1. EC: Yes. As we find, while conditions are serious, there is some slight response to the applications that are at present being made.
2. As we find while this may necessitate eventual operative forces, or further operative forces, if following same there would be used low electrical forces as from static electricity or galvanic, these would materially aid in creating the correct vibrations for the body.
3. Little may be changed under the existent conditions, but insist - when these conditions have arisen - that this at least be given the opportunity for its expression in the body-physical.
