Time of Reading 11:25 to 11:35 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Tenn. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1055].
2. As we find, apparently there is not a great deal of change; yet these conditions have been and are of a spasmodic nature, or some days the body feels better, others it feels not so well, others it becomes very much discouraged.
3. Most of this as we find is a matter of attitude of mind of the body.
4. The disturbing factors are naturally deep-seated, as has been indicated, that produce in the system the disturbance with the hepatic circulation - or the liver, the intestinal system, and these as related to the whole of the activities of the circulatory forces. These have been a growth.
5. Consequently, with the age, with the physical reaction, unless there is kept consistency and persistency - with a constructive mental attitude - not a great deal may be accomplished; unless these are held to.
6. For, as has been indicated oft, not only be good but be good for something. And so long as the attitude of mind and body of the entity is such that "These are expensive treatments - and they don't help any - why keep on?" there will NOT BE the benefits that should be derived from same, as long as that attitude is held!
7. As we find, the deep manipulations osteopathically should be taken rather in series; that is, take for two, three to four weeks, and rest from same almost the same period. Then take them again.
8. In the meantime keep up the diet, the activities, and the use of the Appliance as has been indicated.
9. These as we find, if they are kept consistently and persistently, offer the better opportunity for the reaction of constructive nature with this body, [1055].
10. To be sure, when necessary use cathartics that will produce the better eliminations. Those as we find that have

been indicated, when necessary, are the better to use; for they combine with the activities of the body the better.
11. In the diet, be consistent!
12. Ready for questions.
