Time of Reading 5:25 to 5:45 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., New York. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1053].

2. As we find, there are physical as well as pathological disturbances for the physical forces of the body.

3. While there may be a great deal of help to the body from the mental attitudes that are held by the body, we would add those influences also that may be mechanical in their reaction but that would attune the various portions of the disturbances in the body in such a manner as to aid in bringing about much nearer normal conditions.

4. As for the physical forces, then, as we find, these conditions exist:

5. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, this we find disturbed by the general effect of the NERVE FORCES upon the BODY as related to the circulation.

6. Hence we find at times that various portions, or the extremities and over the torso of the body, have a rash - under the skin; or irritations in portions of the body, especially where the emunctories make for the close association with the superficial circulations of the body. These become as irritations for the body.

7. Also from the same disturbance we find poor assimilations, or the digestive forces become very much disturbed.

8. And through the NERVES' reaction upon the circulation the rest is disturbed, or there are periods of insomnia that make for general irritation to the whole system.

9. These, as we find, are the conditions-physical that need or necessitate in the present the corrective forces that there may be that coordinating in the mental and the activities of the psychological conditions as may be effective upon the body.

10. In creating that attitude, that we find so necessary for the body, for those applications that may be made for the physical disturbances:

1053-1 Page 2

11. We find that these disturbances unless corrected must bring more and more disorders to the body.

12. So, let the body - throughout these applications that we will suggest - take those responses that may be had from not only reading but assimilating those purposes, intents and truths that are expressed in the 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th chapters of John; also the 13th chapter of second Corinthians [I Cor. 13?], with the 12th of Romans; in such a manner that these may become a portion of the body-mental's activity.

13. Not that these are intended to create other than this; that the help that must come to the body, the mind, the influence of those conditions surrounding the body, must coordinate with that response which may be aroused by the reading, studying, meditating upon those portions of Holy Writ as intimated.

14. Read a portion, think on same; that these words are not mere combinations of ideas expressed by a writer from those activities of an idealist, but that they are as living water, as the bread of life to the body-mind itself; as those things, expressions and experiences that may be a part and parcel of the entity itself.

15. Also for the physical forces we would use the Radio-Active Appliance each day for one hour, or each afternoon. And as this is applied to the body, let the body be in meditation - with this as the prayer ever:

16. "LORD, THOU ART MY DWELLING PLACE. TO THEE DO I LOOK, FOR ONLY IN THEE MAY MY HELP COME. THOU HAST PROMISED THAT THEY WHO IN SINCERITY SEEK THEE THOU WILT IN NO MANNER TURN ASIDE. HEAR THOU, O GOD, IN ME, MY HUMBLE PRAYER. USE ME AS THOU SEEST FIT. LET ME, DAY BY DAY, BE A CHANNEL OF BLESSING TO SOMEONE. KEEP ME PATIENT; KEEP ME KIND. FOR THOU HAST PROMISED, O LORD, AND I LOOK TO THEE ALONE."

17. The Radio-Active Appliance we would attach to the opposite poles or opposite sides of the body; right wrist, left ankle; left wrist, right ankle. Keep the connections clean. And keep these applications consistently and as a portion of the entity's experience.

18. And every fifth day, until three or four are taken, have a high enema; that those toxic forces may be eliminated from or through the alimentary canal. This should be rather a colonic than JUST a high enema. Follow same by a thorough massage; which would be most excellent for making stimulations for greater activity to the body, [1053].

19. After five to six such colonic irrigations have been given (followed by the massage each time), then we would have a period of three to four weeks when the general

osteopathic manipulations would be given; especially with adjustments made in the cervical and lumbar area, such as may be made by Dobbins.

20. Keep the attitude in accord with those things that have been indicated.

21. Keep the diet in those ways tending nearer to an alkalin-reaction.

22. And we will find near normalcy; strength of body, of mind, of purpose.

23. For what profit it a body to gain the world of desire and find the inner self constantly in turmoil?

24. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file (See letter [which was enclosed] to be sent to Health Home Remedies Co., with specifications for the type appliance suggested.
