Time of Reading 11:45 to 12:05 Noon - Eastern Standard Time. ..., Tenn. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1055]; this we have had before.

2. Now, as we find, outwardly there is little difference or change. But if the body will analyze itself and the physical reactions that have heretofore existed, it would find that there are some improvements.

3. The reactions in the heart forces and the general system have made and do make for somewhat near the same characterizations; yet it would be seen that these are not as severe - though we find the body has not adhered to those suggestions in their entirety.

4. These, as we find (the suggestions), should not be as rote, or something just to be gotten through with. But these should be kept for a consistent period, or as long as there are the indications from the physical reactions that there are the needs or the necessities.

5. And the applications as indicated should be adhered to rather more strictly, especially as in reference to the diets and the abstaining from sugars or sweets (save honey).

6. There should be kept the eliminations through or from the alimentary canal until the causes have not only been removed but until there has been sufficient time for the body to adjust itself to the CHANGES that are wrought IN the system BY this removing of causes around which and through which the system has, in a manner, ADJUSTED itself - to the detriment of the organs as indicated.

7. Then, DO these for a sufficient length of time - and then those changes may be given through these sources that will enable the body to not only make for a building up but for a creating of resistances.

8. In the present, however, we would continue with those suggestions already made; for these MUST be carried on until there is seen, experienced, felt, the changes that have been indicated must and should arise.

9. If there is felt in the MENTAL body that this becomes useless, or that the cost to the mental body is not worth the good that may be accomplished, or the years of life that may be added, then leave it off!

10. But for the betterment, follow these suggestions! And then we may give further help and aid.

11. Ready for questions.

12. (Q) Should all treatments in first reading as suggested be continued? (A) Just as given, ALL should be done CONSISTENTLY, and persistently. And not as ROTE, but as accomplishing something. As is the very nature of the mental body, the activities are not to be just "to be done with" but such that there are RESULTS to be accomplished! In the very nature of the activities of the body, were those activities such that there was just to be accomplished the self's routine? or were they not such that others might be assisted or aided by that routine gone through? So, in making application of self - naturally, it becomes a routine matter; yet there is to be through same the accomplishing of those conditions which will produce DESIRED effects. Do those.

13. (Q) What causes the desire to rub deep down in any location of the body? (A) The disturbances in the circulation, as indicated. That incoordination between the deep circulation (or the arterial) and the vein circulation. As these changes are wrought, the body may become at times more and more aware of these conditions. But when there is the help in those other directions, as we have indicated should come about, then there may be given - as indicated - the suggestions necessary for creating a balance in such a manner that greater resistance and greater abilities in the physical and mental may be accomplished.

14. (Q) What should be done for the eliminations? (A) Mind the diet and, as indicated, USE the high enemas.

15. (Q) Why did pains about the gall-bladder area subside only after the entire compound was used up? (A) The poisons were stirred up and as there was the gradual subsiding the body began to adjust itself to the changes wrought by those activities. Use the high enemas to CLEANSE the colon, and the activities

of those properties given may have the opportunity to work better with the organs stimulated.

16. (Q) Should this compound be filled again? (A) This we would change in the present, as we find, to the Toris Compound; making two quantities, one with the Whiskey and the other with the Syrup only - and then combine and use these together. The dosage of this would be a teaspoonful about four times each day, preferably AFTER meals and upon retiring.

17. (Q) Any change recommended in massages? (A) Keep the massages as given.

18. (Q) How long before more decided results should be apparent? (A) How long before tomorrow? Just as has been indicated. If the application is just ROTE, little may be accomplished. If there is the feeling or the desire is that it's just something to be gotten through, little may be had. But if there is the consistent and persistent application, it will grow. Let the body understand that Life in ALL its phases IS a GROWTH! How fast does the body grow? It is growing or dying. Which do you want to apply to self?

19. (Q) Please advise as to diet, pastries and other sweets, alcoholic and other drinks, tobacco? (A) Just as has been indicated. Keep away from these, save honey, which would be taken - of course - in moderation. DO NOT use ANY of starches and citrus fruits at the same meal. Do not eat quantities of the breads with MEATS; just sufficient to keep a balance. Do not eat pastries, pies, puddings, or sweets - candies, or the like; except in VERY, VERY moderation! The system calls for same. WHY? The building in the system for those very things that have made, do make for satisfying an appetite. Replace these rather by the sugars and the necessary elements from vegetables, fruits and nuts.
