Time of Reading 10:25 to 10:35 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Tenn. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [1055].
2. Here we find if there had been the adherence to those suggestions that have been given for the corrections, in a more consistent manner, there would be a great deal more of improvements in the general physical forces of the body.
3. The little adherence at times to the diet as indicated tends to keep the circulatory forces so upset as to continue with the effects of poisons not eliminated. Neither is there the coordination between the eliminating and assimilating forces of the body.
4. In the present, as we find, with the adherence to those suggestions in the diet, and these treatments as we will suggest here, we would find much better conditions for this body.
5. Occasionally (or once a week or such a matter, or three times in two weeks), we would have the general osteopathic manipulation with special reference to the coordinating of the emptying of the stomach and the activity of the lower hepatic circulation; that is, in the corrective measures that would be given.
6. Each day we would use the Radio-Active Appliance to keep a normal balance in the circulation and to reionize as it were the whole of the vibratory forces of the body. In the use of the Appliance the plates should be kept very close in contact when attached to the opposite sides of the body, yet not so binding as to hinder the pulsation or circulation.
7. These we would do.
8. And in the diets keep that which has been outlined.
9. Ready for questions.
10. (Q) What benefit, if any, would result from a trip to Hot Springs? (A) Virginia, Arkansas, Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado - which one?
11. (Q) Which one of these would be the better for the body?
1055-3 Page 2
(A) As WE find, Hot Springs, Virginia would be the better; for this would keep the body more in the open. If we are to take into consideration such treatments, as we find the sulphur or chalybeate springs of Kentucky would be more preferable than either of these; or the mud baths at Cannelton, Indiana - but this is not just the season for same. The Hot Springs of Arkansas for this body as we find would not be the better, for these would cause such an overactivity as to be harmful - unless these coordinations are produced now as indicated. When there had been six to eight adjustments osteopathically, the use of the Radio-Active Appliance each day for two to three to four weeks, THEN the massage AND the baths at Hot Springs, Arkansas WOULD be helpful; provided there is not the attempt to overexercise the body under these conditions. Then we would, if there is the desire of the body for the use of those beneficial effects from the Hot Springs, Arkansas, have the adjustments, adhere to the diet, have the use of the Appliance for at least three or four weeks, and then this will prove more helpful.
