Time of Reading 4:30 to 4:55 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1058].

2. Now, as we find, the basic disturbances (that are acute at present) arise from very insidious or very hidden conditions, and are in their inception of a prenatal nature; these arising from infectious forces from inception.

3. In meeting the conditions in the present, all of these should be taken into consideration. For while we find in the present a glandular infection, in the throat, in portions of the face, not only causing a great deal of distress but of contraction, it would eventually - though not in the immediate - prove to become more and more of a destructive nature.

4. Hence in giving that as would be of a helpful influence, those that will be of more of a basic reaction, though requiring somewhat of a longer period these must be of that nature to give any permanent or lasting results in the physical forces in the present.

5. The blood supply indicates the disturbances in the glands, in the manner in which infectious forces or the condition of the thinning of the leucocytes, in the breaking of the cells in the red blood cells themselves; the sparseness at times of glandular secretions. And from the genital reactory forces through this sparseness of its elimination and activity, inflammatory conditions find expressions in those disturbances that are indicated in the chest, the neck, the throat and the glands of same.

6. In the nervous forces naturally these produce a reaction that is both of a sympathetic nature and what may be said to be static also in the central nervous system, producing twitching, itching reactions that become of various natures in their activities through the system.

7. In the organs themselves of the body, in the very nature of the conditions we have weakenings at times, but as these are of such an insidious or hidden nature and affecting the

glands that only sympathetically or periodically or both coordinate with the main portions of the organs themselves, these do not disturb save when inflammatory conditions that exist in the present become disturbing factors.

8. At such times we have the inflammation of the mucous membranes throughout the assimilating and digestive system.

9. As we would find then, to eradicate these disturbances:

10. Begin at first with small quantities of Atomidine; one minim (drop) night and morning; morning before a meal is taken, evenings before retiring; one drop or one minim in half a glass of water. Each day increase two drops, or in this manner: First day one drop, morning and evening. Second day the dose would be three drops. The third day it would be four drops (twice a day, you see). The next day only five drops, morning and evening, see?

11. Then leave off for a day. And in THAT evening take an Epsom Salts Bath, as hot as the body can stand. Put at least TEN POUNDS of Epsom Salts to forty gallons of water. This should not be too hot when the body first enters same; a little above the temperature of the body. As the body rests in same, gradually add the warmer water. Remain in same for at least thirty minutes to an hour. This will weaken the body somewhat. When the body is sponged off, do not apply RUB alcohol but equal portions of pure GRAIN alcohol and olive oil. Shake them together. Massage them thoroughly into the body from the upper portion of the neck to the tips of the toes; from the shoulders to the tips of the fingers, that the body may absorb these, to produce that reaction of stimulation. THEN rest from this for two days.

12. Then begin with small amounts of Chloride of Gold Solution and Bromide of Soda Solution. Prepare these in this manner, or in this proportion - and keep separated until the dosage is to be taken:

13. Add 15 grains of Chloride of Gold to 15 ounces of Distilled Water, or that proportion. This would be the one solution.

14. Add 10 grains Bromide of Soda to 5 ounces of Distilled Water, or that proportion.

15. Keep them separate.

16. When the dose is to be taken, it would be one minim (drop) of the Chloride of Gold solution and two minims (drops) of the Bromide of Soda solution in half a glass of water. This dosage would be taken night and morning. Increase the dose ONE minim of the Gold solution and two minims of the Soda solution each day, until five minims is being taken of the Gold solution. Then leave off for a five-day period.

17. Then begin with the Atomidine again, taken as indicated. If it is necessary that there be the use of the Epsom Salts Bath after same, or the inflammation hasn't been reduced, take this again in the same manner.

18. Then we would give further instructions.

19. These as we find will act upon the glands, with first the Atomidine to cleanse the activity of the glands through the system. The hot Epsom Salts in the bath would be to carry same through the minutia or tissue and the lymph and emunctory circulation by the heat. The stimulation of the olive oil and the grain alcohol is to give strength and vitality. The Gold is to make for the reactory conditions to the glandular forces, especially as related to the reproductive actions and the thyroid, the adrenal, and ALL the glands of the body should be aided.

20. Then we will find help in these directions.

21. In the diet, not too heavy. None of those foods that carry alcohol or that produce too great quantities of same. Hence not too much of the white breads, especially with sweets. Meats with sweets; only those meats, however, of fowl or lamb - occasionally fish. No FRIED foods at any time. Keep a well-balance between the leafy and the pod vegetables. Not but very little of potatoes, though these may be taken if the jacket is taken with them.

22. Do these for the present.

23. Ready for questions.

24. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file
