Time of Reading 10:40 to 11:25 A. M. Central Standard Time. ..., Tennessee. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1055], present in this room.

2. Now, as we find, there are disturbing conditions in the physical forces of the body. And while these have been SOME of long standing, and some have in a manner become rather a constitutional condition, we find that corrections CAN be made in such ways and manners as to eliminate the destructive forces that have been apparent in the body and bring about such normal forces as to give not only the relief but to make for resuscitations as to give many years of health and opportunities for mental, material and spiritual expressions.

3. These conditions that disturb, as we find, are of a complex nature in the present; though the causes - or those that were the BEGINNING of same - were merely expressions of super-acidity in the body, and then affecting the eliminations in such manners as to produce barriers in the functioning of organs that have made for the complex expression in the present.

4. Then, these are the conditions as we find them, with this body, [1055], present in this room:

5. First, IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY:

6. There are indications of a poor assimilation and the effect of toxic forces being present in the organs of the system. Thus, especially through the hepatic circulation - or that between the liver and the kidneys, specifically - there is a distribution of these toxic forces.

7. Hence, we have a slow circulation, especially through the extremities of the body as related to the superficial or the arteries as they RETURN those activities THROUGH the portions of the body. And it produces the effect of a deep circulation, as it were; at times as if something were crawling or creeping under the skin, or even deeper - at

1055-1 Page 2

times seeming as if it were the bone covering, even of the bone or structural portions.

8. These are effects, then, of these toxic forces as distributed in the blood, acting upon the vital forces in the body itself. This naturally creates a lack of the leucocyte or the warriors in the blood supply.

9. Hence we have a very poor coagulation; that is, where used tissue or the activity of the body causes the effect of a taxation to the system. Walking, thinking, working, or any activity that requires energies - which are as used forces in the system, as would be from the use of fuel in a fire - this produces an ash or refuse forces that must be eliminated. Then this elimination being very poor produces the effects as described in portions of the body.

10. In the activity of the blood forces through the organs' activity, we find there have been for periods back an expression in the lacteal duct area; a portion that does not work with the rest of the activities of same.

11. There was, then, in times back an injury, a lick, a pressure in the right side here; not over the liver but below same; that causes an adhesion.

12. Hence we have had in times back a very poor digestion, the effect of regurgitation and the acidity; which produced lacerations through the stomach area itself.

13. Hence we had the effect at times of those conditions that would present themselves as lacerations or ulcerations; though not ulcers in their true sense; for they were the effect of the lacerations and did not form - nor have not formed - those conditions that are as ulcerations or conditions that would form other than pus.

14. Hence we have had periods when there have been the forms of strep in the system that were pus forming; not existent in the present. This, as is understood, is a condition in the blood stream that arises from the lack of the ability of the system to produce sufficient of the leucocyte or warrior forces to DESTROY same, as to be able to eliminate same through the regular eliminating channels.

15. Following those conditions there were periods when there was very bad breath, a burning in the stomach itself; tingling sensations to the hands, the limbs, the lack of vitality. These all made for the effects upon the ORGANS of the body.

16. These now are allayed somewhat, in the present; but the causes still exist - that is, the lesions in the lacteal duct or the right side, and about the liver, the gall duct, the effect upon all of these portions of the system, at times in a greater or lesser degree.

1055-1 Page 3

17. But there is not any malignant condition, and it should not be considered by the body that there is the effect or any cause for the body to be alarmed as to this being in ANY manner malignant, or of the nature that sets up itself to even BECOME so - if there are supplied to the body the necessary elements for the re-creating of a balance in the elements of the system itself; an equal balance between the chemical reactions in the system so that there may be the stimulation then added to the glands of the body, to the blood supply. For remember, very oft during any period the circulation passes through the system. This may be recuperated, then, very quickly, if there is the addition of the PROPER forces to meet the causes and the effects. Oft have the effects been treated, or applications made for the effects and NOT the cause or the source or the basis of that which has produced or does produce the disturbances in the system. The application of various conditions has made for an alleviation of the condition at times; at others there has been an excess in the functioning of given portions of the system, in the organs themselves, as active through the eliminations of the body. And yet these have not REMOVED the condition that has PRODUCED the disturbances. Thus the warring with some other portion of the body makes for the feeling of a depression. Yet if the causes are removed we will find that not only will the outlook upon life, the expressions of physical and mental experience be of a different nature, but the physical body itself will be able to build RESISTANCES; throwing off those disturbing conditions. It will not grow back young again, but there will be many, many years of useful activity given the body.

18. IN THE NERVOUS FORCES OF THE SYSTEM, we find that these have at various times suffered under various ways and manners. Sometimes these have taken on the form of a disturbance between the cerebrospinal and the sympathetic system in such measures until the body would almost break out in a cold sweat, but from what - the entity could not determine within itself. At others it became cold and clammy and shaky in various portions of the system.

19. This is a reaction to not only the sympathetic or vegetative nerve system (which is the double system that runs along the cerebrospinal and functions for the coordinating or the governing between the mental body and the physical body), but to the cerebrospinal system (which is rather the deeper nerve forces that supply energies to the various portions of the body, the organs and the locomotory centers, for responses).

20. Hence we passed through a period when as much

1055-1 Page 4

disturbance to the body was the inability to recall or remember or to know just what the reactions or things were that were going on about the body; forgetting, as it were, very easily, and at other times when he wanted to forget he couldn't. These were not mental aberrations; they were the effect of the two nerve systems, as it were, warring one with another owing to the poisons that have been allowed to accumulated through this improper assimilation or the deflection of that assimilated to the various functionings of the glands that SECRETE the elements necessary for resuscitating forces in the body.

21. IN THE ORGANS THEMSELVES OF THE BODY, brain forces are very good. A condition that may be an indication that this is the correct analysis is existent in the sensory forces; as to how acute has remained the taste, how acute has remained the vision and the hearing AT TIMES, when these were as the system's holding to those conditions that might be as WARNINGS to the body that a disturbance was abroad in the physical functioning of the body itself.

22. Throat, bronchi, lungs, larynx - all of these naturally at times suffer from those effects of a disturbed or poor circulation.

23. The heart's activity is the same, varying in the pressure, varying in the number of the pulsations, according to the activities that have existed through the body. Yet in none of these do we find an organic disturbance.

24. The digestive forces, as indicated. Here we have had a great deal of disturbance, as we have had with the organs of assimilation, as indicated in the liver also at times - as it has been considered that possibly the disturbance arose from an obstruction in the gall duct area, or in the kidney area; when these form for conditions that made for sedimentary conditions that affected the system. But these were merely EFFECTS of the system attempting to adjust itself, calling upon the source of vitality - that is, the warriors in the system. Thus conditions were segregated. And we have had those conditions when, as it were, there were sediments or stones through the gall duct area; or gradually they have been thrown out. At other times we have had the effect of stones or sediments in the kidneys, thus producing - at the period of activity - an irritation either to the bladder or the urethra, in those periods when they would discharge from the system. And the body has only responded in part from the causes, which exist in the lacteal duct area.

25. What are the lacteal ducts?

26. That portion that makes for the ability of the system to

1055-1 Page 5

take from the food values and prepare same in the manner in which same may be used to revivify, revitalize, recharge the system itself.

27. Hence we have periods (covering a period of years) when there has been a very cold area in the right side; we have had periods when there was a heaviness, and another when it felt as if there WASN'T any portion there at all! as if it didn't exist, or as deadened. This was a variation in the system's attempting to adjust itself to the disturbing conditions.

28. Then, in meeting the needs of these conditions that exist in the present:

29. We will find this will require patience, persistence, and - as some people call it - "faith." Not faith such as believing in that which is unseen, but rather the faith such as to FOLLOW that indicated that will bring for the body the necessary influences and forces for the resuscitation, that will bring near normalcy for this body if there will be persistence in following the system's suggestions. These, as we find, being followed - with the changes made in order, and keeping the mindfulness about the physical exercise and the diet - we will bring the opportunities and activities as indicated that will MATERIALLY lengthen.

30. First, then, begin in this manner:

31. Every two or three days, for an hour to two hours, we would have the Castor Oil Packs over the lower portion of the liver, the gall duct, the lacteal duct, and extending to the caecum area; that is, those portions where there have been the disturbances as indicated through an engorgement of the colon itself. In these Castor Oil Packs we would use three to four thicknesses of flannel, as hot as the body can stand. These would be taken two or three days apart, for an hour at the time.

32. After there have been five or six of these Packs taken, begin with a compound which would be prepared in this manner:

33. To 3 ounces of Ambrosia Weed add 16 ounces of Distilled Water. Let it boil, or make a fusion - until, when it is strained, there is 1/2 the quantity; or let it boil sufficient that there is 1/2 the quantity left. Then strain, and while it is still warm, add - in the order named: Grain Alcohol................1 1/2 ounces, Tincture of Stillingia.........1/2 ounce, Elixir of Calisaya.............1/2 ounce. Now, this might have been bitter enough without the

1055-1 Page 6

Calisaya. For it will be bitter to take. But this is to be taken three to four times a day, the variation being dependent upon how active it becomes upon the eliminating system, see? A teaspoonful three times or four times a day. Take this for two to three days, and then have a high enema. This means a colonic enema, NOT just a movement of the lower portion of the colon but THROUGHOUT the colon area; that there may be a setting up of a coordination in the eliminating systems.

34. Now, as these properties are taken, there may be produced a little sickness or uneasiness or a little dizziness. If so, reduce the quantity taken but do not reduce the number of doses. Keep this up until near half the quantity has been taken. Then begin with a massage with a combination of oils prepared in this manner:

35. To 6 ounces of Russian White Oil or Usoline, add (in the order named): Oil of Cedar Wood................1 ounce, Oil of Wintergreen.............1/2 ounce, Oil of Pine Needles.............20 drops, Oil of Sassafras...............1/4 ounce. These will tend to separate somewhat, but when ready to use, about three times a week when ready for retiring, massage same into the body. Pour a small quantity, shaking well first, in an open container. Massage in the whole of the cerebrospinal system, from the base of the head to the end of the spine; and then not so much along the sciatic nerves along the lower limbs, and then across the abdominal area but not the lower portions; rather from the diaphragm area and about same. Just what the body will absorb.

36. All of these can be done at home, you see.

37. In the diets, be mindful that we keep those things that add iron, silicon, and gold in the system. It may be necessary later to change some of these, but in the present let the diet consist greatly of these:

38. Citrus fruit juices. Nuts, in salads. Vegetables that are of the leafy nature; as spinach, red cabbage, and things of that nature; but NOT with grease in same. These should be all cooked in their OWN juices. Preferably cook each in Patapar paper, or in a fireless or waterless cooker. These are preferable, but NOT in aluminum.

39. Follow in these manners. And by the time we have taken the whole of the compound internally, keeping the rubs, etc., we should find an entirely DIFFERENT outlook.

40. Then we would give further instructions.

1055-1 Page 7

41. This will require from sixty to ninety days. The body will put on weight, the body will feel entirely different; and we would have a change in the outlook on life.

42. Ready for questions.

43. (Q) Should the medicinal properties suggested be taken before or after meals? (A) Preferably these should be taken AFTER the meals, for these are to work with the assimilating forces. When the massage is given with the oils, let it be especially over the diaphragm area. The effect of the Castor Oil Poultice or the Castor Oil Pack is to loosen the adhesion, see? but the rubs over that area should not be too severe. All of these may be done at home.

44. (Q) How long between each period of the Castor Oil Packs? (A) As indicated, two to three days. These would be taken for an hour; they are not to be too severe. Then after the period of these, begin with the compound or fusion as indicated, and leave off the Castor Oil Packs. After the fusion is taken a few days, then the enema or colonic is taken for the eliminations, see?

45. (Q) Just one period of the Castor Oil Packs? (A) This will depend upon how the eliminations are, and the effect as created by the poisons in the system. These we do not find would be necessary to repeat, after the first five or six, you see. If it is necessary to repeat, after a period of eight to ten days, then have another three to four days of the Packs, or three to four periods of same.

46. (Q) What breads should the body eat? (A) Not too much roughage, but those that are easily assimilated. Whole wheat bread, or rye bread; these are preferable. Buckwheat bread, soy bean bread - or soy bean flour mixed with whole wheat and used to make cakes. Do not eat too much sweets. HONEY is well, especially in the comb - rather than that slung or strained.

47. (Q) What drinks may the body have? (A) Any that agree with the body. Especially those that are half and half the carbonated waters, these are very good for the body; as ginger ale, or grape juice, or fresh grape juice. Any of these may be taken. Coffee may be taken, but NOT with milk or cream in same.

48. (Q) What should be taken for the breakfast or morning meal? (A) As indicated, the fruit juices, or orange juice, grapefruit juice, any of these - with toast, and of course a coddled egg may be taken, a little crisp bacon occasionally. Any of these. The diet is not so strenuous, but especially be mindful of the manner in which the vegetables are

1055-1 Page 8

prepared - so as to preserve their own juices and vitamins.

49. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file (See slip [which was enclosed] explaining how Castor Oil Packs are prepared. See letter [which was enclosed] with directions to Druggist for preparing compound. The oils for the massage may be purchased separately and added by self as given. For the high enema, I would suggest that you use a colon tube. If everything is not clear, I'm sure Mrs. [340] can help you out; if not, don't fail to write us. Let us know at the end of sixty to ninety days, so we may make an appointment for a check reading to give further suggestions. Also let us keep in touch with you in the meantime to know how you get along. GD.)
