Time of Reading 11:15 to 11:25 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., D.C. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1048]; this we have had before.

2. Many changes, as we find, are evidenced in the general physical forces of the body.

3. Some tendencies still exist that were indicated formerly, in the manner in which the activities of the circulation prevent a full or complete balance in the numbers of the red and white blood influences in the system; to a lesser degree, however, than has been indicated heretofore.

4. The general influence may be stimulated considerably, as we find, by the applications which will make for a relaxing of portions of the body, through those centers where the activities of the organs as related to assimilation and the general rebuilding through the activities of the glands in the system may be brought to a much nearer normal balance. Thus better activities may be made throughout the system.

5. So, we would add - not for long periods but for periods of two or three days at the time - the LIGHT diathermy (in the present). Take these treatments two or three days, then rest from same two or three days or a week, and then take them for two or three days more. Then have a rest period, and then take them again. Not the heavy but the LIGHT vibration; not too great an amount of current or quantity used, but the light.

6. After the third two to three day period of treatments, we would then begin with the GENERAL massage over the system; preferably of the neuropathic nature rather than chiropractic or osteopathic. Give these for periods of two to three weeks. Begin in the central portions of the body along the cerebrospinal system, and follow out the nerve plexus of the 9th dorsal to the lower extremities, also to the upper extremities. These would work either way from the central or middle portion. The reactions of these for the body will be to make for the less tendency for acidity in

the system, that becomes a hindrance to the body in the proper assimilations; making for better eliminations through the alimentary canal, through the activities of the hepatic circulation, through the general respiratory system and the activities of the digestive forces themselves. So these we would keep for periods of two to three weeks, then have a rest period from same for a period and then begin again.

7. Be mindful of the diet during the whole time, and we should bring to the body near normal conditions.

8. There is much improvement, as indicated; yet there have been periods when the body has reverted to a great deal of the old conditions.

9. But follow these lines as indicated. The activities of these are as follows:

10. First, the electrical forces are of such a nature that their activity through the system makes for a stimulation to the ganglia and the centers of the deeper circulation. This treatment if given too heavy tends to make for greater separations, and would make for weaknesses. So give same in moderation, so that the body reacts each time sufficient to create a greater and greater normalcy in the coordinating influences of the whole body; and it will be for beneficial effects.

11. The activities of the neuropathic massage would make for better and greater coordinating influences in the nerve centers, or the ganglia about the cerebrospinal system where there are the associations between the activities of the vegetative nerve forces and the deeper nerve body itself.

12. Do that.

13. Ready for questions.

14. (Q) Where should the diathermy be applied? (A) To those centers that will make for increasing the circulation; or the 3rd and 4th dorsal center and the lacteal duct - or the umbilicus center.

15. (Q) Please outline the diet, or should it be as given in previous reading? (A) As indicated, tend to those foods that are ALKALIN-PRODUCING. Not to make for an excess. For while there is the tendency of the acidity, there have been those activities that would tend to make for a lessening of calcium content - as indicated by those feelings at times in joints and in the activities of the hands, arms and limbs, when overexercised - or periods when the atmospheric pressure becomes lower than nominal. The foods, then, should be those such as citrus fruits, vegetables and nuts; these should be a greater portion of

the diet. One meal each day, as much as possible, should consist only of raw vegetables or fruits - ONE MEAL, see? The vitamins necessary in the system, and especially Vitamin E - whose activity in the system is for reproduction of the activity through every GLAND of the body itself, or those forces that are from silicon, iron, gold, or the activities from phosphorous - as of shell fish. Especially clams, oysters, more than any of the others - unless it is lobster. These are well to be taken two to three times each week; but these should be boiled. These will make for those conditions that would be better. Beware of raw apples, unless taken ONLY as a diet for cleansing the system. Baked or cooked apples may be taken. Beware of fried foods. Beware of too great a quantity of white bread, or the greater part of the pulp of potatoes - though the skins of same, boiled or roasted, are well.

16. (Q) Any specific information regarding the pelvic organs? (A) As we will find, the deep therapy of the diathermy - by changing the vibrations first - will make for electrical vibrations through same. Then the massage will make for greater corrections in all functionings.

17. (Q) Would the same one give the diathermy treatments and the manipulation? (A) If the one that gives the diathermy treatment is a neuropath! but if he is not a neuropath, he won't give neuropathic treatments!

18. (Q) Any other advice at this time? (A) Do these things, as we find, and we will make for the better and nearer normal conditions for this body.
