find that at times there may be only needed to be taken an enema, for the

starting or for the evacuation of the portion of the colon that has been disturbed, see? that is, not necessary that a whole or complete course be taken, but the general treatments as indicated, and a full course repeated. Then be mindful of the diets, that there be no returning of those disturbing factors as indicated.
